Abstract

The invention relates to a turning rod (1), acted upon by a blast of air, which should not be modified when the direction of the paper web (21) is changed. This is achieved in that the turning rod (1) has a guide tube (3) provided on one side with air outlets (2), i.e. on the side facing the web of paper (29), and mounted at both ends in fixtures (7, 8) to be rigid on a side frame. At least one fixture (7) has a guide groove (18, 34), acted upon independently by a blast of air from additional air outlets (21-25), for a feed strip. The guide tube is optionally arranged to be rotatable 180° about its axis of rotation (5) from one final position (4) into a second final position (B).

Description

The invention relates to a turning bar for deflecting a web according to the preamble of Claim 1.

It is known e.g. B. paper webs in Rotary printing presses after printing by one or more slitters in two or split up several partial paper webs. Such Partial paper webs are turned with or without turning around and in changeable order into one Strand overlaid. The turning bars are in the Usually horizontally in a side frame under one Angle of 45 ° arranged.

If one runs parallel to the side frame Partial paper web instead of a feeder Partial paper web through the left side of the frame Feed the partial paper web through the right one Rack side, e.g. B. for mixing paper webs, so is it with the above Turning bar arrangement disadvantageous that the turning bar either rebuilt or replaced must be between the turning bar and Partial paper web each has an air cushion.

Furthermore, DE 41 30 678 A1 is a turning bar known which one next to the management area of Partial web arranged spiral groove for guiding a Pull-in tape has.

The disadvantage here is that the feed belt when driving around this turning bar has a high friction resistance has overcome. As a result of this in the feed belt The high tensile forces that occur can tear them apart lead the same.

The invention has for its object one of "two Sides "to create bypassable, turning bar.

The object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1 solved.

The advantages that can be achieved with the invention exist in that the turning bar on both sides, d. H. from one left side or half (Fig. 2) or from a right Side or half (Fig. 3) can be avoided. The the Half of the paper web facing each Air outlet openings that pass through with little effort half a turn of the tube can be changed. Thus, a conversion or exchange of turning bars to be avoided especially if Partial paper webs in so-called mixing towers on another Position, d. H. in another level of the mixing tower to be mixed in. Another advantage is that on a holder of the turning bar according to the invention helical, air-blown guide groove for smooth guide provided for a pull-in tape is. This is advantageously an automatic Blow the guide groove only for the period of time actual passage of the feed belt.

In addition, it is for universal use the turning bar continues to be beneficial when on the Bracket one in the opposite direction to the first guide groove arranged second guide groove is provided.

An embodiment of the invention is in the Drawing shown and is closer in the following described.

A turning bar 1 consists of a Air outlet openings 2 provided tube z. B. Guide tube 3. The guide tube 3 is on both ends Bearing bushes 4; 6 in brackets 7; 8 at an angle of 45 ° to the direction of the paper web, e.g. B. by means of clips not shown, if necessary, also trusses fixed to the side frame, arranged. The Air outlet openings 2 are on the circumference of the Guide tube 3 at an angle alpha less than 165 ° and distributed over a length that a paper web width minus an amount, e.g. B. 30 mm for one protrusion corresponds. Both brackets 7; 8 are through a connecting pipe 9, which both brackets 7; 8th keep at a distance, firmly connected. The Connecting tube 9 has over its entire length and its circumference distributes air outlet openings 11. The connecting tube 9 is at one end with one in the right bracket 8 located connector 10 for Low pressure blowing air with an air pressure of z. B. 0.3 connected up to 0.6 bar. The guide tube 3 is made of a first end position A (Fig. 1 and 2) by 180 ° to its Rotation axis 5 rotatable in a second end position B. (Fig. 3)

The guide tube 3 is in its respective End position A; B stored fixable. That can e.g. B. thereby be achieved that on one end of the Guide tube 3 two diametrically on the circumference opposite semicircular recesses 12; 13 are arranged, each optionally having a recess 13 against one in the radial direction of the guide tube 3 Movable locking handle 14 engages. The Locking handle 14 is against the force of a spring 15th which moves between the head of a bracket-fixed threaded bolt 31 and a collar 32 of Locking handle 14 supports. The bearing bushes 4; 6 can be made of plastic and on the bracket 7; 8 be pressed on. For sealing the low-pressure blowing air against escaping through the Columns of the plain bearing are sealing rings 16; 17th used.

A holder 7 of the guide tube 3 has one helical guide groove 18 for receiving a not shown feed belt for a web. On the groove base or the bottom surface 19 of the groove there are air outlet openings 21 to 25, which are designed as radial bores and in an axial central bore 27 of the left bracket 7 open. In the end, everyone is advantageous Air outlet opening 21 to 25 in the bottom surface 19 of the Groove 18 a known ball seat valve 33 so arranged that during the passage of the feed belt Ball seat valve 33 is opened (FIG. 4). Consequently can be between the bottom of the webbing and the guide groove 18 form an air cushion, which the friction between the two parts is reduced. The axial bore 27 is located on or in the Bracket 7 located connector 28 for High-pressure blowing air with an air pressure of z. B. 1.5 to 4 bar in connection. The helical guide groove 18 performs a on the circumference of the left bracket 7 half turn so that it becomes possible to use a pull-in tape for a web, e.g. B. a paper web 29 to run easily over the turning bar 1.

For universal use of the turning bar 1 it is also advantageous if at least one, e.g. B. the left bracket 7 one in the opposite direction to the first Guide groove 18 arranged second guide groove 34 having. This guide groove 34 is like that guide groove 18 formed and with unidentified air outlet openings. It is also possible to use the right bracket 8 with a Guide groove 18 or with a second guide groove 34 to train.

It is also possible on both brackets 7; 8th the turning bar 1 to introduce a guide groove, wherein the guide grooves then run in opposite directions to each other should. In this case there is also a separate connection for high pressure blown air provided.
