Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von quaderförmigen Packungen aus mindestens einem Zuschnitt (10) aus faltbarem Verpackungsmaterial, wie Papier, dünnem Karton oder dergleichen, mit einem Leimaggregat (15) mit mindestens einer Leimdüse (16) zum Auftragen von Leim auf Packungsteile, insbesondere auf Faltlappen (13), gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) das Leimaggregat (15) ist an einem Stellgetriebe (18) angebracht,b) bei Unterbrechung des Verpackungsprozesses ist das Leimaggregat (15) durch das Stellgetriebe (18) aus einer den Packungen bzw. Zuschnitten (10) benachbarten Arbeits-bzw. Beleimungsstellung herausbewegbar in eine Wartestellung,c) das Leimaggregat (15) bzw. dessen Leimdüsen (16) sind in der Wartestellung von Zeit zu Zeit betätigbar, wobei von dem Leimaggregat (15) bzw. den Leimdüsen (16) abgegebene Leimportionen von einer Auffangvorrichtung aufgefangen werden,d) in der Wartestellung sind die Leimdüsen (16) in einer aufrechten Stellung positioniert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass teilweise gefaltete Zuschnitte (10) durch einen drehenden Faltrevolver (11) transportierbar sind und dass das Leimaggregat (15) ortsfest benachbart zum Umfang des Faltrevolvers (11) in der Arbeits- bzw. Beleimungsstellung positioniert und in eine in größerem Abstand vom Faltrevolver (11) gebildete Warteposition bei Unterbrechung des Fertigungsprozesses bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Leimaggregat (15) bzw. die Leimdüsen (16) in der Arbeits- bzw. Beleimungsstellung radial zum Faltrevolver (11) gerichtet sind mit schräggerichteter Achse der Leimdüsen (16).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Wartestellung des Leimaggregats (15) unterhalb der Leimdüsen (16) eine Auffangwanne (17) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Leimaggregat (15) aus einer Gruppe von in achsparalleler Richtung zum Faltrevolver (11) nebeneinander positionierten Leimdüsen (16) und das Stellgetriebe aus einem Gestänge mit mehreren schwenkbaren Lenkern bzw. Hebeln zum gemeinsamen Verstellen aller Leimdüsen (16) besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Leimaggregat (15) durch ein Vier-Gelenk-Getriebe (18) bewegbar und dieses durch einen an einem Haupthebel (22) angreifenden Druckmittelzylinder (19) betätigbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Vier-Gelenk-Getriebe (18) aus zwei Hebeln besteht, nämlich einem Haupthebel (22) und einem Schwenkhebel (24), die je mit einem Ende ortsfest schwenkbar gelagert sind durch ein ortsfestes Hauptlager (25) einerseits und ein ebenfalls ortsfestes Schwenklager (26) andererseits und dass Haupthebel (22) und Schwenkhebel (24) mit den anderen Enden gelenkig mit dem Leimaggregat (15) verbunden sind, wobei Haupthebel (22) und Schwenkhebel (24) ungleich lang und so gelagert sind, dass das Leimaggregat (15) durch Betätigen des Vier-Gelenk-Getriebes (18) aus einer Schrägstellung benachbart zum Faltrevolver (11) in die hierzu versetzte, aufrechte Wartestellung bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Leimaggregat zusätzlich verschiebbar ist in eine Servicestellung mit Abstand vom Faltrevolver, und zwar durch Bewegung in achsparalleler Richtung zu diesem.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Leimaggregat (15) mittels Lineargetriebe (34) in die Servicestellung verschiebbar ist, wobei eine Laufschiene (36) mit dem Leimaggregat (15) verbunden und zur Verschiebung des Leimaggregats (15) in einem feststehenden Schlitten (35) verschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitten (35) mit dem Haupthebel (22) des Vier-Gelenk-Getriebes (18) verbunden ist, und zwar im Bereich eines dem Leimaggregat (15) zugekehrten Gelenklagers (27) für den Haupthebel (22).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die langgestreckte Auffangwanne (17) lösbar an einem Tragarm (39) angebracht ist, und zwar mittels an der Unterseite angebrachter Stifte (40), die in queraxiale Bohrungen (41) des Tragarms (39) eintreten.
