Claims (10)
- Verpackungsmaschine mit drehend angetriebenem Faltrevolver (13), der eine Mehrzahl von längs des Umfangs verteilten (hohlen) Faltdornen (14) aufweist, an denen Zuschnitte zum Herstellen von Packungen, insbesondere Innenzuschnitte (10) aus Stanniol oder Papier und/oder Becherzuschnitte (11) aus Papier zum Herstellen von (Weich-)Becherpackungen für Zigaretten herumgefaltet werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens längs eines Teilbereichs des Umfangs des Faltrevolvers (13) außerhalb der Bewegungsbahn der Faltdorne (14) ortsfest gelagerte, endlose Haltebänder (34, 59) mit einem Haltetrum an in Radialrichtung außenliegenden Bereichen jeweils mehrerer aufeinanderfolgender Faltdorne (14) anliegen zur zeitweiligen Fixierung der an den Faltdornen (14) positionierten Zuschnitte (10, 11) während der Drehbewegung des Faltrevolvers (13), wobei die Haltebänder (34, 59) mit derselben, gleichgerichteten Geschwindigkeit bewegbar sind wie die Faltdorne (14).
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Haltebänder (34, 59) im Bereich von Faltaggregaten (25, 56) zum Falten der Zuschnitte (10, 11) auf den Faltdornen (14) angeordnet sind, insbesondere in Drehrichtung des Faltrevolvers (13) im Anschluß an ein derartiges Faltaggregat.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltebänder (34, 59) aus mehreren in Axialrichtung des Faltrevolvers (13) nebeneinander angeordneten, parallelen Gurten bestehen, insbesondere aus Rundschnüren (36, 60), die je mit einem Haltetrum (35) an den Faltdornen (14) bzw. den Zuschnitten anliegen.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltebänder (34, 59) Teil eines Halteaggregats (33) bzw. eines Falt- und Halteaggregats (55) sind, das ortsfest außerhalb des Bewegungsbereichs des Faltrevolvers (13) gelagert ist, vorzugsweise mit einer Tragwand (40, 65) zur Lagerung von Umlenkwalzen (38, 63) und Führungswalzen (39, 64).
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 4 sowie einem oder mehreren der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Umlenkwalzen (38, 63) und/oder Führungswalzen (39, 64) einseitig auskragend zu beiden Seiten der Tragwand (40, 65) erstrecken, insbesondere als separate Teilrollen (41, 42).
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltebänder (34, 59) bzw. die Rundschnüre (36, 60) in seitlicher Richtung - achsparallel zum Faltrevolver (13) - geführt sind, insbesondere durch formschlüssige Abstützung an Umlenkwalzen (38, 63) und/oder Führungswalzen (39, 64), und zwar vorzugsweise durch Nuten (43, 61) am Umfang der Walzen bzw. Rollen.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteband (34, 59) bzw. das Haltetrum (35) durch mehrere, entsprechend der Kontur des Faltrevolvers (13) gelagerte Führungswalzen (39, 64) gestützt und geführt sind.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 3 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem Endbereich der Haltebänder (34, 59), insbesondere austrittsseitig im Bereich eines anschließenden Organs zum Zuführen eines (weiteren) Zuschnitts, lediglich einzelne, insbesondere ein einzelner Gurt bzw. eine einzelne Rundschnur (36) mit einer Verlängerung (50) über das Ende bzw. eine Endwalze (48) der Haltebänder (34, 59) hinaus verlängert ist, vorzugsweise eine randseitige Rundschnur (36), die über eine zur Endwalze (48) versetzte Einzelrolle (51) läuft.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Faltorgan für Zuschnitte, insbesondere eine Faltwalze (56), in das Falt- und Halteaggregat (55) integriert ist, vorzugsweise als Umlenk- und Antriebswalze für Haltebänder (59) bzw. deren Rundschnüre (60).
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 9 sowie einem oder mehreren der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faltwalze (56) mehrere längs des Umfangs verteilte Faltstege (57) aufweist zum Umfalten eines radial außenliegenden Seitenlappens (53) gegen die Rückseite des Faltdorns (14), wobei die Faltstege (57) in mehrere Teilstege (62) unterteilt sind, die zwischen den Rundschnüren (60) bzw. den Nuten (61) für diese angeordnet sind.
