Abstract

Metodo e dispositivo (1) per la realizzazione di sovraincarti (2) tubolari di materiale termosaldabile, secondo i quali dei prodotti (3) vengono alimentati in successione, unitamente a rispettivi fogli (15) di sovraincarto, all'interno di rispettive sedi (5) distribuite con passo costante lungo la periferia di una ruota (4) di sovraincarto, la quale viene avanzata con un passo pari ad un sottomultiplo del passo di distribuzione delle sedi (5); ciascuna sede (5) si arresta, ad ogni passo di avanzamento, in corrispondenza di una stazione di saldatura (29), e viene accompagnata, durante il primo passo verso la prima stazione di saldatura (29), da un piegatore mobile (21) di un primo lembo (19) longitudinale del relativo foglio (15) di sovraincarto; un seconda lembo (20) viene ripiegato sopra il primo (19) da un piegatore fisso (33), ed i lembi (19, 20) vengono mantenuti fermi in posizione uno sull'altro in modo da poter essere collegati reciprocamente per saldatura.(Figura 1)
