Definitions
- the invention relates to a container for ammunition according to the Preamble of claim 1.
- the said supply takes place, for example, with the help of a Swap charging system that consists of a suitable vehicle, an associated interchangeable platform and one Removable charger exists.
- a Swap charging system that consists of a suitable vehicle, an associated interchangeable platform and one Removable charger exists.
- Extensive investigations over the past few years have led to the result that in combination with such an interchangeable charging system with removable and removable personnel and Material savings are possible.
- MULTI interchangeable charging system is primarily intended to supply the Artillery group with bulk consumer ammunition, especially with Artillery ammunition 155 mm.
- DE 94 14 555 U relates to a packaging unit for ammunition, consisting of a base plate and a grid-shaped Head section for locking ammunition at the head. Headboard and Footboard are independently manageable parts that only then contact each other when there is ammunition between Head and foot part or bottom part is located. Tension straps provide for the firm connection of head and foot sections.
- This packaging unit has one depending on the length of the ammunition different heights, so that a removable charging system is not possible. This document forms the basis for claim 1.
- the US 26 70 984 A relates to a packaging device for propellant charge modules and / or ammunition.
- a cuboid Crate are several receiving sleeves for receiving propellant charge modules intended.
- An intermediate floor is not necessary and not revealed either.
- the invention has for its object a container to create a rapid Center of gravity enables an increase of Storage capacities for the mobile availability of Ammunition with a reduction in turnover and that enables optimization of transport capacities.
- the container according to the invention has the advantage that it is for the above-mentioned armaments project called MULTI ideally suited, i.e. a rationalization of personnel and material-intensive supply of the artillery troop with Ammunition made possible by the supply group.
- the container according to the invention allows the integration of all imported bullets, in particular 155 mm bullets and Propellant charges, and thus contributes significantly to the ability rapid focus, at a quick turnaround as well as an increase in storage capacity for moving Have the appropriate ammunition ready. Besides, is advantageously a needs-based removal without an unwanted or unwanted breaking of the so-called MULTI load possible.
- the container according to the invention is in and realized in an advantageous manner in lightweight construction is for projectiles as well as for propellant containers Propellant charges are equally suitable.
- One for one Number of propellant charges for transport or Propellant charge container is in patent application 196 19 191.2 of the applicant.
- Container it is possible to have a defined number of such To accommodate propellant containers safely and reliably.
- the container according to the invention thus forms either Floor pallet or a propellant pallet. It is for System MULTI compatible and enables fast Handling, safe storage and needs-based Removal with a minimum of personnel and time - as has already been mentioned.
- the container according to the invention in the form of Storey pallet allows the storage and transportation of all imported types of bullets, especially for artillery ammunition 155 mm, also in ignited form.
- the container in the form of the Propellant pallet advantageously allows the Integration of all introduced propellant charges and more also the integration of the new modular to be introduced Propellant charge. With suitable minor adaption the said range of propellants furthermore the Possibility to be used as a packaging unit for SMArt become.
- Storey and propellant pallets are such designed that they are combined as a loading unit MULTI can be. This loading unit can, for example, 180 shots Artillery ammunition 155 mm with associated propellant charges and Igniters included in a depot can be pre-assembled.
- Figures 1 and 2 show an embodiment of the container 10, which is intended for ammunition in the form of projectiles 12 is.
- Figures 1 and 2 show floors 12 in the form of Artillery ammunition 155 mm, with projectiles 12 different lengths schematically with dashed lines thin lines are shown.
- the respective container 10 are of course only floors 12 of the same type, i.e. same axial dimensions housed.
- the container 10 has a bottom 14, from which Corner pillars 16 protrude upwards. Through the four corner pillars 16 are two pairs of side surfaces 18 (see FIG. 2) and 20 (see FIG. Fig. 1) set, the two themselves opposite side surfaces 18 each with a Bracing 22 are provided, as can be seen from Fig. 2 is.
- the bottom 14 is pallet-like with openings 24 trained to insert a fork Forklift trucks are provided.
- the braced side surfaces 18 are at the top end 26 of the corner pillars 16 provided with cross struts 28, which extend between the corresponding corner pillars 16.
- the Cross struts 28 have one another at the bottom 14 adjusted distance so that it is possible to containers 10 stacked on top of each other as desired.
- a walk-in Cover 30 is provided, which is about an axis 32 (see FIG. 1) is pivotable.
- the axis 32 is, for example, by two pins 34 set, which are axially aligned with each other and which extend into associated tabs 36, which of the braced side surfaces 18 determining corner pillars 16 stand out inside.
- the bottom 14 of the container 10 Provided on the top with positioning elements 38.
- the Positioning elements 38 serve to fix the bottom end 40 of the respective floor 12.
- an intermediate plate 42 limited movement, i.e. adjustable in height, provided for insertion and Holding the head sections 44 of projectiles 12 with Holes 46 is formed.
- the Edge 48 of each hole 46 with a ring element 50 provided resilient material.
- the ring elements 50 are against the associated floors 12 or their Head sections 44 forced by the intermediate plate 42 with Help of tensioning straps 52 in the direction of the bottom 14 of the Container 10 is pulled. 1 is one of these Lashing straps 52 illustrates.
- the corner pillars 16 are provided with stops 54 and 56, which allow floors of 12 different Length dimensions in each case reliably in the container 10 set.
- Cap element 58 To protect the fired head sections 44 of the Bullets 12 is on the intermediate plate 42 Cap element 58, for example with the aid of a tension belt 60 (see FIG. Fig. 2) definable.
- Figures 3 and 4 show another embodiment of the Container 10, which is not for floors 12 but for in Propellant containers 62 propellant charges is provided.
- the container 10 according to FIGS. 3 and 4 also has a floor 14, from which corner pillars 16 upwards stand.
- the four corner pillars 16 lay two opposite side surfaces 18 (see FIG. 4) and 20 (see FIG. Fig. 3) firmly.
- the two opposite each other Side surfaces 18 are each with a strut 22 educated.
- cross struts 28 provided between the said top Extend ends 26 of corner pillars 16.
- the distance between the two cross struts 28 is connected to the corresponding Adjusted basic dimensions of the bottom 14 so that containers 10 according to Figures 3 and 4 as the containers 10 according to Figures 1 and 2 are stackable. Is in Fig. 3 also indicated by cross struts 28, the floor 14 are assigned.
- the container 10 according to FIGS. 3 and 4 is also provided on the top with a lid 30 which is about an axis 32 is pivotable.
- the axis 32 is for longitudinal extension the propellant charge container 62 is oriented vertically intended.
- support elements 64 on the upper side are spaced apart and parallel to each other run.
- the support elements 64 consist of a suitable extruded profile material.
- Propellant charge containers 62 in the container 10 serve as tension belts, which can be attached to suitable elements 66.
