Description
Claims (10)
- Dispositif pour la sélection de crochets dans une mécanique d'armure qui comporte un plateau inférieur (1) portant les crochets (2) et une partie supérieure supportant le dispositif de sélection et mobile par rapport au plateau inférieur (1), ce dispositif comportant des pièces (3) munies d'un ergot (4) et des moyens (14, 16) pour créer un champ magnétique permanent, chacune de ces pièces (3) correspondant à un crochet (2) du plateau inférieur et la position de l'ergot (4) par rapport au crochet (2) étant commandée par un dispositif électromagnétique présentant au moins une bobine (11), de telle sorte que, lorsque le plateau inférieur (1) s'éloigne de la partie supérieure, l'ergot (4), selon sa position, entraíne ou non le crochet (2) avec lui, caractérisé en ce que chaque pièce (3) munie d'un ergot (4) est une lame rigide comportant au moins une pièce (9) réalisée en matériau magnétique, montée pivotante autour d'un axe (7), en ce que les moyens (14, 16) pour créer un champ magnétique permanent agissent au niveau de la pièce (9) réalisée en matériau magnétique de la lame, et en ce que la bobine (11) permet d'agir sur la pièce (9) de la lame réalisée en matériau magnétique, de telle sorte que, suivant les polarités de la bobine et du champ magnétique permanent, la lame (3) pivote autour de son axe (7) soit dans une première position permettant d'entraíner le crochet (2) inférieur correspondant lorsque le plateau inférieur (1) s'éloigne de la partie supérieure, soit dans une seconde position ne permettant pas un tel entraínement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la lame (3) munie d'un ergot (4) est réalisée dans un matériau sans propriété magnétique du côté de l'ergot et dans un matériau magnétique du côté opposé à l'ergot.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande électromagnétique comporte deux pièces polaires (12) entre lesquelles se trouve un aimant permanent (14) et entre lesquelles une partie de la pièce (9) de la lame réalisée en matériau magnétique peut se déplacer, et en ce que la bobine (11) entoure une partie de la pièce (9) de la lame réalisée en matériau magnétique.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande électromagnétique comporte deux pièces polaires (12) entre lesquelles se trouve une seconde bobine (16) et entre lesquelles une partie de la pièce (9) de la lame réalisée en matériau magnétique peut se déplacer, ainsi que la bobine (11) entourant une partie de la pièce de la lame (9) réalisée en matériau magnétique.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la pièce (9) de la lame réalisée dans un matériau magnétique est un aimant permanent et en ce que le dispositif de commande électromagnétique comporte deux pièces polaires (12) entre lesquelles se trouve la bobine (11) et entre lesquelles une partie de l'aimant permanent peut se déplacer.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les deux pièces polaires (12) servent de butée mécanique à la lame pivotante rigide (3) et définissent ainsi les deux positions que peut prendre cette dernière.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque lame présente du côté opposé à l'ergot (4) un logement recevant un aimant permanent placé entre deux pièces polaires qui font saillie hors du logement, et en que le dispositif électromagnétique de commande comporte une armature en forme de E, ainsi que la bobine (11) entourant la branche médiane du E, l'extrémité de chaque pièce polaire faisant saillie hors du logement se trouvant entre deux branches du E.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque lame présente du côté opposé à l'ergot (4) un logement recevant une armature en forme de E, la bobine (11) entourant la branche médiane du E, et en qu'un aimant permanent placé entre deux pièces polaires fait face à cette armature de telle sorte qu'une extrémité de chaque pièce polaire se trouve entre deux branches du E.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un entrefer réalisé dans un matériau amagnétique est placé entre chaque extrémité d'une pièce polaire et les branches voisines de l'armature en forme de E.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande électromagnétique est équipé d'une carte électronique (15) comportant un circuit imprimé pour commander le passage du courant dans la bobine (11) permettant de sélectionner la position de la lame (3).
