Definitions
- the present invention relates to a locking device for a door or the like with a fixed frame and a wing, comprising a main lock on the wing with a by means of a Locking element, in particular key, via a bolt actuating device actuatable latch and one both by means of the closing element and by means of a door handle or the like.
- a latch actuating device Case for engaging in a fixed frame side striking plate as well comprising a wing catch device separate from the main lock on the wing with a driving pin, which in one Casing of the wing trap with the help of a drive pin actuator between a release position and a driving position is movably mounted and at closed wing disengaged in its release position with an engaging portion attached to the fixed frame Gap opening limiter and in its driving position in Engagement with the engagement portion is for driving the gap opening limiter when opening the wing until it is reached a maximum determined by the gap opening limiter possible gap opening position of the wing, the main lock and the wing catcher coupled together in such a way are that the driving bolt from the main lock by means of of the closing element from the driving position into the release position is feasible.
- Such a locking device is for example from DE 35 03 466 C2 known. It is a locking device for a door where the main lock acts as an espagnolette lock with one with the bolt actuation device coupled drive rod is formed.
- the connecting rod serves on the one hand for mechanical coupling of the main lock at least one additional lock separate from the main lock with one additional bolt each.
- the wing catching device also referred to below as a door catching device
- the known locking device has a Handle with which the driving pin only from the inside the door between the release position and the take-away position is movable back and forth in the present case can be retracted or extended.
- the driving pin is arranged in the driving position, so the door could only be opened from the outside to the maximum possible Open the gap opening position of the wing, if not possible would be provided, the driving pin from the outside of the To bring the door into the release position. So that the driving pin from the outside of the door from the locked position the door can be transferred to the carry position can also be opened completely from the outside the known locking device over the door catcher which also for coupling the at least one additional lock the main lock provided with the main lock coupled.
