Claims (13)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Quervorbruches (2) an einem Zuschnitt (3), insbesondere an einem Briefumschlagzuschnitt mit Hilfe einer Messerwalze (6) und einer Gegenwalze (7),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zuschnitt (3) mindestens während der Herstellung des Quervorbruches (2) in Transportrichtung gezogen wird und
daß der in Transportrichtung hinter dem Quervorbruch (2) befindliche Teil (70) des Zuschnittes (3) lose mitgeführt wird, so daß er für eine Ausgleichsbewegung während der Vorbruchbildung frei beweglich ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zuschnitt (3) mit Hilfe von Unterdruck/Saugluft im Bereich seiner Vorderkante (72) erfaßt und weitertransportiert sowie geführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zuschnitt (3) für einen Briefumschlag neben dem Rand seiner Rückenklappe erfaßt und weitertransportiert sowie geführt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen eines Quervorbruches (2) an einem Zuschnitt (3), insbesondere an einem Briefumschlagzuschnitt, die ein Maschinengestell (4), einen Antrieb (5) und mindestens eine Messerwalze (6) sowie eine Gegenwalze (7) umfaßt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Messerwalze (6) eine Saugschale (12) mit mehreren umfangsseitig angeordneten Saugöffnungen (13) aufweist, die an Unterdruck/Saugluft anschließbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugöffnungen (13) zu einzelnen Gruppen zusammengefaßt und jeweils gezielt ansteuerbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Vorrichtungsansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugschale (12) auf der Antriebswelle (8) in Umfangsrichtung einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Vorrichtungsansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugöffnungen (13) in der Saugschale (12) zu achsparallelen Gruppen zusammengefaßt sind und jeweils reihenweise an eine Saugleitung (14) anschließbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Vorrichtungsansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugschale (12) eine Vielzahl achsparalleler Saugkanäle (15) mit jeweils umfangsseitig angeordneten Saugöffnungen (13) aufweist
und daß jeder achsparallele Saugkanal (15) an einen in der Antriebswelle (8) der Messerwalze (6) angeordneten Unterdruck-Hauptkanal (16) anschließbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Vorrichtungsansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Vorbruchmesser (33, 34) vorgesehen sind und daß ein Vorbruchmesser (33) in Umfangsrichtung starr und das andere Vorbruchmesser (34) in Umfangsrichtung einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Vorrichtungsansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Messerwalze (6) im Maschinengestell (4) drehbar sowie angetrieben gelagert ist und daß die Gegenwalze (7) relativ zur Messerwalze (6) lagemäßig fixierbar sowie einstellbar und abschwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Vorrichtungsansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenwalze (7) von der Messerwalze (6) angetrieben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Vorrichtungsansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein einstellbarer Saugluft-Wählring (17) vorgesehen ist, der einerseits einer zum Unterdruck-Hauptkanal (16) führenden Radialbohrung (21) in der Antriebswelle (8) und andererseits mit einer Innen-Umfangsnut (19) und einer Radialbohrung (20) den Saugkanälen (15) in der Saugschale (12) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Vorrichtungsansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugschale (12) und die Vorbruchmesser (33, 34) auf Trageringen (30, 36-39 und 50, 51) angeordnet sind.
