Abstract
Description
Eine bevorzugte Ausführung eines Transportelementes 3 ist im Detail in den Fig. 5 bis 8 dargestellt. Es umfaßt ein Fahrwerk 8, in dem vier Räder 7 vorgesehen sind. Jedes Rad 7 ist auf einem Lagerblock 10 drehbar gelagert, der mittels Lager 45 um eine vertikale Achse drehbar in einem Radgehäuse 9 angeordnet ist, das im Fahrwerk 8 befestigt ist. Der Lagerblock 10 trägt an der Oberseite Rollen 17, die einen Ring 11 drehbar lagern, der eine Innenverzahnung 12 und eine Außenverzahnung 16 aufweist. In die Innenverzahnung 12 greift ein Zwischenzahnrad 13 ein, das mit einem Kegelzahnrad 14 verbunden ist. Dieses kämmt mit einem Kegelzahnrad 15, das am Rad bzw. der Laufrolle 7 fixiert ist. In die Außenverzahnung des Ringes 11 greift ein Ritzel 18 des Fahrantriebes ein, der beispielsweise einen gemeinsamen Antriebsmotor 20 und ein alle Ritzel 18 verbindendes Zugmittelgetriebe 19 umfaßt. Die Räder 7 sind mittels eines Schwenkantriebes schwenkbar, der einen doppelwirkenden Hydraulikzylinder 23 mit beidseitigen Kolbenstangen 22, sowie Lenker 24 und Koppelstäbe 25 aufweist. Die Lenker 24 und die Koppelstäbe 25 sind an über den Ring 17 hochstehenden Lenkzapfen 21 angelenkt, die am drehbar gelagerten Lagerblock 10 des Rades 7 angeordnet sind, und vorzugsweise Achsbolzen der Rollen 17 bilden.
Claims (18)
- Transporteinrichtung zur Beförderung von Kraftfahrzeugen (6) zu freien Stellplätzen (2) in einem Gebäude (1),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Transporteinrichtung zumindest ein insbesondere gleisloses Transportelement (3) und für jedes Kraftfahrzeug (6) zumindest zwei auf dem Stellplatz (2) vom Transportelement (3) trennbare Auflageelemente aufweist. - Transporteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auflageelement zumindest einen vom sich anhebenden Transportelement (3) untergreifbaren Einhängesteg (40) aufweist.
- Transporteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Auflagelement zwei Radstützelemente (4) aufweist.
- Transporteinrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils zwei Radstützelemente (4) mit einem eigenen Transportelement (3) verbindbar ist.
- Transporteinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Radstützelement (4) eine Auflagenmulde (41) aufweist.
- Transporteinrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auflagenmulde (41) einen höhenverstellbaren Mittelbereich aufweist.
- Transporteinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Transportelement (3) ein in zumindest zwei Richtungen bewegbares Fahrwerk (8) aufweist.
- Transporteinrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fahrwerk (8) auf einem Kreisbogen bewegbar ist.
- Transporteinrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fahrwerk (8) zumindest zwei jeweils um zumindest 90° schwenkbare Räder (7) aufweist.
- Transporteinrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest zwei schwenkbare Räder (7) angetrieben sind.
- Transporteinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Räder (7) einen gemeinsamen Antriebsmotor (20) und/oder einen gemeinsamen Schwenkantrieb aufweisen.
- Transporteinrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der gemeinsame Schwenkantrieb einen Hydraulikantrieb (22, 23) und Koppelstäbe (24, 25) zwischen den Rädern (7) aufweist.
- Transporteinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Transportelement (3) zumindest ein höhenverstellbares Verbindungselement (27) zur trennbaren Verbindung mit dem Auflageelement oder einem Radstützelement (4) aufweist.
- Transporteinrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (27) einen hydraulischen Hubantrieb aufweist.
- Transporteinrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hubantrieb eine im Transportelement (3) horizontal wirkende Hydraulikeinheit (31, 32) und ein die Horizontalbewegung in eine Vertikalbewegung umsetzendes Zugmittel (33) aufweist, das über zumindest eine Umlenkrolle (34, 35) geführt und mit dem Verbindungselement (27) verbunden ist.
- Transporteinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (27) horizontal aus dem Transportelement (3) ausschiebbar ist.
- Verfahren zum Abstellen von Kraftfahrzeugen (6) auf einer ebenen Stellfläche eines Gebäudes (1), wobei jedes Kraftfahrzeug (6) auf eine Transporteinrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 16 aufgeladen und auf einen Stellplatz (2) der Stellfläche befördert und abgestellt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kraftfahrzeuge (6) unabhängig von ihrer Größe, mit vorgegebenen Zwischenräumen zueinander auf Stellplätze (2) ohne vorgegebene Begrenzung abgestellt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kraftfahrzeuge (6) mit einem vorgegebenen Längs-Sicherheitsabstand von vorzugsweise 10 cm abgestellt werden.
