- Breitstreckaggregat für textile Warenbahnendadurch gekennzeichnet,mit einem ersten Nadelscheibenaggregat (20) mit zwei längs einer ersten Achse (27) in einem der Breite der Warenbahn (4) entsprechenden Abstand angeordneten ersten Nadelscheiben (26,28) mit über den Umfang verteilten, radial nach außen weisenden zum Einstecken in die Ränder (4') der Warenbahn (4) bestimmten Nadeln (30),mit einer Einrichtung (13,50) zur Verschwenkung der Drehachsen (35,37) der ersten Nadelscheiben (26,28) in einer durch die Achse gehenden Verschwenkungsebeneund mit einer Einrichtung zum Aufnadeln der Warenbahn (4) mit ihren Rändern auf die Nadeln (30) der Nadelscheiben (26,28) in dem Bereich des geringeren axialen Abstandes der Ränder der ersten Nadelscheiben (26,28),daß dem ersten Nadelscheibenaggregat (20) ein zweites Nadelscheibenaggregat (40) mit einer zweiten, zur ersten Achse (27) parallelen, in der Verschwenkungsebene gelegenen Achse (47) zugeordnet ist, um die zwei zu der Achse (47) senkrechte zweite Nadelscheiben (46,48) mit zu den ersten Nadelscheiben (26,28) gleicher Umfangsgeschwindigkeit umlaufen,daß der axiale Abstand der zweiten Nadelscheiben (46,48) dem axialen Abstand der ersten Nadelscheiben (26,-28) in einem Bereich ihres vergrößerten Abstandes gleich istund daß die Ränder der ersten und zweiten Nadelscheiben (26,46 bzw. 28,48) in dem Bereich vergrößerten Abstandes einander fast berühren, so daß ein Übergang der Warenbahn (4) von den ersten Nadelscheiben (26,28) auf die zweiten Nadelscheiben (46,48) ohne Aufgabe der Aufnadelung auf mindestens eine der Nadelscheiben (26 oder 46 bzw. 28 oder 48) bewirkbar ist.
- Breitstreckaggregat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an jeweils einem Rand (4') der Warenbahn (4) gelegenen Nadelscheiben (26,46 bzw. 28,48) der beiden Nadelscheibenaggregate (20 bzw. 40) gemeinsam gegenüber den an dem anderen Rand (4') gelegenen Nadelscheiben (28,48 bzw. 26,46) in Breitenrichtung der Warenbahn (4) verstellbar sind.
- Breitstreckaggregat nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an jeweils einem Rand (4') der Warenbahn (4) gelegenen Nadelscheiben (26,46 bzw. 28,48) der beiden Nadelscheibenaggregate (20 bzw. 40) einen gemeinsamen, auf der zweiten Achse (47) gelagerten Träger (50) aufweisen und die einander gegenüberliegenden Träger (50,50) auf der zweiten Achse (47) gegeneinander verstellbar sind.
- Breitstreckaggregat nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Träger (50) ein zu der zweiten Achse (47) winkelfestes Tragglied (56,58) und ein zweites Tragglied (36,38) für die Drehachsen (35,37) der Nadelscheiben (26,28) des ersten Nadelscheibenaggregats (20) umfaßt, welches an dem ersten Tragglied (56,58) mittels eines Schwenkantriebs (13) um eine Schwenkachse (15) schwenkbar ist, die in einer zu der Achse (47) senkrechten Ebene zu der Verbindungsebene der Achsen (27,47) senkrecht und zu den Nadelscheiben (26 und 46 bzw. 28 und 48) tangential verläuft.
- Breitstreckaggregat nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Tragglied (56,58) gewinkelt ist und mit dem Fuß des zur zweiten Achse (47) radialen Schenkels (56",58") an einer auf der zweiten Achse (47) gelagerten Nabe (42,44) befestigt ist, während der achsparallele andere Schenkel (56',58') an seinem freien Ende die Schwenkachse (15) trägt.
- Breitstreckaggregat nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Tragglied (56,58), senkrecht zu der Verbindungsebene der Achsen (27,47) gesehen, T-förmig ausgebildet und der Steg (56",58") des "T" der eine Schenkel ist, während der achsparallel verlaufende Querbalken (56',58') an dem inneren freien Ende die Schwenkachse (15) und an dem äußeren freien Ende den einen Angriffspunkt (31') des Schwenkantriebs (13) trägt.
- Breitstreckaggregat nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Tragglied ein einenends an dem ersten Tragglied (56,58) um die Schwenkachse (15) schwenkbar gelagertes Schwenkglied (36,38) ist, an dem anderenends die Drehachse (35,37) für jeweils eine der ersten Nadelscheiben (26,28) angebracht ist.
- Breitstreckaggregat nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkantrieb (13) ein Linearantrieb ist, der, in Achsrichtung des ersten Nadelscheibenaggregats (20) gesehen, axial außerhalb des Schwenkgliedes (36,38) angeordnet ist und an dem anderen Angriffspunkt (31) in der Nähe des freien Endes des Schwenkgliedes (36,38) angreift.
- Breitstreckaggregat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Nadelscheiben (26,28;46,48) mindestens eines Nadelscheibenaggregats (20,40) eine den Zwischenraum in Achsrichtung fast ausfüllende, den gleichen Durchmesser wie die zugehörigen Nadelscheiben (26,28 bzw. 46,48) aufweisende Stütztrommel (29,49) für die Warenbahn (4) vorgesehen ist.
- Breitstreckaggregat nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stütztrommel (29,49) in ihrer Länge verstellbar ist.
- Breitstreckaggregat nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stütztrommel (29,49) aus jeweils mindestens zwei koaxialen zylindrischen Teilen gleichen Durchmessers besteht, deren Umfang auf den einander zugewandten Seiten durch frei vorkragende fingerartige Segmente (51) gebildet ist, die zwischen sich in Umfangsrichtung der Segmentbreite entsprechende Abstandsräume (52) belassen, daß die Segmente (51) des einen Teils in die Abstandsräume des anderen Teils eingreifen und daß Mittel vorgesehen sind, um die Teile (29',29" bzw. 49',49") axial gegeneinander zu verlagern.
- Breitstreckaggregat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Nadelscheibenaggregat (20) über dem zweiten Nadelscheibenaggregat (40) angeordnet ist und die Warenbahn (4) derart geführt ist, daß sie etwa horizontal im Bereich der oberen Scheitellinie auf das erste Nadelscheibenaggregat (20) aufläuft.
- Breitstreckaggregat nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß oberhalb der von dem zweiten Nadelscheibenaggregat (40) fortlaufenden Warenbahn (4) auf der dem Warenbahneinlauf auf das erste Nadelscheibenaggregat (20) gegenüberliegenden Seite ein sich quer über die Warenbahn (4) erstreckender Bedienstand (24) vorgesehen ist.
- Breitstreckaggregat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in de von der Warenbhan (4) umschlungenen Bereichen der Nadelscheibenaggregate (40) eine Auftragsanordnung (16) zum Auftragen einer Behandlungsflüssigkeit auf die Warenbahn (4) vorgesehen ist.
- Breitstreckaggregat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß kurz vor dem Auflauf der Warenbahn (4) auf das erste Nadelscheibenaggregat (20) an beiden Rändern der Warenbahn (4) Kantenausbreiter (5) vorgesehen sind.
- Breitstreckaggregat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an jedem Rand der Warenbahn (4) in Laufrichtung der Warenbahn (4) nach der Übergangsstelle (3) von dem ersten Nadelscheibenaggregat (20) auf das zweite Nadelscheibenaggregat (40) eine Umnadeleinrichtung (90) vorgesehen ist, mittels derer ein das Eindringen der Nadeln (30) des zweiten Nadelscheibenaggregats (40) in den Rand (4') der Warenbahn (4) fördernder, radial von außen wirkender Druck auf den Rand (4') der Warenbahn (4) ausübbar ist.
- Breitstreckaggregat nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umnadeleinrichtung (90) an jedem Rand (4') der Warenbahn (4) eine federnd von außen auf den Rand (4') der Warenbahn (4) bzw. den Umfangsrand (46') der jeweiligen Nadelscheibe (46) des zweiten Nadelscheibenaggregats (40) gedrückte Rolle (96) umfaßt, die um eine zur Achse des zweiten Nadelscheibenaggregats (40) parallele Achse drehbar ist und Umfangsnuten (97) zum Hindurchlassen der Nadeln (30) aufweist.
- Breitstreckaggregat nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rolle (96) an dem jeweiligen Tragglied (56 bzw. 58) gelagert ist.
- Breitstreckaggregat nach Anspruch 17 oder 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rolle (96) einen radial vorspringenden Bund (98) aufweist, mit dem sie federnd axial von außen gegen die Stirnseite (46") des Umfangsrandes (46') der jeweiligen Nadelscheibe (46) gedrückt ist.
- Breitstreckaggregat nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der letzten Leitwalze (8") vor dem Auflaufen der Warenbahn (4) auf das erste Nadelscheibenaggregat (20), deren oberer Scheitel etwa in der gleichen Höhe wie der obere Scheitel des ersten Nadelscheibenaggregats (20) liegt, eine an Lenkern (73) um eine etwa in Höhe der oberen Hälfte der Leitwalze (8") gelegene Achse (24) schwenkbar angeordnete Umlenkwalze (72) nachgeschaltet ist, deren Durchmesser größer ist als der lichte Abstand zwischen der Leitwalze (8") und dem ersten Nadelscheibenaggregat (20) und die aus einer Stellung oberhalb der von dem Scheitel der Leitwalze (8") zu dem Scheitel des ersten Nadelscheibenaggregats (20) verlaufenden Warenbahn (4") in eine Stellung niederschwenkbar ist, in der sie sowohl an der Leitwalze (8") als auch an der Stütztrommel (29) des ersten Nadelscheibenaggregats (20) zwischen dessen Nadeln (30) anliegt und in ihrem unteren Bereich von der Warenbahn (4) teilweise umschlungen ist.
- Breitstreckaggregat nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse der Umlenkwalze (72) an den Lenkern (73) geringfügig verlagerbar ist.
- Breitstreckaggregat nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Auslauf (77) der Warenbahn (4) von dem zweiten Nadelscheibenaggregat (40) eine Ausnadelwalze (78) vorgesehen ist, deren Durchmesser größer ist als der lichte Abstand von dem zweiten Nadelscheibenaggregat (40) zur ersten Folgewalze (79) und die an einer Vertikalführung (65) frei beweglich derart geführt ist, daß sie auf der Folgewalze (79) aufliegt und die Nadeln (30) des zweiten Nadelscheibenaggregats (40) gerade nicht mehr berührt.
- Breitstreckaggregart nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung (65) in der Horizontalrichtung (67) einstellbar ist.
- Breitstreckaggregat nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkantriebe (13) über Kraftaufnehmer (81) angeschlossen sind, deren Signale einer Steuer- und Regeleinrichtung (80) eingebbar sind, die über einen Antriebsmotor (85) die Breiteneinstellung des zweiten Nadelscheibenaggregats (40) steuert.
- Breitstreckaggregat nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Meßeinrichtung (83) für den Istwert der eingestellte Breite des zweiten Nadelscheibenaggregats (40) vorgesehen ist, deren Signal der Steuer- und Regeleinrichtung (80) eingebbar ist.
- Breitstreckaggregat nach Anspruch 24 oder 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuer- und Regeleinrichtung (80) die Breiteneinstellung des zweiten Nadelscheibenaggregats (40) so regelt, daß die Querzugspannung in der Warenbahn (4) zwischen einem minimalen und einem maximalen Wert bleibt.
- Breitstreckaggregat nach einem der Ansprüche 24 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei einem plötzlichen Abfall der Querzugspannung in der Warenbahn (4) beim Ausreißen oder Ausnadeln der Warenbahnränder (4') ein unkontrolliertes Breitfahren des zweiten Nadelscheibenaggregats (40) unterbunden ist.
- Breitstreckaggregat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 27, gekennzeichnet durch seine Kombination mit einem Längsstreckfeld.
- Breitstreckaggregat nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Längsstreckfeld (2) dem Breitstreckaggregat (100) vorgeschaltet ist.
