Claims (8)
- Glättvorrichtung zur Glättung einer Papierbahn (11) in einer Papiermaschine, gekennzeichnet durch ein Transportband (62) zum Transport der noch feuchten Papierbahn (11) zwischen einer vorgeordneten und einer nachgeordneten Einheit und durch eine Glättwalze (64) mit glatter Oberfläche, die mit einer Differenzgeschwindigkeit (ΔV) gegenüber der Geschwindigkeit (V2) des Transportbandes (62) angetrieben ist.
- Glättvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie im Übergangsbereich zwischen Pressenpartie (10) und Trockenpartie (42) oder im Anfangsbereich der Trockenpartie (42) angeordnet ist.
- Glättvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Glättwalze (64) temperierbar ist.
- Glättvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Glättwalze (64) zonenweise temperierbar ist.
- Glättvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Glättwalze (64) als Durchbiegungseinstellwalze ausgeführt ist.
- Glättvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Differenzgeschwindigkeit (ΔV) einstellbar ist.
- Glättvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Transportband (62) als einem polymeren, elastischen Material, vorzugsweise aus einem Polyurethan besteht.
- Verfahren zur Glättung einer Papierbahn, bei dem die Papierbahn (11) im noch feuchten Zustand mittels eines Transportbandes (62) zwischen einer vorgeordneten und einer nachgeordneten Einheit der Papiermaschine transportiert wird und durch Rutschkontakt mit einer Glättwalze (64), die gegenüber der Geschwindigkeit (V2) des Transportbandes (62) eine Differenzgeschwindigkeit (ΔV) aufweist, einseitig geglättet wird.
