Claims (9)
- Pressenpartie einer Papiermaschine mit mindestens zwei Preßspalten (18, 20), durch die eine wässrige Faserstoffbahn (72) zusammen mit mindestens einem Filz (22, 22a) geführt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Filz (22, 22a) durch beide Preßspalte (18, 20) geführt ist, und daß zwischen den beiden Preßspalten (18, 20) eine Konditionierungseinrichtung (46, 46a) zur Entfeuchtung des Filzes (22, 22a) nach Durchtritt durch den ersten Preßspalt (18) vorgesehen ist.
- Pressenpartie nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faserstoffbahn (72) zwischen den beiden Preßspalten (18, 20) auf einem glatten Preßband (52, 52a) geführt ist.
- Pressenpartie nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Filz (22, 22a) kurz nach dem Austritt aus dem ersten (18) oder dem zweiten (20) Preßspalt von der Faserstoffbahn (72) getrennt wird.
- Pressenpartie nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faserstoffbahn (72) durch eine Glättpresse (80, 82) geführt ist.
- Pressenpartie nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faserstoffbahn (72) von der Glättpresse (80, 82) mittels einer Saugwalze (62) abgenommen wird.
- Pressenpartie nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Preßspalte von Schuhpressen (38, 40, 42, 44; 38a, 40a, 42a, 44a) gebildet sind.
- Pressenpartie nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, die Schuhpressen (38, 40, 42, 44) als Oberfilzpressen ausgebildet sind.
- Pressenpartie nach Anspruch 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schuhpressen (38a, 40a, 42a, 44a) als Unterfilzpressen ausgebildet sind, und daß an der Glättpresse ein Schaber (60a) zur Abnahme von Faserstoffresten vorgesehen ist.
- Verfahren zum Entwässern einer wässrigen Faserstoffbahn, bei dem die Faserstoffbahn (72) zusammen mit mindestens einem Filz (22, 22a) zumindest durch zwei Preßspalte (18, 20) geführt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Faserstoffbahn (72) zusammen mit einem Filz (22, 22a) durch beide Preßspalte geführt wird, und daß der Filz (22, 22a) zwischen den beiden Preßspalten (18, 20) konditioniert, d.h. entwässert wird.
