Claims (4)
- Ausrüstung zur Formung von metallischen Profilstücken (6) auf einer Zug-Biegemaschine, auf der ein zu bildendes Profilstück an seinen Enden mittels Backen (4, 5), die mit Zugzylindern (7, 8) und mit Biegemitteln (9, 10, 13, 14) verbunden sind, gegen eine konvexe Form (3) gehalten wird, die auf einem Werkzeugtisch (2) der Maschine befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie umfasst eine Gegenform (15) und Mittel (16, 17) zum Bewegen der Gegenform gegen die Form (3), nachdem das Profilstück (6) an der Form (3) gebogen wurde, ein Füllstück (20) aus elastischem Material, das vorgesehen ist, im Inneren des Profilstücks (6) angebracht zu werden, und Mittel, die vorgesehen sind, das Füllstück einer Druck-Ausdehnung zu unterwerfen, so dass es das Profilstück fest gegen die inneren Flächen der Form und der Gegenform, die gegeneinander geschlossen sind drückt.
- Ausrüstung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Füllstück (20) aus elastischem Material zwei verschiedene Teile (20A, 20 B) umfasst, die sich an den Enden berühren, nachdem sie in das Profilstück eingeführt wurden, wobei jeder Teil des Füllstückes einen Kanal (21) umfasst, der an einem einzigen Ende offen und am gegenüberliegenden Ende geschlossen ist, wobei das Ende, an dem der Kanal (21) mündet, mit einem metallischen Einsatzstück (22) zum Festspannen der Backen und zur Versorgung mit hydraulischem Druck verbunden und mit einem Verbindungsmittel (23) zu hydraulischen Mitteln (24, 25) zur Unterdrucksetzung ausgestattet ist, wobei das metallische Einsatzstück (22) in das entsprechende Ende des Profilstücks eindringt.
- Ausrüstung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Unterwerfen des Fülistückes (20) einer Druck-Ausdehnung einen Druckkolben (28) umfassen, der im inneren Profil des Profifstücks bearbeitet ist, wobei der Kolben einem Stoß F durch irgendein Mittel unterworfen ist.
- Ausrüstung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gegenform (15) und eventuell auch die Form (3) eine Aussparung (26) umfassen.
