Claims (7)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Achse mit profilierten Enden eines axialen Durchgangs, und zwar deren axialer Rotationsdurchgang an seinen Enden eine Vergrößerung mit einem bestimmten Profil zeigt, ausgehend von einem Rohteil, das sich in der Form eines Rohres darstellt, von dem der genannte axiale Durchgang zylindrisch ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es im wesentlichen darin besteht, die besagte Achse (1) in einer verschiebbaren Matrize (8) zu halten, eines der Enden dieses axialen Durchganges (3) der Achse mit einem Gegenstempel (7b) in Eingriff zu bringen, einen beweglichen Stempel (7a) mit dem anderen Ende des genannten axialen Durchgangs in Eingriff zu bringen und wobei die Achse (1) alsdann auf dem Gegenstempel (7b) unterstützt ist, einen Druck auf den beweglichen Stempel (7a) auszuüben, der geeignet ist, durch Pressen den beiden Enden des genannten axialen Durchgangs (3) die gewünschte profilierte Verformung zu verleihen.
  2. Maschine zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 für die Herstellung einer Achse mit profilierten Enden eines axialen Durchgangs und zwar deren axialer Rotationsdurchgang an seinen Enden eine Vergrößerung mit einem bestimmten Profil zeigt, ausgehend von einem Rohteil, das sich in der Form eines Rohres darstellt, dessen axialer Durchgang zylindrisch ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aufweist: eine Matrize (8), die verschiebbar in einem festen Träger (17) montiert ist und aufweist, entsprechend der Richtung dieser Verschiebung, eine Bohrung (23), die geeignet ist, ein Rohteil der Achse (1) aufzunehmen und durch Verklemmung zu halten; einen Gegenstempel (7b) mit profilierter Schulter (13b), der mit seiner Spitze mit einem Ende dieser Bohrung (23) in Eingriff steht; einem beweglichen Stempel (7a) mit profilierter Schulter (13a), der geeignet ist, mit seiner Spitze mit dem anderen Ende dieser Bohrung (23) in Eingriff zu kommen und mit Druckmitteln, die geeignet sind, eine Kraft auf den genannten beweglichen Stempel (7a) auszuüben in der Art, daß die Enden des axialen Durchgangs (3) des genannten Rohteils der Achse (1) komprimiert und verformt werden durch Pressen zwischen den profilierten Schultern (13a, 13b) der Stempel.
  3. Maschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte verschiebbare Matrize (8) auf Blöcken (19) ruht, die elastisch zurückgestellt werden durch Federn (20), die in einer Befestigungsfläche (18) gelegen sind, die den genannten Träger (17) trägt.
  4. Maschine nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte verschiebbare Matrize (8) Anschlagschultern (22) aufweist, die das Verlassen des Trägers (17) verhindern.
  5. Maschine nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannte verschiebbare Matrize (8) gebildet ist aus zwei koaxialen Teilen (8a, 8b), die durch ein konisches Einsteckende zusammengefügt sind und deren mittleres Teil, das die genannte Bohrung (23) aufweist, austauschbar ist.
  6. Maschine nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Auswerfer (16) aufweist, der geeignet ist, die Achse (2) aus der Bohrung (23) der verschiebbaren Matrize (8) mit Hilfe des genannten Gegenstempels (7b) auszuwerfen.
  7. Maschine nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die genannten Schultern (13a, 13b) der Stempel konisch sind.
