Claims (4)
- Equipement pour le formage de profilés métalliques (6) sur une machine à cintrer par étirage sur laquelle un profilé à former est pris à ses extrémités par des mors (4, 5) liés à des vérins d'étirage (7, 8) et à des moyens de cintrage (9, 10, 13, 14) contre une forme convexe (3) fixée sur une table porte-outils (2) de la machine, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une contre-forme (15) et des moyens (16, 17) pour l'appliquer contre ladite forme (3) une fois le profilé (6) cintré contre la forme (3), une pièce de remplissage (20) en matériau élastique étant prévue pour être placée à l'intérieur dudit profilé (6) et des moyens étant prévus pour soumettre ladite pièce de remplissage à une pression-expansion de manière à ce qu'elle applique fortement le profilé contre les surfaces internes de la forme et de la contre-forme fermées l'une contre l'autre.
- Equipement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite pièce de remplissage (20) en matériau élastique est en deux parties distinctes (20 A, 20 B) se touchant bout à bout une fois introduites dans le profilé, chaque partie de ladite pièce de remplissage comportant un canal (21) débouchant à une seule extrémité et étant borgne à l'extrémité opposée, l'extrémité où le canal (21) débouche étant lié à un insert métallique (22) de serrage des mors et d'alimentation en pressions hydrauliques et équipé d'un moyen de raccordement (23) à des moyens hydrauliques (24, 25) de mise en pression, ledit insert métallique (22) pénétrant dans l'extrémité correspondante du profilé.
- Equipement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens pour soumettre la pièce de remplissage (20) à une pression-expansion comprend un piston de compression (28) usiné au profil intérieur du profilé, ledit piston étant soumis à une poussée F par un moyen quelconque.
- Equipement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite contre-forme (15) et éventuellement aussi ladite forme (3) comporte(nt) un évidement (26).
