In Fig. 2 sind Aufsteckhalterung 3, Feststellhalterung 4 und Sensorabdeckung 7 ohne Sensorträger 1 dargestellt. Die einfache Austauschbarkeit dieser im Spntzgußverfahren hergestellten Halterungen ist somit gegeben und es können unterschiedliche Halterungen für die vielfältige Anbringung in verschiedenen Bearbeitungsmaschinen zum Einsatz kommen.
Die Fig. 3 zeigt einen Ausschnitt eines Multi-Kompakt-Sensors 20, bestehend aus der Platine 2 ohne Abschirmung 15 mit in Vormontage befestigter Sensoren 11 und Sensorträger 1 mit Sensoraufnahmen 6 und Sensoreinschub 14 der an der in Transportrichtung A hinteren Kante 12 angefast ist.
Fig. 4 ist eine Teildarstellung eines Multi-Kompakt-Sensors 20, bestehend aus der Platine 2 mit über die Sensoraufhahme 6 eingeschobene Sensoren 11 und Sensorträger 1. Die Sensoren 11 sind mittels Durchführungskanälen 13 und Schleif- oder Federkontakten mit der Platine 2 verbunden. Zur Sensorabdeckung 7 wird Material verwendet, daß nicht meßverfälschend auf die darunterliegenden Sensoren wirkt. Hierfür eignen sich insbesondere Glas oder Polycarbonat. Bei Verwendung in ein und demselben Typ von Bearbeitungsmaschine macht sich je nach Wünschen der Kunden eine andere Sensoranordnung für eine andere Prüftechnik erforderlich. Dazu werden die Aufsteckhalterung 3 und die Feststellhalterung 4 unverändert übernommen und es wird lediglich der Sensorträger 1 mit darunter angebrachter Platine 2 ausgewechselt.
Claims (12)
- Prüfvorrichtung in Bearbeitungsmaschinen mit in einem Sensorträger (1) befindlichen Sensoren (11) zur Detektion von Sicherheitsmerkmalen an zu prüfenden Objekten (16), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sensorträger (1) kompakt verbunden mit einer Platine (2) und anbringbaren Sensoren (11) mittels Halterungen in Öffnungen (9) von Teilen einer Bearbeitungsmaschine als Multi-Kompakt-Sensor (20) mit in einem Winkel (α) schräg zur Transportrichtung (A) der Prüfobjekte (16) in Transportrichtung (A) ansteigender Prüfebene (8) für eine ohne Andruckmittel vorgesehene Zwangsführung von Prüfobjekten (16) angeordnet ist.
- Prüfvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Sensorträger (1) zur Prüfebene (8) geschlossene Sensoraufnahmen (6) und/oder zur Prüfebene (8) offene Sensoreinschübe (14) angeordnet sind.
- Prüfvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Sensoreinschübe (14) an ihrer in Transportrichtung (A) hinteren Kante (12) angefast und/oder abgerundet sind.
- Prüfvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sensoraufnahmen (6) und/oder die Sensoreinschübe (14) im Sensorträger (1) mehrfach hintereinander parallel und/oder mehrfach hintereinander diagonal und/oder streifenförmig mit ihrer längsten Ausdehnung quer zur Transportrichtung (A) angeordnet sind.
- Prüfvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sensoren (11) mit ihren elektrischen Anschlüssen von oben in den Sensoreinschüben (14) einsteckbar, dabei die Anschlüsse in Durchführungskanälen (13) und mittels Kontaktfedern mit der Platine (2) kontaktierbar angeordnet sind.
- Prüfvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sensoren (11) unlösbar mit der Platine (2) verbunden (verlötet) aufrechtstehend auf dieser durch Einschieben in die Sensoraufnahmen (6) im Sensorträger (1) angeordnet sind.
- Prüfvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sensoraufnahmen (6) und Sensoreinschübe (14) im Sensorträger (1) zur Aufnahme elektrischer Sensoren und/oder magnetischer Sensoren und/oder optoelektronischer Sensoren und/oder Feuchtigkeitssensoren und/oder Drucksensoren von unterschiedlicher Dimension und Geometrie sind.
- Prüfvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platine (2) von einer Abschirmung (15) umgeben ist und diese mit Befestigungsmitteln (10) zur Halterung der Platine (2) und des Sensorträgers (1) korrespondiert.
- Prüfvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die von der Oberfläche des Sensorträgers (1) gebildete Prüfebene (8) zum Leitblech (5) in einem Winkel (α) zwischen 5° und 30°, vorzugsweise 15°, angeordnet ist.
- Prüfvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterungen am Sensorträger (1) aus einer Aufsteckhalterung (3) und einer Feststellhalterung (4) bestehen und diese mittels Arretierungen, vorzugsweise Schwalbenschwanzarretierung (19), an den Trennlinien (B; C) mit dem Sensorträger (1) verbunden sind.
- Prüfvorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur maschinenspezifischen und/oder währungsspezifischen Veränderung des Winkels (α) der Prüfebene (8) die Aufsteckhalterung (3) und die Feststellhalterung (4) mit Verstelleinrichtungen (17) und Ausnehmungen (18) versehen sind.
- Prüfvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sensoraufhahmen (6) und/oder Sensoreinschübe (14) und/oder der Sensorträger (1) und/oder Sensorträger (1) mit Aufsteckhalterung (3) und Feststellhalterung (4) bzw. der Multi-Kompakt-Sensor (20) zur Prüfebene (8) hin mit Abdeckungen aus nicht meßverfälschend wirkenden Stoffen, vorzugsweise Glas oder Polycarbonat, abdeckbar sind.
