Claims (12)
- Überbrückungsvorrichtung (2) für Fugenspalte (1) zwischen Bauwerksteilen (3, 4), mit einer den Fugenspalt (1) überbrückenden Dehnfugenkonstruktion (5), welche beiderseits des Fugenspaltes (1) an den Bauwerksteilen (3, 4) befestigbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens zwischen einem der Bauwerksteile (3, 4) und der Dehnfugenkonstruktion (5) eine Sicherungseinrichtung (14) angeordnet ist, welche derart ausgebildet ist, daß die Dehnfugenkonstruktion (5) bei Überschreiten einer zwischen den Bauwerksteilen (3, 4) wirkenden Grenzkraft aus dem Fugenspalt herausgeführt wird.
- Überbrückungsvorrichtung für Fugenspalte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sicherungseinrichtung (14) als zwischen Dehnfugenkonstruktion (5) und Bauwerksteil (3, 4) angeordnete Gleitrampe (15) ausgebildet ist.
- Überbrückungsvorrichtung für Fugenspalte nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sicherungseinrichtung als zwischen Dehnfugenkonstruktion (5) und Bauwerksteil einbaubare Sicherungsbox (14) ausgebildet ist.
- Überbrückungsvorrichtung für Fugenspalte nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sicherungsbox (14) einen Stahlrahmen (S) aufweist, welcher mit dem Bauwerksteil verbunden - insbesondere verschweißt - ist.
- Überbrückungsvorrichtung für Fugenspalte nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sicherungsbox (14) mit Beton, Stahl oder Kunststoff gefüllt ist.
- Überbrückungsvorrichtung für Fugenspalte nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bauwerksseitig eine schiefe Ebene (16) angeordnet ist.
- Überbrückungsvorrichtung für Dehnfugen nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Sicherungsbox (14) eine an die schiefe Ebene des Bauwerksteiles (16) angepaßte schiefe Ebene (17) angeordnet ist, so daß die beiden Ebenen (16, 17) im Zusammenspiel die Gleitrampe (15) bilden.
- Überbrückungsvorrichtung für Fugenspalte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bauwerksseitige schiefe Ebene (16) als mit Stahl beschichtete Ankerscheibe (18) ausgebildet ist.
- Überbrückungsvorrichtung für Fugenspalte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ankerscheibe (18) mittels eines Ankerbügels (19) und ggf. weiteren Verankerungsteilen (20) im Bauwerk (3, 4) verankert ist.
- Überbrückungsvorrichtung für Fugenspalte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dehnfugenkonstruktion (5) folgendes aufweist:a) metallische, an den jeweiligen Bauwerksteilen verankerte, Bandprofile (6, 7),b) parallel zu den Bandprofilen (6, 7) verlaufende Mittelprofile (8), wobeic) die Mittelprofile (8) auf wenigstens einer, den Fugenspalt (1) überbrückenden, Traverse (9) angeordnet sind, undd) Dehnungsstreifen (10) aus einem elastisch nachgiebigen Material, welche die Spalte (11) zwischen den Band- und/oder den Mittelprofilen (6, 7, 8) überbrücken.
- Überbrückungsvorrichtung für Fugenspalte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Traversen (9) in entsprechend ausgebildete Schächte (21) der Sicherungsboxen (14) eingreifen.
- Überbrückungsvorrichtung für Fugenspalte nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verankerung der Dehnfugenkonstruktion (5), der Sicherungseinrichtung (14) und/oder der Ankerscheibe (18) an den Bauwerksteilen in Polymerbeton erfolgt.
