Claims (6)
- Schleifer mit einem eine planebene Arbeitsfläche aufweisenden sowie in Richtung deren Ebene mit Exzenterhub angetriebenen Werkzeug mit einem Mitnehmer, welcher mit der Motorwelle mittels zweier relativ zueinander verdrehbarer Exzenterglieder gekuppelt und mit dem koaxial ein Lüfterrad angeordnet ist, wobei
das Lüfterrad (4) zugleich eines der Exzenterglieder ist und eine exzentrische Bohrung (5) hat, in der als zweites Exzenterglied eine Exzenterhülse (6) mit ihrem Außenumfang konzentrisch sitzt, die relativ zum Lüfterrad (4) verdrehbar sowie daran fixierbar ist und die eine Exzenterbohrung (7) hat, in der konzentrisch dazu der am Werkzeug (11) angeordnete Mitnehmer (10) gelagert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß zwischen dem Lüfterrad (4) und der Exzenterhülse (6) eine Rastvorrichtung (19) mit zwei den minimalen sowie den maximalen Exzenterhub fixierenden oder mehreren Raststellungen angeordnet ist, wobei das Lüfterrad (4) von außen arretierbar und die Exzenterhülse (6) von außen verdrehbar ist, unddaß die Rastvorrichtung (19) eine die werkzeugseitigen Stirnseiten des Lüfterrades (4) und der Exzenterhülse (6) übergreifende Ringscheibe (20) aufweist, die mit dem Lüfterrad (4) oder der Exzenterhülse (6) fest verbunden ist und den Raststellungen entsprechende Rastvertiefungen (21) hat, die im Überdeckungsbereich der relativ dazu verdrehbaren Exzenterhülse (6) bzw. des Lüfterrades (4) liegen, wobei die Exzenterhülse (6) bzw. das Lüfterrad (4) ein federbelastetes Rastglied (22) zum Eingriff in die Rastvertiefungen (21) haben. - Schleifer nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Schleifwerkzeug (11) ein um sein Zentrum in nur einer Richtung drehbarer Teller ist und mit der Exzenterhülse (6) mittels einer entsprechenden Freilaufkupplung (23) verbunden ist. - Schleifer nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Zapfen (10a) des Mitnehmers (10) des Schleifwerkzeugs (11) eine koaxiale Verlängerung (25) hat, die in eine Bohrung (24) in einer Stirnwand (26) der Exzenterhülse (6) eingreift, wobei in dieser Bohrung (24) zwischen der Stirnwand (26) der Exzenterhülse (6) und der Mitnehmer-Verlängerung (25) die Freilaufkupplung (23) angeordnet ist. - Schleifer nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Freilaufkupplung in das Lager (8) zwischen dem Mitnehmer (10) des Schleifwerkzeugs (11) und der Exzenterhülse (6) integriert ist. - Schleifer nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Lüfterrad (4) zwischen der Exzenterhülse (6) und einem drehbaren, bei Stillstand des Lüfterrades (4) betätigbaren Stellglied (27) ein Stellgetriebe (28) angeordnet ist. - Schleifer nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in Höhe des Lüfterrades (4) am Maschinengehäuse (1) ein Arretierknopf (16) angeordnet ist, der entgegen seiner Eindrückrichtung federbelastet ist und der einen in eingedrückter Position sperrend in das Lüfterrad (4) eingreifenden Innenabschnitt (17) hat.
