Claims (6)

  1. Ponceuse comprenant un outil à surface de travail plane qui est entraíné dans la direction du plan de celle-ci par course d'excentrique et est pourvu d'un entraíneur qui est couplé sur l'arbre du moteur au moyen de deux éléments excentriques, pouvant être pivotés par rapport l'un à l'autre, et est disposé coaxialement avec une roue de ventilation (4) qui est simultanément l'un des éléments excentriques et présente un trou excentrique sur lequel une douille (6), représentant le second élément excentrique, est assise concentriquement, par son pourtour extérieur, et peut pivoter par rapport à la roue de ventilation (4) sur laquelle elle peut être fixée, et présente un trou excentrique (7) dans lequel l'entraíneur (10), subordonné à l'outil (11), est monté concentriquement,
    caractérisée en ce que,
    entre la roue de ventilation (4) et la douille excentrique (6), un dispositif d'arrêt (19) à deux positions, dont l'une de cours e excentrique minimale et l'autre de course excentrique maximale, ou à plusieurs positions est disposé, la roue de ventilation (4) pouvant être bloquée de l'extérieur et la douille excentrique (6) pouvant être pivotée de l'extérieur et
    que le dispositif d'arrêt (19) présente un élément annulaire (20) qui saisit les parties frontales de la roue de ventilation (4) et de la douille excentrique (6), côté outil, et est reliée fixement à la roue de ventilation (4) ou à la douille excentrique (6) et présente des gorges d'arrêt (21) correspondant au positions d'arrêt et situées dans la zone de recouvrement de la douille excentrique (6) qui est pivotable par rapport à elles, resp. de la roue de ventilation(4), la douille excentrique (6) resp.la roue de ventilation (4) étant équipée d'un élément d'arrêt (22) qui, soumis à l'action d'un ressort, s'engage dans les gorges d'arrêt (21).
  2. Ponceuse selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'outil (11) est un plateau pivotant sur son axe central dans une seule direction et relié à la douille excentrique (6) au moyen d'un accouplement à roue libre (23) adéquat.
  3. Ponceuse selon la revendication 2,
    caracérisée en ce que
    le tourillon (10a) de l'entraíneur (10) de l'outil (11) présente un prolongement coaxial (25) qui s'engage dans un trou (24) pratiqué dans l'une des parois fontales (26) de la douille d'excentrique (6), l'accouplement à roue libre (23) étant disposé dans ce trou (24), entre la partie frontale (26) de la douille excentrique (6) et le prolongement 25).
  4. Ponceuse selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'accouplement à roue libre est intégré dans le palier (8) entre l'entraíneur (10) de l'outil (11) et la douille excentrique (6).
  5. Ponceuse selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisée en ce que
    un mécanisme de réglage (28) est placé dans la roue de ventilation (4), entre la douille excentrique (6) et l'organe de réglage (28) rotatif, actionna- quand la roue de ventilation (4) est au repos.
  6. Ponceuse selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le châssis de la machine est équipé, au niveau de la roue de ventilation (4), d'un bouton de blocage (16), soumis à l'action d'un ressort dans le sens opposé au sens de pression, et présentant un secteur intérieur (17) qui, entrant en prise avec la roue de ventilation (4), assure le blocage quand le bouton (16) est pressé.
