Claims (12)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Dose aus Metallblech mit einer an wenigstens einer Stirnseite vorgesehenen Membranfolie (2) aus Papier, Kunststoff oder Metall, die mit hochgezogenem Folienrandbereich (5) in die Dose eingeführt wird und die wenigstens eine Stirnseite so verschliesst, dass die Aussenseite des in die Richtung der Dosenachse (A) hochgezogenen Folienrandbereiches (5) mit der - zumindest im Bereich des hochgezogenen Folienrandbereiches (5) - im wesentlichen zylindrisch ausgebildeten Innenseite der Dosenwand (1) dichtend verbunden, vorzugsweise verklebt oder heissgesiegelt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Membranfolie (2) mittels eines Stempels (8) mit spreizbarem (17) Umfang gegen die Innenwand der Dose (1) gedrückt wird, wobei die Spreizung erfolgt, ohne dass ihr durch eine Druckaufnahmevorrichtung eine Kraft entgegengesetzt wird, und anschliessend unter Hitzeeinwirkung die dichte Verbindung des hochgezogenen Folienrandbereiches (5) - im wesentlichen über dessen gesamte vertikale Erstreckung - mit der Innenwand der Dose (1) hergestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spreizung des Stempelumfangs durch eine Übersetzung der Axialbewegung eines Stempels (8) in eine Radialbewegung von Anpresselementen, insbesondere von Keilsegmenten (16) und/oder Spreng- oder Kolbenringen (17), erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spreizung des Stempelumfangs durch einen pneumatisch betätigten Gummibalg erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verwendete Folie (2) an ihrer radialen Aussenseite einen hochgezogenen - vorzugsweise um 0,2 bis 0,3 mm nach oben zu konisch divergierenden - Folienrandbereich (5) besitzt, der vorzugsweise an seiner Aussenseite eine Klebebeschichtung (21), insbesondere mit einem Heisskleber, aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verwendete Folie (2) am freien Ende des Folienrandbereiches (5) einen radial nach aussen weisenden, im Querschnitt etwa hakenförmigen Kragen (6) aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folie (2) geprägt bzw. genarbt ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit einem verschiebbar gelagerten Stempel (8) mit quer zur Verschieberichtung aufspreizbarem Umfang, wobei eine Verschiebeeinrichtung (19) für den Stempel sowie eine Aufspreizeinrichtung (16-18) zur Erzeugung der entsprechenden Bewegungen vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stempel (8) innerhalb einer Zentriereinrichtung (13) für die Membranfolie (2) und die Dose (1) verschieblich gelagert ist, sowie eine Heizeinrichtung (22) für den Umfang des Stempels (8) oder für den oberen Dosenrand von aussen vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, mit einem verschiebbar gelagerten Stempel (8) mit quer zur Verschieberichtung aufspreizbarem Umfang, wobei eine Verschiebeeinrichtung (19) für den Stempel sowie eine Aufspreizeinrichtung (16-18) zur Erzeugung der entsprechenden Bewegungen vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Zentriereinrichtung (13) für die Membranfolie (2) und die Dose (1), sowie eine Heizeinrichtung (22) für den Umfang des Stempels (8) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufspreizeinrichtung (16-18) eine Kombination aus einerseits wenigstens zwei, vorzugsweise drei bis vier radial expandierbaren Kolben- bzw. Sprengringen (16) mit gegeneinander versetzten Öffnungen, und andererseits wenigstens drei, vorzugsweise vier bis acht, insbesondere sechs kreisringförmig angeordneten Keilen (18,20) umfaßt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufspreizeinrichtung aus einem entlang des Stempelumfangs angeordneten, fluidisch oder pneumatisch betätigbaren Gummibalg, besteht.
- Halbfertigdose mit einem Mantel aus Metallblech, der an einer Stirnseite für das Befüllen offen, an der anderen Stirnseite jedoch durch eine Membranfolie (2) aus Papier, Kunststoff- oder Metallfolie so verschlossen ist, dass die Aussenseite des in die Richtung der Dosenachse (A) hochgezogenen Folienrandbereiches (5) mit der Innenseite der Dosenwand (1) dichtend verbunden, vorzugsweise verklebt oder heissgesiegelt ist, ohne die Dosenwandkante zu übergreifen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenseite der Dosenwand (1) - zumindest im Bereich des hochgezogenen Folienrandbereiches (5) - zylindrisch ausgebildet ist und der Folienrandbereich (5) frei von einem wärmeleitenden Deckel ist.
- Dose nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dosenwandkante (7) nach aussen gebördelt ist und/oder der Folienrandbereich (5) im wesentlichen falten- und runzelfrei an der Innenwand der Dose (1) anliegt.
