Claims (6)
- Auflauf- und Abbremsvorrichtung, insbesondere für Mittelstahl-Walzprofile, mit einem Einlaufrollgang (1), dessen Bodenebene von darunter gelagerten Transportrollen (11) überragt wird und einer dazu in paralleler Zuordnung seitlich versetzt ortsfest angeordneten Bremsvorrichtung (2), die im Zusammenwirken ein Auflauf- und Bremssystem bilden, wozu der Einlaufrollgang (1) um einen seitlich dazu versetzten Schwenkpunkt schwenkbar mit Schwenkmitteln augebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die ortfest angeordnete Bremsrinne (2) einen gegenüber der Horizontalen (x-x) nach außen schräg-abfallenden Boden (22) aufweist,daß der Einlaufrollgang (1), dessen Boden als Hubboden (10) ausgebildet ist, zusammen mit dem Hubboden (10) und den darunter gelagerten Transportrollen (11) um einen seitlich dazu versetzten Schwenkpunkt (20) in eine gegen die Bremsrinne (2) zu schräg-abfallende Neigung so aufschwenkbar mit Schwenkmitteln (21) ausgebildet ist, daß in angehobener Lage des aufschwenkbaren Einlaufrollganges (1) dessen von den Transportrollen (11) gebildete Transportebene den Boden (22) der Bremsrinne (2) im parallelen Abstand überragt, wobei der Boden (22) und der Hubboden (10) eine gemeinsame schiefe Ebene (z-z) bilden,daß die Drehachsen der Transportrollen (11) relativ zu je einer auf der Längsachse des Einlaufrollganges (1) senkrecht stehenden Achse einen Schränkungswinkel aufweisen, derart, daß ein auf den Rollen (11) abrollendes Walzprofil (30) mit einer seitlichen Bewegungskomponente gegen die Bremsrinne (2) gefördert wird.
- Auflauf- und Abbremsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bremsrinne (2) im Querschnitt ein Z-förmiges Profil aufweist mit einem dem Einlaufrollgang (1) benachbarten abwärts gerichteten Schenkel (23) und einem an der Außenseite des Bodens (22) nach oben gerichteten Schenkel (24), wobei der abwärts gerichtete Schenkel (23) bei abgesenkter Position des Einlaufrollganges (1) als Seitenführung (25) für darauf geförderte Walzprofile (30), und der nach oben gerichtete Schenkel (24) als Seitenführung (26) für ein in der Bremsrinne (2) befindliches Walzprofil (31) ausgebildet ist.
- Auflauf- und Abbremsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einlaufrollgang (1) im Querschnitt ein Winkelprofil aufweist, mit einem von darunter gelagerten Rollen (11) durchsetzten Boden (10), der an der Außenseite von einem vertikalen Schenkel (27) begrenzt ist.
- Auflauf- und Abbremsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schränkungswinkel der Drehachsen der Transportrollen (11) zwischen 2 und 20 Grad beträgt.
- Auflauf- und Abbremsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schränkungswinkel bevorzugt 10 Grad beträgt.
- Auflauf- und Abbremsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine über die Zenite der Transportrollen (11) gespannte Ebene einige mm über den Hubboden (10) des Einlaufrollgangs (1) übersteht.
