Claims (8)
- Rolltor mit mindestens einem flexiblen Torblatt (2), vorzugsweise zum Verschließen von Gebäudeöffnungen in Kühlhäusern, wobei das Torblatt (2) auf eine oberhalb der Gebäudeöffnung (3) drehbar gelagerten . Aufwickelwalze (6, 7) aufwickelbar ist und seitlich in Führungen (10) geführt ist, wobei die Führungen (10) mittels Warmluft beheizbar ausgebildet sind und eine Warmluftheizung (11) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Warmluftheizung (11) ein Geblase (12) mit Heizeinrichtung (13) aufweist, die im oberen Bereich des Tores (1) angeordnet ist, wobei die Warmluftheizung (11) eine Luftführung (15) mit mindestens einer Austrittsöffnung im unteren Bereich zwischen zwei Bahnen (4, 5) des Torblattes (2) im geschlossenen Zustand aufweist.
- Rolltor (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tor seitliche Dichtungen aufweist, die als mehrlagige Schürzen (18, 19) ausgebildet sind, die in spitzem Winkel sich gegen das Torblatt (2) anlegend ausgebildet sind, wobei die näher zum Torblatt (2) angeordnete Schürze (19) kürzer als die sie abdeckende Schürze (18) ausgebildet ist.
- Rolltor nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Warmluftheizung (11) eine Ansaugöffnung (16) auf der kälteren Seite des Torblatts (2) aufweist und vorzugsweise eine Abluftöffnung (29) auf der wärmeren Seite des Torblatts.
- Rolltor nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rolltor ein dreiseitiges Gehäuse (27, 28) aufweist, vorzugsweise aus einem oberen und zwei seitlichen Isopaneelen bestehend, wobei zwischen oberer Gehäuseseite und einer zur wärmeren Seite gelegenen Aufwickelwalze (7) eine Dichtung, vorzugsweise eine Schürze (30), vorgesehen ist.
- Rolltor nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die untere Kante des Tores beheizbar ausgebildet ist, vorzugsweise indem die untere Kante des Tores Öffnungen für den Austritt von beheizter Luft aufweist.
- Rolltor nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tor nachgebende Führungselemente (9) aufweist, die das Tor bei seitlichen Aufprall freigegeben und vorzugsweise das Tor bei seitlichen Aufprall selbsttätig abschaltend ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Rolltores nach einem der Ansprüche 1-6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungen (10) mit erwärmter Luft beheizt werden, indem die Luftkammer zwischen zwei Bahnen eines Torblatts im Bereich der Führungen (10) mittels Schürzen (18, 19) und im Bereich der Wickerollen (6, 7) durch eine Schürze (30) abgedichtet werden, so daß ein Überdruck eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Rolltores nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heizungsluft auf der kühleren Seite angesaugt wird und auf der wärmeren Seite des Tores austritt.
