Claims (11)
- Bogenanleger zum in einem Arbeitstakt vereinzelten Zuführen von Bogen (9) zu einer Weiterfördereinrichtung (12, 13), mit einem den jeweils obersten Bogen (9) eines Bogenstapels (1) in dessen in Förderrichtung (2) hinterem Bereich erfassenden und etwa senkrecht zu Schleppsaugern (8) anhebenden Trennelement, wobei der angehobene Bogen (9) an seiner nach oben gerichteten Fläche von den Schleppsaugern (8) erfaßbar und in gestreckter Ausrichtung etwa parallel zur Stapeloberfläche in Förderrichtung (2) der Weiterfördereinrichtung (12, 13) zuführbar ist, sowie mit einem Drückerfuß (3), der während der Weiterförderung des Bogens (9) durch die Schleppsauger (8) und/oder die Weiterfördereinrichtung (12, 13) über dem hinteren Bereich des Bogenstapels (1) nach unten auf diesen zubewegbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trennelement der Drückerfuß (3) ist, der im Arbeitstakt etwa senkrecht zwischen einer stapeloberflächennahen und einer angehobenen Position bewegbar antreibbar ist und eine etwa parallel zur Stapeloberfläche (5) in Förderrichtung (2) gerichtete Düse (4) aufweist, die während des Bewegungswegs von der stapeloberflächennahen Position zur angehobenen Position mit Druckluft beaufschlagbar und die oberhalb Ihrer Luftaustrittsöffnung (6) eine sich in Förderrichtung (2) erstreckende Anströmfläche (15) besitzt.
- Bogenanleger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düse (4) während ihrer Anhubbewegung ab einem geringen Abstand zur Stapeloberfläche (5) mit Druckluft beaufschlagbar ist.
- Bogenanleger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düse (4) eine sich etwa parallel zur Stapeloberfläche (5) erstreckende, schlitzartige Luftaustrittsöffnung (6) aufweist.
- Bogenanleger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der durch den Drückerfuß (3) angehobene Bogen (9) durch in Förderrichtung (2) gerichtete Blasluft unterblasbar ist.
- Bogenanleger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der durch die Schleppsauger (8) erfaßte Bogen durch in Förderrichtung (2) gerichtete Blasluft unterblasbar ist.
- Bogenanleger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der angehobene Bogen (9) und/oder von den Schleppsaugern (8) erfaßte Bogen (9) von einer hinter dem Bogenstapel (1) angeordneten in Förderrichtung (2) gerichteten Blasluftdüse (7) mit Blasluft unterblasbar ist.
- Bogenanleger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleppsauger (8) ein Schleppsaugerpaar (10) bilden, von dem jeweils ein Schleppsauger (8) auf einer Seite in Förderrichtung (2) neben dem Drückerfuß (3) angeordnet ist.
- Bogenanleger nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Schleppsaugerpaar (10) ein weiteres Schleppsaugerpaar (11) im Abstand in Förderrichtung (2) zugeordnet ist, wobei alle Schleppsauger (8) gemeinsam unterdruckbeaufschlagbar sind.
- Bogenanleger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugflächen der Schleppsauger (8) etwa in der gleichen Ebene parallel zur Stapeloberfläche (5) angeordnet sind.
- Bogenanleger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Weiterfördereinrichtung eine Förderwalze (12) und eine parallel darüber angeordnete Taktrolle (13) aufweist, zwischen die das von der Blasluft von der Stapeloberfläche (5) angehobene, in Förderrichtung (2) vordere Ende des obersten Bogens (9) einführbar ist.
- Bogenanleger nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drückerfuß (3) senkrecht auf den Bogenstapel (1) aufsetzbar, seine Höhenposition beim Aufsetzen erfaßbar sowie ein entsprechendes Signal der Steuereinheit einer Stapelhubvorrichtung zuführbar ist.
