- Système de film-écran de formation d'image pour l'imagerie diagnostique médicale, comprenant un matériau en film photographique photosensible à l'halogénure d'argent en association opérante avec au moins un écran renforçateur comprenant sur un support une couche de luminophore émettant dans le spectre de la lumière visible, ledit matériau en film comprenant un support et, sur au moins un de ses côtés, une couche d'émulsion photosensible à l'halogénure d'argent comportant de l'halogénure d'argent tabulaire soumis à une sensibilisation spectrale et une couche de protection non photosensible, dans lequel ladite couche de protection contient un composé polymère choisi parmi le groupe constitué par la gélatine, un substitut synthétique, semi-synthétique ou naturel pour la gélatine et des (co)polymères de latex, en une quantité d'au moins 0,4 g par m2, caractérisé en ce qu'on prévoit, entre la couche d'émulsion photosensible à la lumière d'argent et ladite couche de protection, une couche intermédiaire comprenant un pigment coloré en bleu sous une forme dispersée, dont la solubilité dans l'isopropanol à 25 °C est inférieure à 10 mg par litre.

- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel la granulométrie moyenne dudit pigment coloré en bleu sous une forme dispersée n'est pas supérieure à 0,5 µm.
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel lesdits grains tabulaires photosensibles à l'halogénure d'argent possèdent un rapport nominal d'aspect de 2 à 20, une épaisseur de 0,06 à 0,30 µm et interviennent à concurrence d'au moins 50 % de l'aire de projection totale de tous les grains et sont soumis à une sensibilisation spectrale dans la région verte du spectre de longueurs d'ondes.
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel ledit écran est un écran renforçateur comprenant au moins un luminophore émettant dans la région verte du spectre.
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel ledit luminophore émettant dans la région verte du spectre est un luminophore Gd2O2S:Tb.
- Matériau en film photographique photosensible à l'halogénure d'argent tel que défini dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7.
