Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum alternativen Beschichen von jeweils einem von mehreren einer Konti-Bandstraße nachgeordneter Haspel (9, 12, 16, 18) mit einer am Ausgang der Bandstraße vorgesehenen fliegenden Schere (4) sowie mindestens einem der Schere (4) nachgeordneten Treiber (5, 11, 13), der zwei Rollen (6, 7; 14, 15) aufweist, wobei eine der Rollen (7; 14) in einem Schwingenpaar (19) vertikal anstellbar gelagert ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Schwenklager (21) des Schwingenpaares (19) in Bandlaufrichtung reversibel, horizontal anstellbar gelagert sind, und daß eine Steuervorrichtung vorgesehen ist, welche die horizontale Anstellung bewirkt, und dass die jeweils zweite Rolle (6; 15) der Treiber (5, 11, 13) ortsfest gelagert ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenklager (21) der Schwingen (19) am freien Ende jeweils eines Schwenkhebels (22) vorgesehen sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkweg der Schwenkhebel (22) durch Anschläge (24, 25) begrenzt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Anstellantriebe (20) an die Schwingen (19) und Schwenkantriebe (23) an die Schwenkhebel (22) angreifen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkweg der Schwenkhebel (22) über eine auf den Schwenkantrieb (23) wirkende Positionsregelvorrichtung einstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Anschluß an die Treiber (5, 11, 13) und vor den Haspeln (9, 12, 16, 18) Leitbänder (26, 27, 28, 29, 30) vorgesehen sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Leitbänder (26 bis 30) umlaufende, paarweise angeordnete Endlos-Transportbänder vorgesehen sind, die im wesentlichen mit Walzbandgeschwindigkeit betrieben werden und das Walzband zwischen sich zu führen und transportieren vermögen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leitbänderpaare (26, 26'; 27, 27'; 28, 28'; 29, 29'; 30, 30') jeweils einen Einlauftrichter für das Walzband zwischen sich bilden. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuervorrichtung nach Erfassen des Bandanfangs (8) durch einen der Haspel (9, 16) und während dessen Betrieb die Umstellung des Schwenkantriebes (23) für eine der Treiberrollen (7; 14) bewirkt.
