Description
Claims (21)
- Dichtes Feingewebe aus Mikrofasern, das milbendicht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kette bei Leinwandbindung aus 45 - 70 Fäden, bei Köperbindung aus 55 - 80 Fäden, bei Satinbindung aus 80 - 120 Fäden pro Zentimeter und der Schuß aus 45 - 80 Fäden pro Zentimeter bestehen, wobei die Fäden jeweils eine Filamentzahl von 75 und mehr aufweisen und der Durchmesser der Einzelfilaments weniger als 9µm beträgt und daß das Gewebe unbeschichtet ist.
- Dichtes Feingewebe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das verwendete Garn Einzelfilamente von weniger 0,6 dtex aufweist.
- Dichtes Feingewebe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem zur Herstellung des Feingewebes verwendeten Garnes um Polyester-Mikrofaser in Kette und Schuß handelt.
- Dichtes Feingewebe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem zur Herstellung des Feingewebes verwendeten Garnes um Polyester-Mikrofaser in Kettrichtung handelt.
- Dichtes Feingewebe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem zur Herstellung des Feingewebes verwendeten Garnes um Polyester-Mikrofaser in Schußrichtung handelt.
- Dichtes Feingewebe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fäden texturierter Mikrofaser bestehen.
- Dichtes Feingewebe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fäden aus glatter Mikrofaser bestehen.
- Dichtes Feingewebe nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es in Leinwandbindung 1/1 ausgebildet ist.
- Dichtes Feingewebe nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es in Leinwandbindung 1/1 mit Doppelschuß ausgebildet ist.
- Dichtes Feingewebe nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es in Köperbindung 2/1 oder Köperbindung 3/1 ausgebildet ist.
- Dichtes Feingewebe nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es in Satinbindung ausgebildet ist.
- Dichtes Feingewebe nach Anspruch 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es spannungslos wärmebehandelt und dabei vorfixiert ist.
- Dichtes Feingewebe nach Anspruch 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es ungespannt getrocknet und fixiert ist.
- Dichtes Feingewebe nach Anspruch 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gewebe milbenallergendicht ist.
- Dichtes Feingewebe nach Anspruch 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Feingewebe weder getränkt ist, noch sonstige Stoffe in das Feingewebe eingebracht bzw. eingelagert sind.
- Verwendung eines dichten Feingewebes aus Mikrofasern nach Anspruch 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es für Decken mit Daunen- oder Faserfüllung (u.a. silikonisierte Polyester-Hohlfasern) verwendet wird.
- Verwendung von dichten Feingeweben aus Mikrofasern, nach Anspruch 1, bis 15 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es für Objektwäsche verwendet wird.
- Verwendung von dichten Feingeweben aus Mikrofasern nach Anspruch 1, bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es für Reinraumkleidung verwendet wird.
- Verwendung von dichtem Feingewebe aus Mikrofasern nach Anspruch 1 bis 15 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es für Bezüge (u.a. Schonbezüge, Bettbezüge, Matrazenbezüge) verwendet wird.
- Verwendung von dichtem Feingewebe aus Mikrofasern nach Anspruch 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es als Filtergewebe verwendet wird.
- Verwendung von dichtem Feingewebe aus Mikrofasern nach Anspruch 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es als Trägelmaterial für Chemikalien verwendet wird.
