Claims (12)
- Verfahren zur Abreinigung einer durch umweltschädliche Medien wie Schmier- oder Kraftstoffe, Bremsflüssigkeit, Hydrauliköle, Frostschutzmittel und/oder andere lösliche oder emulgierbare Medien kontaminierten bzw. in ihrer Griffigkeit beeinträchtigten Fahrbahn oder Verkehrsfläche, im folgenden Fahrbahndecke (20) genannt, wobei ein jeweils in Abreinigung befindlicher Flächenteil (21) der Fahrbahndecke (20) nach allen Seiten sowie nach oben zu gegen die übrige Fahrbahndecke (20) und Umgebung abgeschirmt und durch Aufsprühen einer Lösungs- und/oder Emulgierungsmittel in Wasser enthaltenden Reinigungsflüssigkeit, gegebenenfalls unter Bürsten, behandet wird, wobei eine dabei entstehende, die schädlichen Medien in Lösung oder in Emulsion enthaltende Phase abgesaugt wird,
wobei ein in Arbeitsrichtung (33) befindlicher vorderer Bereich (31) des Flächenteils (21) durch gerichtete, energiereiche Sprühstrahlen (34) mit Reinigungsflüssigkeit besprüht und dabei die schädlichen Medien gelöst oder emulgiert werden, und wobei in einem in Arbeitsfortschritt folgenden hinteren Bereich (32) eine die schädlichen Medien in Lösung oder als Emulsion enthaltende flüssige Phase abgesaugt wird wobei der vordere und der hintere Bereich durch eine dicht oberhalb des Flächenteils (21) endende Querwand (37) unterteilt ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufsprühen der Sprühstrahlen (34) mit einstellbarer Energie ohne Verwendung mechanischer Bürsten vorgenommen wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste separate Raumteil (31) der Haube (30) an eine Hochdruck-Reinigungsmittelquelle (1, 2) und der zweite separate Raumteil (32) der Haube (30) über ein Saugmundstück (36) an eine Saugleitung (41) angeschlossen wird. - Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Sprühen und/oder das Absaugen nach Maßgabe des Verschmutzungsgrades der Fahrbahndecke (20) energiemäßig gesteuert wird. - Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigungsflüssigkeit vor dem Aufbringen auf die Fahrbahndecke (20) erwärmt oder mit einem Frostschutzmittel versetzt wird. - Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Konzentration des Lösungs- oder Emulgierungsmittels im Wasseranteil des Reinigungsmittels nach Maßgabe des Verschmutzungsgrades der Fahrbahndecke (20), vorzugsweise bis zu 15% eingestellt wird. - Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die abgesaugte, Verunreinigungen enthaltende Phase nach der Dichte in hydrophile und lipophile Anteile getrennt, die lipophilen Anteile ausgeschieden und die hydrophilen Anteile nach Aufbereitung im Kreislauf erneut als Reinigungsflüssigkeit eingesetzt werden. - Vorrichtung zur Abreinigung einer durch schädliche Medien kontaminierten bzw. in ihrer Griffigkeit beeinträchtigten Fahrbahndecke (20), insbesondere zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach den Ansprüchen 1-7, umfassend wenigstens einen Vorratsbehälter (1) für Reinigungsfluid mit nachgeschalteter Hochdruckpumpe (2) und wenigstens einen Auffangbehälter für die abgesaugte Schmutzigphase, sowie eine über die Fahrbahndecke (20) führbare Reinigungsvorrichtung (30) mit einer nach unten zu offenen, einen zur Abreinigung vorgesehenen Flächenbereich (21) seitlich sowie nach oben zu abdeckbaren Haube (30),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Raum unter der Haube (30) durch eine dicht oberhalb der Fahrbahndecke (20) endende Querwand (37) in einen, in Arbeitsrichtung, vorderen Sprühraum (31) und hinteren Saugraum (32) unterteilt ist, und daß der vordere Sprühraum (31) eine an eine Hochdruck-Reinigungsmittelquelle (1, 2) anschließbare Sprühdüsenanordnung (35) und der hintere Saugraum (32) ein an eine Absaugvorrichtung (5, 6) anschließbares Saugmundstück (36) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haube (30) an ihren unteren Rändern flexible Abdichtungselemente (38) wie Leisten oder Stege aus Gummi oder Kunststoff bzw. eine Borstenanordnung besitzt. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die obere Abdichtung der Haube (30) aus durchsichtigem Material wie Glas, Plexiglas oder einem anderen Kunststoff besteht. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 8 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Aggregate derselben wie Behälter (1, 4), Hochdruckpumpe (2), Saugvorrichtung (5) sowie zu deren Betätigung erforderliche Motoren (3, 6), Schaltorgane etc. zu einer fahrbaren Einheit zusammengefaßt, bspw. auf einer Selbstfahrlafette, einem Handwagen oder als An- bzw. Aufbauten eines LKW ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 8 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einer die Absaugvorrichtung in Form einer Vakuumpumpe (5) mit dem Auffangbehälter (4) verbindenden Leitung (7) eine Vorrichtung zum Trennen der abgesaugten Flüssigkeit in lipophile und hydrophile Anteile vorhanden ist, bspw. eine Zentrifuge.
