Definitions
- the invention relates to a covering platform for scaffolding or the like, which in two horizontal cross bars Scaffolding can be attached, consisting of at least one rectangular, composed of longitudinal and cross members Support frame, the end faces formed by the cross members each parallel to that of a further support frame are adjacent, one provided on the support frame, as Tread-serving plate-shaped covering and at least two on each end of the support frame on the cross members fortified, the cross bars of the scaffolding, hook-shaped brackets, the brackets on the Cross members of the support frame in the parallel to the end faces
- the associated brackets on the opposite end faces each laterally offset are arranged in a plane parallel to the longitudinal beams and wherein the cross member and / or the longitudinal member from one preferably extruded, about in cross section rectangular hollow profile consist of two each parallel vertical webs and horizontal straps put together is.
- a covering platform of this type is, for example, from the patent EP 0 451 616 81 is already known.
- the Querholm formed by a U-profile open at the top, in whose two vertical webs are the brackets of the to relevant web adjacent frame are hung can.
- Such an arrangement has the disadvantage that relatively wide gaps remain between adjacent support frames, which is considerable during the use of the covering platform Present the danger of accidents (stumbling): the crossbar itself is not covered, and between the cross member and the support frame remains free spaces by the design of the brackets.
- the horizontal belt of the as The cross beam serving U-profile can not be shortened arbitrarily because the hooks on the brackets are sufficiently stable must be and appropriate space between the webs require.
- the brackets are in the known version in the Inside of the extruded, about in cross section rectangular hollow profiles trained longitudinal members and riveted there to a vertical web of this hollow profile; one provided centrally on the relevant cross member Bracket is - differently designed - instead on the Cross member welded on.
- the structurally complicated training is necessary because the cross member on the inner Webs of the side members are welded and this is why remain open on the front.
- Adjacent platforms can be significantly reduced if the brackets on the cross members are asymmetrical are attached offset, such as from patent application EP 0 305 014 A2 is already known.
- brackets on the opposite End faces laterally offset arranged in a plane parallel to the side members.
- it can be conveniently set up that do not touch the brackets of adjacent support frames can and the gap between the support frame and especially their plate-shaped coverings only from the longitudinal extension of a bracket is determined and so that it can be kept so small that it can be used the rubber platform is practically no longer perceived.
- the respective supporting frame is included equipped with a plate-shaped covering, which in general - As with the known design described according to FR 2 527 251 - from a glued plywood exists and is mostly riveted to the support frame.
- the albeit minor increasing displacement of the covering on the support frame also helps to reduce surefootedness while using the platform.
- the framing of the Covering through a frame integral with the side members as in the previously described embodiment requires a great deal exact cutting of the plywood panels and leads to a cumbersome disassembly when the pavement is off the platform should be removed.
- the invention has therefore set itself the task Covering platform of the type described in the introduction with simple Make funds more reliable and beyond to be designed so that the covering the rigidity of the covering platform permanently improved and in the static calculation be included, but still comfortably on the rubber platform can be attached or removed.
- the object is achieved in that the Corner knot of the support frame the inner web of the side member cut out in the width of the subsequent cross member and at least the webs of the cross member up to outer web of the side member and carried on the belts and / or webs of the side member are welded.
- Such a corner knot is very robust in this way and highly resilient; also has one Construction has the advantage that the end faces of the support frame like the long sides of each, closed areas form.
- the height of the guide ribs above the associated strap preferably about half the height of the Covering is so that half the height of the guide ribs for locking the covering and the other half as a stacking aid serves in the corresponding edge gap of a further support frame located above or below intervenes.
- a permanent form stability of the support frame is supported, if the covering is made of wooden panels, especially Plywood panels, which is composed of one of the entire covering all around, but preferably only the on the sides of the covering on the longitudinal beams, metallic on the straps of the support frame Holding frames are held, especially if the Covering on its holding frame by means of connecting elements connected to the support frame, preferably riveted.
- the holding frame is less permanent than the wooden panels Deformation in the holes for the connecting elements threatened, so that wear-related loosening in the area these fasteners even under high loads the platform can be avoided.
- the covering platform it is favorable if at least part of the covering is used as Flap formed and around a parallel to a side member, is pivotable on this fixed axis; the flap is particularly resilient when using one part their edge rests on a cross member. It is useful if the axis is formed by hinge pieces is attached to the side member. Of course the flap requires a support bar in a known manner, if part of their boundary is not otherwise would.
- brackets on the Cross members provided in pairs and near the side members are, being on the cross members of the same Support frame can be arranged so that the diagonally the brackets located in pairs each same distance from the adjacent long side to have.
- the arrangement ensures that several Rubber platforms can be stacked on top of each other and the brackets to lie exactly on top of each other come without paying attention to the orientation of the covering platforms should be.
- brackets on the Cross members of the support frame are welded, the End faces are available in full width for this can.
- a recourse to the side members is no longer required so that the attachment of the brackets is extraordinary is simple.
- a covering platform according to the invention has a high occupational safety and long service life, can be trained very easily because also the covering despite being easy to install in the static Calculation can be included.
- FIG. 1 is a rectangular covering platform according to the invention shown in the overview, in which already Composition from a support frame 1 and a plate-shaped Pad 2 can be seen. Also four brackets 3 can be seen in the vicinity of the four corner nodes E des Support frame 1 are attached to the end faces S thereof. In 2 it can be seen that the holders 3 are hook-shaped trained and attached directly to the end faces S. are, which extend to the two long sides L.
- the front and long sides S, L of the support frame 1 are formed by cross members 11 and side members 12, such as first of all they can be seen from FIGS. 3 and 4.
- Fig. 4 it can be seen that the brackets 3 at intervals a, b are provided from the long sides, each on diagonally opposite corner knot E the same but one and the same cross member 11 are different: the Brackets 3 fastened at a distance a from the long side L. are approximately flush with this long side L, which in the larger Distance b, however, so far from the long side L moved that the brackets 3 at in series aligned platforms on the same cross member of a scaffolding can be hung from both sides and side by side come to rest so that the remaining gap not essential between the neighboring platforms must be kept larger than the length 1 of the brackets 3 (Fig. 4) corresponds.
- the difference of the distances a, b is slightly larger than the thickness d of the brackets 3 (Fig. 2) to jam two neighboring ones on the same cross member Avoid mounts 3 with certainty.
- the longitudinal beams 12th from an extrudable cross-section consist essentially of rectangular hollow profile, that each consist of two parallel vertical webs 12a and 12b and two horizontal, but not continuous, likewise parallel straps 12c so that the The longitudinal beams 12 are designed like bars.
- the of the Guide ribs 12d on the belts 12c free surface serves as a support for covering 2; the height h is sufficient the guide ribs, which in turn have a rectangular cross section 12d approximately up to half the height H of the covering 2, so that the guide ribs 12d in this way also as Stacking aid can be used; 13 is shown that they lie one on top of the other and include the coverings 2 a shift of the stacking platforms in the direction R (Fig. 6) safely prevent.
- cross member 11 engage in the corner knot E in the side members 12; the details on this are shown in detail in FIG. 7 shown. It is made clear there that the inner web 12b of the longitudinal beam 12 at its end in a width B. notched and the end of the cross member 11 in the side member 12 is so far introduced that it is on the outside Web 12a strikes.
- the cross member 11 is also a Extrusion process, rectangular in cross section Hollow profile, as can be read from FIG. 11 can. Its height HQ is compared to the height HL of the Side member 12 by about twice the thickness DL of a belt 12c of the side member 12 reduced so that it with his Belts llc abuts the belts 12c with play.
- the straps llc and 12c with each other weld in the overlapping area as well as an inner web llb of the cross member 11 with the inner web 12b of the side member 12; also the joint of the two outer webs 11a and 12a can be easily be designed so that a weld is provided there can be.
- the corner knot E run extremely dimensionally stable, although one each full face S is guaranteed.
- the hook-shaped brackets 2 are attached; she are also welded on.
- the plate-shaped covering 2 is also the detailed training of the plate-shaped covering 2 can be seen easily. He therefore consists primarily of wooden panels 21 as tread elements, preferably in the form of glued plywood panels.
- the Wooden panels 21 are along one of the longitudinal beams 12 Holding frame 22 edged, here in the form of a simple U-profile, into which the wooden plates 21 are inserted and by means of connecting elements omitted in the drawing firmly connected to the support frame 1, for example are riveted, forming a secondary securing of position, well also in the longitudinal direction of the covering platform.
- the covering platform according to the invention in an embodiment with a flap 23 in their Functionality expanded; otherwise it corresponds the covering platform discussed in detail above, so that it is sufficient indicate the necessary changes.
- the Flap 23 (Fig. 12) is pivotable about an axis AC, the is formed by two hinge pieces 23a.
- the axis AC is placed parallel to the side member 12.
- Flap 23 In the field of Flap 23 is the holding frame 22 by a possibly slightly differently profiled holding frame 22 'replaced which the hinge pieces 23a - ideally on both sides of the Legs of the holding frame 22 '- are attachable; on the other hand it is appropriate to both the hinge pieces 23a the upper belt 12c of the side member 12 as well as on the latter to fix inner web 12b, for example by means of rivets or other suitable connecting elements 23b.
- the Flap 23 is arranged so that it on the one hand on the upper belt llc of a cross member 11 and the other a support bar 23c can be placed between the Sides 12 is clamped.
