Claims (8)
- Dispositif de guidage pour une cage de laminoir à quatre cylindres ou plus, comportant des cylindres de travail (1, 2, 25, 26), des cylindres d'appui (3, 4, 29, 30) et le cas échéant des cylindres d'appui intermédiaires (27, 28) agencés entre les cylindres de travail (1, 2, 25, 26) et les cylindres d'appui (3, 4, 29, 30), au niveau desquels des blocs de flexion (8, 10) pour les chaises (5, 6) des cylindres sont guidés par des paires de barres cylindriques (19) agencées dans des fenêtres (7) de la cage de laminoir (13), barres dont les deux extrémités (19a) sont reliées directement ou indirectement à la cage de laminoir (13) et entre lesquelles est agencée une unité à piston-et-cylindre de flexion respective (21) appuyée contre le bloc de flexion supérieur (8) et contre le bloc de flexion inférieur (10) d'une paire de cylindres, caractérisé en ce que les deux extrémités des barres cylindriques (19) sont montées axialement mobiles dans les fenêtres (7) du montant, l'une des barres cylindriques (19) d'une paire étant guidée longitudinalement mobile dans l'un des blocs de flexion (8) et étant solidaire de l'autre bloc de flexion (10), et l'autre barre cylindrique (19) étant solidaire de l'un des blocs de flexion (8) et étant guidée longitudinalement mobile dans l'autre bloc de flexion (10).
- Dispositif de guidage selon la revendication 1, comportant des éléments de maintien (14, 16) pour les extrémités (19a) des barres cylindriques (19), lesdits éléments étant mis en place dans les ouvertures de fenêtre (7) de la cage de laminoir (13), solidaires de la cage de laminoir (13) et pénétrant dans les ouvertures de fenêtre (7), caractérisé en ce que les éléments de maintien (14, 16) comprennent des paliers à déplacement axial (18) pour les extrémités (19a) des barres cylindriques (19).
- Dispositif de guidage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que des plaques de coulissement (23, 24) respectivement superposables sont agencées dans les surfaces latérales orientées les unes vers les autres des éléments de maintien (14, 16) et des blocs de flexion (8, 10).
- Dispositif de guidage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les plaques de coulissement (23, 24) superposables sont constituées en alternance en matériaux de différentes duretés structurelles.
- Dispositif de guidage selon la revendication 1, destiné à des cages de laminoir (13) comportant une paire de cylindres de travail (25, 26), une paire de cylindres d'appui intermédiaires (27, 28) qui soutiennent ces derniers et une paire de cylindres d'appui (29, 30), caractérisé en ce que des paires respectives de barres de guidage cylindriques (37, 39) sont solidaires des blocs de flexion (33 ; 35) des chaises des cylindres d'appui intermédiaires (27, 28), lesdites barres étant guidées de façon longitudinalement mobile par rapport aux éléments de maintien (14' ; 16') solidaires du montant, parallèlement aux paires de barres cylindriques (19') des blocs de flexion (8') des chaises (5'; 6') des deux cylindres de travail (25, 26).
- Dispositif de guidage selon les revendications 1 et 5, caractérisé en ce que les guidages destinés au déplacement longitudinal des extrémités des barres cylindriques (19 ; 19') ou des barres de guidage cylindriques (37 ; 39) sont réalisés sous forme d'ouvertures traversantes dans les éléments de maintien (14, 16 ; 14', 16').
- Dispositif de guidage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que dans les faces inférieures, orientées vers les ouvertures traversantes, des blocs de flexion (8, 8') des chaises des cylindres de travail (1, 2 ; 25, 26) et/ou des chaises des cylindres d'appui intermédiaires (27, 28) sont prévues des ouvertures de réception pour les extrémités des barres cylindriques (19 ; 19') ou des barres de guidage cylindriques (27 ; 39).
- Dispositif de guidage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les longueurs, guidées dans les éléments de maintien (14', 16') solidaires du montant, d'une paire de barres de guidage cylindriques (37'') solidaire du bloc de flexion (33) de la chaise (31) du cylindre d'appui intermédiaire supérieur (27), et les barres de guidage cylindriques (39'') d'une paire de barres de guidage cylindriques (39'') solidaire du bloc de flexion (35) de la chaise (32) du cylindre d'appui intermédiaire inférieur (28) peuvent avoir des tailles différentes entre elles.
