Claims (4)

  1. Bloc de cintrage (7, 8) pour le cintrage de cylindres (5, 6) de cages de laminoir à cylindres multiples qui est relié de manière fixe, des deux côtés des chaises (9, 10) de palier de la paire de cylindres de laminage (5, 6), au longerons à ouverture (1, 2) du montant des cylindres ou aux dispositifs pour la stabilisation horizontale des cylindres, présentant des mâchoires de cintrage (11 - 14) pouvant être déplacées dans les deux directions de cintrage et entraînées via des appareils à piston et à cylindre qui mettent sous pression, via des surfaces d'appui, les surfaces d'appui qui agissent sur une ou sur l'autre direction de cintrage sur les chaises (9, 10) de palier ou les dispositifs, caractérisé en ce que chaque mâchoire de cintrage est constituée par une paire de mâchoires partielles (11a, 11b; 12a, 12b; 13a, 13b; 14a, 14b) indépendantes, pouvant être entraînées dans une direction opposée l'une par rapport à l'autre, dont les surfaces d'appui agissent chacune sur une ou sur l'autre direction de cintrage.
  2. Bloc de cintrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une mâchoire partielle de cintrage (13a) présente un bâti cubique ou parallélépipédique qui est guidé avec des surfaces de glissement planes entre les surfaces de glissement opposées du bâti de l'autre mâchoire partielle de cintrage (13b).
  3. Bloc de cintrage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le bâti d'une mâchoire partielle de cintrage (13a) est constituée par deux parties de bâti disposées à une certaine distance l'une de l'autre, qui guident le bâti de l'autre mâchoire partielle de cintrage (13b) entre elles et qui sont reliées l'une à l'autre par une traverse (21).
  4. Bloc de cintrage selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil à piston et à cylindre entraînant les mâchoires partielles de cintrage (13a, 13b) correspondantes pour le cylindre supérieur ou inférieur (5 ou 6) de la paire de cylindres à cintrer est constitué par un piston (16 ou 19) disposé dans une mâchoire partielle de cintrage (14a ou 14b) et par des tiges d'assemblage (17 ou 20) reliées à l'autre mâchoire partielle de cintrage (13a, 13b).
