Description
Claims (3)
- Verwendung einer Vorrichtung als Puffer mit(1) einem zylindrischen, im wesentlichen horizontal gelagerten Mischgefäß (1) mit einem Einlaß (5) für eine homogene Suspension von zerkleinerter Cellulose in einem flüssigen, wäßrigen tertiären Aminoxid,(2) einer Rührwelle (2) mit daran angebrachten Rührelementen (3), welche Rührwelle in dem zylindrischen Mischgefäß axial gelagert ist und durch Rotation die durch den Einlaß eingebrachte Suspension in homogenem Zustand hält, und(3) einer Austragseinrichtung für die homogene Suspension, wobei die Austragseinrichtung als Förderschnecke (7) ausgebildet ist, welche an der Unterseite des Mischgefäßes angebracht ist, mit dem Innenraum des Mischgefäßes in Verbindung steht und diametral entgegengesetzt zum Einlaß vorgesehen ist
zum Halten bzw. Abgeben der homogenen Suspension. - Verwendung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Vorrichtung Rührelemente vorgesehen sind, die so angeordnet sind, daß sie die Austragsöffnung (6) überstreichen.
- Verwendung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Vorrichtung das Verhältnis der Aufnahmekapazität der Austragseinrichtung zur Aufnahmekapazität des zylindrischen Mischgefäßes mindestens 1:100 ist.
