Claims (30)
- Verfahren zur der Durchführung eines Kantenschnitts mittels eines Schneidapparates dienenden Handhabung von Druckereierzeugnissen (10), bei denen die Druckereierzeugnisse (10) längs einer ersten Förderschleife (20) unter Einhaltung eines gegenseitigen Abstandes umlaufenden, im Bereich einer Kante der Druckereierzeugnisse (10) angreifenden und sie dadurch längs der ersten Förderschleife (20) mitführenden Greifern (22) zugeführt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckereierzeugnisse (10) von den Greifern (22) in einem mit der ersten Förderschleife (20) längs eines gemeinsamen Bewegungsweges gleichlaufende zweite Förderschleife (30) mit im Abstand der Greifer (22) angeordneten Einspannklammern (40) eingeführt werden, wobei die Einspannklammern (40) im Verlauf des gemeinsamen Bewegungsweges mit den zu beschneidenden freien Randbereichen der in den Greifern (22) der ersten Förderschleife (20) liegenden Druckereierzeugnisse (10) stabilisierend in Eingriff gebracht werden und in diesem Zustand der Kantenschnitt von dem an dem gemeinsamen Bewegungsweg feststehend angeordneten Schneidapparat (50) an den über die Einspannklammern (40) zum Schneidapparat (50) hin vorstehenden freien Randbereichen der Druckereierzeugnisse (10) ausgeführt wird, und die beschnittenen Druckereierzeugnisse (10) den gemeinsamen Bewegungsweg anschließend in den Greifern (22) längs der ersten Förderschleife (20) verlassen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Greifer (22) im Verlauf des gemeinsamen Bewegungsweges von den darin liegenden Druckereierzeugnissen (10) gelöst und erst nach Ausführen des Kantenschnitts wieder an die Druckereierzeugnisse (10) angelegt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckereierzeugnisse (10) nach dem Lösen der Greifer (22) darin zum Ausrichten in eine Kantenschnittposition senkrecht zur Förderrichtung verschoben werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckereierzeugnisse (10) während des Verschiebens auf einer Klemmbacke (42) der Einspannklammern (40) aufliegen und nach dem Ausrichten durch Anlegen einer weiteren Klemmbacke (44) der Einspannklammern (40) stabilisiert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Verschieben längs des gemeinsamen Bewegungsweges mit den Druckereierzeugnissen (10) mitlaufende Stößel mit dem den zu beschneidenden freien Randbereichen gegenüberliegenden Randbereichen der Druckereierzeugnisse (10) in Anlage gebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Förderschleife (30) zwei über halbkreisförmige Schleifenabschnitte (36, 38) verbundene parallel zueinander verlaufende Geradenabschnitte (32, 34) aufweist und der gemeinsame Bewegungsweg zumindest teilweise längs eines Teiles eines der Geradenabschnitte (32, 34) verläuft und mindestens ein Kantentschnitt im Verlauf dieses Geradenabschnitts (32, 34) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Geradenabschnitte (32, 34) übereinander angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kantenschnitt längs des unteren Geradenabschitts (32) an den dort unterhalb der Greifer (22) geförderten Druckereierzeugnissen (10) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckereierzeugnisse (10) nach Einführen in die Einspannklammern (40) und vor Ausführen des Kantenschnitts einen der halbkreisförmigen Schleifenabschnitte (36) durchlaufen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ausrichten im Verlauf des halbkreisförmigen Schleifenabschnitts (38) erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneidapparat (50) ein Messer (56) und ein damit zusammenwirkendes Gegenmesser (54) aufweist, wobei das Gegenmesser (54) zum Ausführen des Kantenschnitts an die in Förderrichtung hintere Seite des vorstehenden freien Randbereichs angelegt wird und das mit dem Gegenmesser (54) zusammenwirkende Messer (56) zum Ausführen des Kantenschnitts an der Vorderseite der Druckereierzeugnisse (10) angreift.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Messer (56) in einer der Förderrichtung der Druckereierzeugnisse (10) entgegengesetzten Richtung bewegt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gegenmesser (54) eine senkrecht zur Förderrichtung der Druckereierzeugnisse (10) verlaufende Achse (52) umläuft.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Messer (56) die Umlaufachse (52) in einer der Umlaufrichtung des Gegenmmessers (54) entgegengesetzten Richtung umläuft.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß längs des gemeinsamen Bewegungsweges mehrere Kantenschnitte an unterschiedlichen über die Einspannklammer (40) zu entsprechenden Schneidapparaten (60) hin vorstehenden freien Randbereichen der Druckereierzeugnisse (10) ausgeführt werden.
- Vorrichtung zum Handhaben von Druckereierzeugnissen (10) zur Durchführung eines Kantenschnitts mit einer ersten Fördereinrichtung, die eine Anzahl unter einem gegenseitigen Abstand längs eine erste Förderschleife (20) umlaufende zum Erfassen der Druckereierzeugnisse (10) im Bereich einer ihrer Kanten und zum Zuführen der Druckereierzeugnisse längs der ersten Förderschleife (20) dienende Greifer (22) aufweist, und einem Schneidapparat (50, 60) zum Ausführen des Kantenschnitts, gekennzeichnet durch eine Anzahl eine längs eines gemeinsamen Bewegungsweges mit der ersten Förderschleife (20) gleichlaufende zweite Förderschleife (30) umlaufende im Abstand der Greifer (22) angeordnete Einspannklammern (40), in die die Druckereierzeugnisse (10) im Verlauf des gemeinsamen Bewegungsweges von den Greifern (22) einführbar sind und mit denen die zu beschneidenden Randbereiche der in den Greifern (22) liegenden Druckereierzeugnisse (10) stabilisierbar sind, sowie dadurch, daß der Schneidapparat (50, 60) zum Ausführen des Kantenschnitts an den über die Einspannklammern (40) zum Schneidapparat (50, 60) hin vorstehenden freien Randbereichen der Druckereierzeugnisse (10) feststehend an dem gemeinsamen Bewegungsweg angeordnet ist und die Druckereierzeugnisse (10) im Anschluß an den gemeinsamen Bewegungsweg in den Greifern (22) längs der ersten Förderschleife (20) abtransportierbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Greifer (22) im Verlauf des gemeinsamen Bewegungswegs zum Lösen der darin liegenden Druckereierzeugnisse (10) von einer Schließstellung in eine Freigabestellung verstellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einspannklammern (40) zwischen einer Einspannstellung und einer Öffnungsstellung verstellbar sind und jeweils eine Klemmbacke (42) aufweisen, auf die die Druckereierzeugnisse (10) in der Öffnungsstellung im Verlauf des gemeinsamen Bewegungsweges auflegbar sind und auf der die Druckereierzeugnisse (10) mittels einer Ausrichtungseinrichtung senkrecht zur Förderrichtung (31) verschiebbar sind, sowie eine weitere nach dem Ausrichten zum Verstellen in die Einspannstellung und zum Stabilisieren an die Druckereierzeugnisse (10) anlegbare Klemmbacke (44) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der Klemmbacken (42, 44) mindestens zwei senkrecht zur Förderrichtung gegeneinander verschiebbare Klemmbackenteile (42a, 42b, 44a, 44b) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 18 oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausrichtungseinrichtung längs des gemeinsamen Bewegungsweges mit den Druckereierzeugnissen (10) mitlaufende an freien Randbereichen der Druckereierzeugnisse (10) anlegbare Stößel aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einspannklammern (40) an einem längs der zweiten Förderschleife (30) umlaufenden Zugorgan festgelegt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zugorgan über eine Antriebsrolle und eine in einem Abstand davon angeordnete Umlenkrolle geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebsrolle und die Umlenkrolle in einer gemeinsamen Horizontalebene liegende Rollenachse aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der gemeinsame Bewegungsweg zumindest teilweise unterhalb des Zugorgans verläuft und der Kantenschnitt im Verlauf dieses Teils des Bewegungsweges ausführbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ausrichten der Druckereierzeugnisse (10) im Bereich der Antriebs- und/oder Umlenkrolle ausführbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneidapparat mindestens ein Messer (56) und mindestens ein damit zusammenwirkendes Gegenmesser (54) aufweist, wobei das Gegenmesser (54) im Verlauf des gemeinsamen Bewegungsweges an eine in Förderrichtung (31) hintere Seite des zum Schneidapparat hin vorstehenden freien Randbereichs anlegbar ist und das Messer (56) zum Ausführen des Kantenschnitts an der Vorderseite davon angreift.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gegenmesser (54) zum Umlaufen einer senkrecht zur Förderrichtung (31) verlaufenden Umlaufachse (52) antreibbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Messer (56) zum Umlaufen der Umlaufachse (52) in einer der Umlaufrichtung (55) des Gegenmessers (54) entgegengesetzten Richtung (57) antreibbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 27 oder 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneidapparat (50, 60) mehrere jeweils im Abstand der Greifer (22) die Umlaufachse (52) umlaufende Gegenmesser (54) und/oder Messer (56) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Beschneiden mehrerer über die Einspannklammer (40) vorstehender freier Randbereiche eines Druckereierzeugnisses (10) eine entsprechende Anzahl an Schneidapparaten (50, 60) längs des gemeinsamen Bewegungsweges angeordnet ist.
