- Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la contre-lame (54) tourne autour d'un axe de rotation (52) perpendiculaire au sens de déplacement des produits imprimés (10).
- Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la lame (56) tourne autour de l'axe de rotation (52) en sens contraire au sens de circulation de la contre-lame (54).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le long de la trajectoire commune de déplacement, plusieurs découpes sont effectuées sur différents bords libres des produits imprimés (10) dépassant au-delà des pinces de serrage (40) en direction de machines à découper (60) correspondantes.
- Dispositif pour la manipulation de produits imprimés (10) pour exécuter une découpe des bords avec un premier dispositif de transport qui présente un certain nombre de griffes (22) en circulation, avec un écart mutuel, le long d'une première boucle de transport (20), pour prendre les produits imprimés (10) dans la partie de l'un de leurs bords, et pour amener les produits imprimés le long de la première boucle de transport (20), et avec une machine à couper (50, 60) pour couper les bords, caractérisé par un certain nombre de pinces de serrage (40) placées à distance des griffes (22) circulant autour d'une seconde boucle de transport (30) synchrone à la première boucle de transport (20) le long d'une trajectoire de déplacement commune, pinces de serrage dans lesquelles les produits imprimés (10) peuvent être introduits sur le parcours d'un déplacement commun par les griffes (22) et avec lesquelles les bords à couper des produits imprimés (10) placés dans les griffes (22) peuvent être stabilisés, caractérisé également en ce que la machine à couper (50, 60) pour l'exécution de la découpe des bords sur les bords libres des produits imprimés (10) dépassant au-delà des pinces de serrage (40) en direction de la machine à couper (50, 60) est placée de façon stationnaire sur la trajectoire commune de déplacement et que les produits imprimés (10) sont transportables, après la trajectoire commune de déplacement, dans les griffes (22) le long de la première boucle de transport (20).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que les griffes (22) sur le parcours de la trajectoire commune de déplacement sont réglables d'une position de fermeture à une position de blocage pour libérer les produits imprimés (10) qui s'y trouvent.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 16 ou 17, caractérisé en ce que les pinces de serrage (40) sont réglables entre une position de blocage et une position d'ouverture et qu'elles présentent respectivement une mâchoire (42) sur laquelle, en position d'ouverture sur le parcours de la trajectoire commune de déplacement, les produits imprimés (10) peuvent être posés et sur laquelle les produits imprimés (10) peuvent être déplacés perpendiculairement au sens de déplacement (31) au moyen d'un dispositif d'alignement, et qu'elles présentent une autre mâchoire (44) qui peut être placée, après l'alignement pour la mise en position et pour la stabilisation, contre les produits imprimés (10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'une des mâchoires (42, 44) présente au moins deux pièces de mâchoires (42a, 42b, 44a, 44b) perpendiculaires au sens de déplacement et déplaçables l'une contre l'autre.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 18 ou 19, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'alignement, le long de la trajectoire commune de déplacement, présente des coulisseaux se déplaçant avec les produits imprimés (10) et pouvant être placés sur les bords libres des produits imprimés (10).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 16 à 20, caractérisé en ce que les pinces de serrage (40) sont fixées sur un organe de traction circulant le long de la seconde boucle de transport (30).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 21, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de traction est guidé par l'intermédiaire d'une poulie de commande et d'une poulie de renvoi placée à une certaine distance de celle-ci.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 22, caractérisé en ce que la poule d'entraínement et la poule de renvoi présentent un axe de poulie situé sur un plan horizontal commun.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 23, caractérisé en ce que la trajectoire commune de transport passe au moins en partie sous l'organe de traction et que la découpe des bords peut être exécutée sur le parcours de cette section de la trajectoire de déplacement.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 22 à 24, caractérisé en ce que l'alignement des produits imprimés (10) peut être exécuté dans la partie de la poulie de commande et/ou de renvoi.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 16 à 25, caractérisé en ce que la machine à couper présente au moins une lame (56) et au moins une contre-lame (54) fonctionnant avec celle-ci, la contre-lame (54) pouvant être placée, sur le parcours de la trajectoire commune de déplacement, sur un côté arrière en sens de déplacement (31) du bord libre dépassant en direction de la machine à couper, et que la lame (56) pour couper les bords s'engage sur le côté avant.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 26, caractérisé en ce que la contre-lame (54) peut être entraínée pour faire tourner un axe de rotation (52) perpendiculaire au sens de déplacement (31).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 27, caractérisé en ce que la lame (56) peut être entraínée dans un sens opposé (57) au sens de rotation (55) de la contre-lame (54) pour tourner autour de l'axe de rotation (52).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 27 ou 28, caractérisé en ce que la machine à couper (50, 60) présente plusieurs contre-lames (54) et/ou lames (56) respectivement à distance des griffes (22) et tournant autour de l'axe de rotation (52).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 16 à 29, caractérisé en ce que pour couper plusieurs bords libres d'un produit imprimé (10) dépassant au-delà des pinces de serrage (40), un nombre correspondant de machines à couper (50, 60) est disposé le long de la trajectoire commune de déplacement.
