    et où un arbre de réglage (117, 217) est prévu, qui attaque un élément de réglage (115, 215), qui est relié à l'élément de pied (113, 213) à hauteur réglable, de telle sorte que lors de l'actionnement de l'arbre de réglage (117, 217) est produit le réglage en hauteur de l'élément de pied (113, 213),
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend des éléments de tablier (42, 43, 123, 125, 242, 243) pour l'habillage côté salle de bains de la baignoire, éléments de tablier qui par l'intermédiaire de colliers de serrage (9) peuvent être reliés aux tubes d'étayage,
    et en ce que l'arbre de réglage (117, 217) s'étend depuis l'élément de réglage (115, 215) jusqu'à un côté opposé de la baignoire et que de ce fait l'élément de pied est réglable à distance depuis la zone de la baignoire qui est accessible depuis l'intérieur de la salle de bains.
  2. Dispositif pour une baignoire ou douche incorporée suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de réglage est un élément de transmission, de préférence une roue à vis sans fin (115) ou similaire, qui est relié à l'élément de pied (113) à hauteur réglable et qui est en engagement avec un tronçon (117b) de l'arbre de réglage (117).
  3. Dispositif pour une baignoire ou douche incorporée suivant l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de transmission, de préférence une roue à vis sans fin (115), présente des éléments de fixation axiaux (15a) dirigés vers le dessus, qui chevauchent la tête (113a) d'une vis (113), cette vis servant d'élément de pied et en ce que le filetage sur la tige (113b) de la vis s'engage dans un écrou (112) qui est solidarisé avec l'extrémité inférieure du tube d'étayage (111).
  4. Dispositif pour une baignoire ou douche incorporée suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de réglage est un arbre flexible (215), qui est relié à un arbre tubulaire (217) en tant qu'arbre de réglage.
  5. Dispositif pour une baignoire ou douche incorporée suivant l'une des revendications 1 ou 4, caractérisé en ce qu'à son extrémité, l'arbre flexible (215) est relié à une pièce d'accouplement (214), qui à son tour est reliée à un élément de pied (213) réglable en hauteur ayant de préférence la forme d'une vis.
  6. Dispositif pour une baignoire ou douche incorporée suivant l'une des revendications 1 ou 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que dans la zone terminale inférieure un écrou est fixé au tube d'étayage (211), écrou dont le filetage est en engagement avec le filetage de la tige de la vis (213).
  7. Dispositif pour une baignoire ou douche incorporée suivant l'une quelconque des revendications de 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité (117a, 217a) côté salle de bains de l'arbre de réglage (117, 217) est conçue de manière telle que le cas échéant elle peut être tournée à la main, à l'aide d'un outil ou aussi sans l'aide d'un outil.
  8. Dispositif pour une baignoire ou douche incorporée suivant l'une quelconque des revendications de 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un guidage d'arbre (116, 216) est prévu pour l'arbre de réglage (117, 217) de préférence à proximité d'un tube d'étayage vertical.
  9. Dispositif pour une baignoire ou douche incorporée suivant l'une quelconque des revendications de 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le tube d'étayage (111, 211) est par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un tube de liaison horizontal (108, 109) relié à au moins un autre support tubulaire vertical (104, 204), qui à son extrémité supérieure présente un élément de support (118, 212), où à au moins l'un des tubes d'étayage verticaux (104, 204) peuvent être fixés des éléments de tablier (123, 125, 242, 243) pour l'habillage côté salle de bains de la baignoire.
  10. Dispositif pour une baignoire ou douche incorporée suivant l'une quelconque des revendications de 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un des tubes d'étayage verticaux (104, 204, 201, 202) ne s'appuie pas lui-même sur le sol et se termine un peu avant le niveau du sol.
  11. Dispositif pour une baignoire ou douche incorporée suivant l'une quelconque des revendications de 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le tube d'étayage (111, 211) avec l'élément de pied (113, 213) réglable en hauteur sert, à son extrémité inférieure, pour le support du bord (100) de la baignoire, dans une zone d'angle (120) difficilement accessible de la baignoire.
  12. Dispositif pour une baignoire ou douche incorporée suivant l'une quelconque des revendications de 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que pour au moins un côté de la paroi de la baignoire, là où cette paroi est parallèle à une cloison de la salle de bains, il est prévu un dispositif de fixation (27) ancrable dans la cloison, avec un élément d'appui (28) sur lequel est appliqué le bord côté cloison de la paroi de la baignoire.
  13. Dispositif pour une baignoire ou douche incorporée suivant l'une quelconque des revendications de 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément de réception (219) est prévu, qui surplombe la paroi (224) de la baignoire (200) et qui présente un évidement (219b), dans lequel peut être glissé un élément de fixation (226) pour le tablier, cet élément de fixation (226) pour le tablier présentant une rainure, dans laquelle peut être glissée l'extrémité supérieure coudée d'un élément de tablier (242).
  14. Dispositif pour une baignoire ou douche incorporée suivant l'une quelconque des revendications de 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fixation pour tablier (226) est sensiblement en forme de pince avec deux ailes parallèles (226a et 226b) entre lesquelles est formée la rainure (226d) et avec une nervure coudée sensiblement à angle droit (226c).
