Definitions

  • the invention relates to a pretext element for the sanitary installation according to the The preamble of claim 1.
  • Such a pretext element is e.g. from the German utility model G 92 08 143 known and is often used in plumbing because it is a very flexible Arrangement of sanitary components.
  • the pre-wall installation elements are usually built in parallel at a certain distance in front of a building wall and the desired sanitary installations attached to it. On the front side the pre-wall installation elements can easily gypsum fiber cement or Plasterboard panels are attached, which can then be covered with tiles.
  • the Known pre-wall element comprises pressed-in corner connectors for connecting the vertical Posts with the cross bars. Furthermore, there is a back at the corners extending fastening element attached, which for hanging in a C-rail serves.
  • This configuration of the pre-wall element makes it possible, in particular, to very costly welding operations to do without the frame, which is costly even exceed the additional part, the corner connector. Furthermore, due to this construction, the accuracy of fit considerably compared to a welded construction increased, whereby a row assembly of the pre-wall installation elements according to the invention is far less problematic than in the prior art. About that In addition, the storage for the pre-wall installation elements is drastically reduced, because for certain frame sizes no longer the entire frame, but only the associated vertical or cross struts must still be stored. This allows a more flexible production of the elements, e.g. can be a narrower element for the disabled by simply inserting a shorter cross strut into the current one Integrate the manufacturing process.
  • the corner connector there is an attachment point for a mounting bracket that can be swiveled parallel to the frame is arranged for wall mounting.
  • This pivotable arrangement of the mounting bracket enables the pre-wall element to be attached to the one behind it Wall depending on the swivel position of the tab, which is preferred with can be provided an elongated hole, whereby the fastening area again lets expand. This gives the installer the option regardless of the number and arrangement of the attachments to attach a favorable mounting hole for him.
  • the attachment of the pre-wall element to a rail located on the wall is also considerably easier, since the dimensional accuracy of the attachment is not too great Meaning is.
  • Devices can also be attached to the tab one, e.g. C-profile rail can be provided.
  • the corner connector is L-shaped, and the two plug inserts form the staggered by 90 ° to each other L-leg.
  • This preferred form of the frame also offers the possibility that the vertical or transverse struts by simply cutting rod material at right angles are producible.
  • the plug inserts with fasteners additionally be releasably attached to the struts, by moving can be prevented along the direction of insertion.
  • pivot axis of the Fastening tab is arranged at one end region of the tab and the end region has a concentric rounding to the pivot axis in a radius that is essentially the shortest distance between the swivel axis and the corner connector corresponds to the outer edge or to the upper edge of the cross strut.
  • Pre-wall elements are common used to arrange hanging toilets that are above of the concealed cistern is a storage area. An exact positioning of the element forming the storage surface and its precise horizontal alignment is achieved by simply placing it on the end area of the tabs and the corner connector or the cross strut is reached.
  • the exact distance between the frame and the wall can then be advantageous can be set if by using the mounting point on the corner connector engaged adjusting element the distance of the tab to the frame is adjustable. This could e.g. also with all usual wall clearances achieve a single adjustment element, which reduces the inventory again becomes.
  • the frame can consist of three essentially parallel vertical struts and two transverse struts which each keep these at a distance from one another are formed be, the one cross strut with the middle vertical strut with a corner connector and the other cross strut with the middle vertical strut with a fastening device, preferably a gusset plate are connected.
  • Another embodiment relates to a wall element with a frame from at least two vertical struts and essentially formed from hollow profiles at least one essentially formed from hollow profiles, the vertical struts in Spacing from each other.
  • the pretext element is characterized further characterized in that at least one cross strut transverse to its longitudinal extent in the end faces of the vertical profiles guide rails which can be inserted essentially in a precise manner at a distance from each other, locking devices for locking and releasing the displaceable cross strut with respect to the vertical struts are.
  • the cross strut in particular as a baseboard can also be inserted through this connection between cross strut and Vertical struts carry out a continuous height adjustment of the pre-wall elements.
  • the height adjustment only depends on the length of the guide rails.
  • a ceiling-high pretext element is particularly conceivable in this context.
  • the arrangement of two or more adjustable ones also seems suitable for this purpose
  • Pre-wall elements on top of each other which vary according to the somewhat Ceiling heights can be adjusted and a clean, seamless transition at all times ceilings allow high attachment.
  • a spring element is provided, which on the Guide rail exerts a spring force against the vertical strut, thereby creating a Moving the cross strut relative to the vertical strut only from a predetermined Force occurs. Loosening the lock nut does not automatically result in displacement the guide rail opposite the vertical strut, e.g. not by its own weight the pretext elements, but only at the will of the installer.
  • the locking device can be a vertical strut comprise essentially fixedly arranged clamping nuts which within the The vertical strut is arranged and the guide rail is guided past it in some areas is, the locked lock nut the guide rail opposite the vertical strut sets.
