- the invention relates to a support bracket for attachment of horizontal covers made of C-profile rails Pre-wall installation elements for sanitary installation, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- DE 78 06 378 U1 is concerned with an adjusting device for installation pipes. This includes one sitting on the screed Support bracket with struts and a hole pattern on Vertical leg. The hole pattern is used to attach a Hole mask for the installation pipes.
- DE 1 276 315 A describes profile beams for lifts or Cable car cabins, which are assembled in particular from C-shaped rails have been.
- a connection bracket for profile beams shown with two parallel C-rails, the an L-shaped cross section and according to the center distance the mounting rails have spaced fastening openings.
- the corresponding Wall element on its upper frame part with or several support angles is provided.
- the support angle serve to support and attach concrete / gypsum hardboard, which are then tiled can be.
- These support angles are mandatory sold with the corresponding pre-wall element.
- wall-high or flat pre-wall extensions undertake the individual pretext elements are connected to each other via C-profile rails, to further support surfaces for the concrete / gypsum hardboard provide. To do this, either appropriate Lanyards are provided, or the installer may be forced to leave the construction site, to get suitable lanyards or at insufficient numbers to get replacement.
- This configuration now offers the possibility of the support angle used in the prior art only for support purposes can also be used to connect C profile rails. Since the support angle is generally part of a pretext element are, it is now a simple, C-profile rails with such pretext elements without the use to connect additional connecting means. Self in the case of wall-high expansions, the support angle is no longer an issue superfluous part because it is also used for connection the C-profile rails, e.g. of two pre-wall elements together, can be used. Another advantage of this Support angle also consists of two wall elements must be arranged side by side and in this area there is no possibility of wall mounting that the two Wall elements are firmly connected to each other by the support bracket be, so that a support in this area in general is no longer necessary.
- the support for the Support surface used support surface can be arranged such that at least on one side the side edges of the bearing surface and the mounting surface lie in one plane and the support surface is arranged on these side edges.
- the support surface also has mounting holes with a center distance from each other, the sum of the half widths of the to be joined Corresponds to C rails. This will add functionality of the support angle is again substantially increased, since the support surface is now also used to connect C profile rails used at right angles to the mounting surface can be. This is also an arrangement of pre-wall installation elements no longer a problem around the corner. That too Connect two each attached to a C-profile rail Support angles can take place.
- the closed end of the fastening openings as a stop surface for fasteners such serves that by plugging the appropriate area on the Fasteners arranged in the C-profile rails cover the contact surface automatically with a side surface of the C-profile rail is essentially in one plane.
- the support bracket can be attached to a C profile rail thereby be made considerably easier in that the contact surface at least one access opening, in particular in the form of a Angle slot, which has access to a tool the fastener located in the respective fastening openings allows.
- tightening nuts A screw-nut connection is significant with this measure facilitated.
- Another way to improve alignability of the support angle is that the middle of each of the formed by the mounting surface and support surface on the corner next vertical opening a vertical distance to the mounting surface or support surface, which is half C profile width corresponds. This allows the support angle at a corner of two perpendicular C-profiles with its mounting surface arranged on it be that the support surface is in one plane with the side edge which is a C-profile rail. This arrangement has great advantages for numerous applications.
- the support angle can be a stamped and bent part Sheet metal can be made as this is a simple and inexpensive Procedure for its implementation is.
- the mounting surface and / or support surface in addition to the fastening openings Bores can be arranged for attachment, in particular using self-tapping screws on a lightweight stand wall, serve.
- the pre-wall element 1 used for the sanitary installation can designed modified for the various applications e.g. show Figures 1, 3 and 4 a pretext element WC installation and Figures 5 and 6 a corresponding Wall element for attaching a wash basin and fittings.
- the individual configuration will be discussed in more detail below received. But there are also other conceptions of Linen lines, especially regarding the extensions, conceivable, which are adapted to the different applications, e.g. shower, bathtub, urinals, bathroom furniture etc.

- the main supporting force is exerted on the thread of the screw 19 screwed nut 19c and washer 19d, which are against support the vertical strut 3, transfer.
- the fastening tab 20 also as e.g. Aluminium horrinskygußelement or plastic element can be executed. 8 is from also recognize that on the back of the Fastening tab 20 a hook element 23 from the rest Contact surface of the mounting bracket 20 is set back is. The hook element 23 is in a position in a corresponding Guide opening of a C-profile rail attached to a mounting wall to be hooked up. This allows assembly simplify the pretext elements 1 very much. If necessary Attachment to a C profile rail via a bore 24 respectively. From Fig. 9 it can also be seen that the Fastening tab 20 can also have a plurality of elongated holes 22, to increase the number of different mounting options increase. Since the mounting bracket 20 on the pivot axis on Center region 11 of the corner connector 8 is pivotable, it can be attached to the mounting wall in various positions.
- the end region 25 of the fastening tab arranged around the threaded sleeve 21 20 has a concentric to the pivot axis Rounding off with a radius that is essentially the shortest Distance A of the pivot axis on the corner connector 8 to the latter corresponds to the outer edge or to the upper edge of the cross strut 4. This ensures that the upper edge of the end region 25th and the top of the corner connector 8 together in one Front of the frame is 2 vertical plane. This is particularly advantageous if the top of the pretext element 1 as a support for a storage surface arranged thereon should be used.
- These elements that make up the shelf e.g. a gypsum fiber cement or gypsum board, are then also in the wall area on the support areas of the end areas 25 on and are automatically at the appropriate angle to the front of the Wall element 1 aligned.
- FIGS. 5, 6, 11 and 12 each show an embodiment of the Wall element 1 shown, in which the lower end openings 6 of the Vertical struts 3 for receiving a substantially precise fit Serve guide rails 26 which in the vertical struts 3rd are held telescopically.

- the front of the cover is 88 with the front of the traverse 35 in one plane. Because e.g. at the installation of a hanging toilet bowl very large Bending moments are effective, the cover elements 88 are supported from the guide rails 87, making deflection very easy can be kept to a tolerable level.
- Fig. 33 it can be seen that the fastening of the cover elements 88 on the connection plate 84 over in corresponding Receiving holes 103 insertable and bendable fastening tabs 104 takes place. This can also be done by working out the Spring tongue 85 openings are used. In particular this is the case when both the connection plate 84 and the Cover elements 88 made of sheet metal by means of a stamping and bending process are made. The spring tongues 85 with their spring lugs 86 are then simply punched out and bent on the Connection plate 84 arranged.
- the cover element 88 (FIG. 1) or the connecting plate 84 (FIG. 32) have a holding opening 95 for holding and carrying out a Inlet pipe 96 from the cistern 45.
- a ring preferably made of rubber, sits in the holding opening 95 for sound-decoupled mounting of the inlet pipe 96.
- a holder 98 is provided, which is preferably made of plastic exists, and via a snap clip 99 onto the inlet pipe 96 can be snapped on.
- On the bracket 98 is still a detachable and attachable snap bracket 100 arranged through the one Drain pipe 101 can be attached to the bracket 98 in a sound-decoupled manner is.
- connection plate 84 in the area of resilient tabs 102 are arranged so that the resilient Tab 102 by tightening the screws firmly against the Guide rails 87 are pulled and thus in addition to one secure positioning of the add-on elements.
- the springy Tabs 102 also take on the task of tolerance compensation, to bridge manufacturing deviations.
- an embodiment is also quite realizable, in which an arrangement of all add-on elements on the Frame 2, be it over the trusses 35 or other elements, e.g. Cistern adapter 46, using Sound decoupling elements takes place.
- these can Elements also simultaneously the sound decoupling elements themselves represent. Such measures lead to a drastic reduction the noise development and thus ensure more well-being for the later user.
- the cross member 35 has a cross member base body 105, in which numerous attachment options in the form of openings 106, 107 and 108 for attachment with a fluid components that can flow through are attachable. This traverse 35 can e.g. 5 and 6 can be seen for the attachment of fittings Find use.
- the struts 3 facing each End regions 109 of the cross member base body 105 are each with Plastic screws on a connecting piece 111 with an intermediate layer a damping element 112 attached.
- the connector 111 has a step-shaped cross section with essentially parallel end webs 113 and 114.
- the first end bridge 113 overlaps a region of the cross member base body 105 at a distance, so that the damping element 112 can be interposed.
- the Damping element 112 has corresponding openings for the Screw 110 on.
- At the second end web 114 are Fastening openings 115 provided that the pitch of the Longitudinal web 5 of the vertical struts 3 arranged perforated grid row are dimensionally adapted.
- They don't locking plate shown preferably has at least one locking lug on, which engages accordingly in a locking hole 36.
