Claims (5)
- Fachbildeeinrichtung für Webmaschinen, deren in Litzen geführte Kettfäden zwischen einer Oberfachstellung und einer Unterfachstellung hin- und herbewegt werden, mit elektronischer Muster-Einlesung, wobei der Kolben (11) oder ein Kolbenpaar jeder Litze (7) unter der Wirkung eines Stelldruckes des Druckmediums wechselweise in Richtung Oberfachstellung und Unterfachstellung der betreffenden Litze steht, wobei ferner jede Litze (7) als eine aus dem Kolben-Zylinder-System (10) austretende Kolbenstange ausgebildet oder jede Litze über kolbenstangenartige Mittel mit dem Kolben verbunden ist, und wobei deren freies Ende (7') in Führungsbohrungen (14) in einem vom System-Block (10) distanzierten Litzen- oder Kolbenstangen-Führungsblock (15) geführt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Zylinder (12) in einem Block vergossene Zylinderröhrchen oder parallele Bohrungen in einem Keramik-Block oder dergleichen sind;dass die Führungsbohrungen (14) über eine gemeinsame Zuleitung (14') und Ventilmittel (15) mit einer Quelle (16) für das Druckmedium in Strömungsverbindung stehen, um periodisch eine Druckluftreinigung der Litzenführung zu ermöglichen; und fernerdass mit der Druckluftquelle (16) über Zuleitung (13) und Ventilmittel (17) die Zylinder (12) obenseitig der Kolben (11) in Strömungsverbindung stehen, um eine Rückstellkraft zu erzeugen. - Fachbildeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kolben-Zylinder-System (10) am freien Ende jeder Litze (7) wirksame Kolben (11) umfasst, die je in einem Zylinder (12) hinundher bewegbar sind, wobei die Kolben (11) jeweils fest auf dem freien Ende der Litze (7) aufsitzen oder mit letzterem über eine Kolbenstange zwischenverbunden sind.
- Fachbildeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zylinder (12) über Zuleitungen (13) an eine Druckmittelquelle, vorzugsweise für Druckluft, angeschlossen sind, welche Druckluft die Kolben (11) beaufschlägt, um an diesen eine Rückstellkraft zu erzeugen, um die betreffenden Litzen (7) in die Unterfachstellung zu bringen.
- Fachbildeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zylinder (12) untenseitig je über Steuerleitungen (18) und über eine Mehrventil-Steuerung (19) o. dgl. mit der Druckluftquelle (16) in Strömungsverbindung stehen, um ausgewählt die Kolben (11) und damit die Litzen (7) mit den Kettfäden (8) in die Oberfachstellung zu drücken.
- Fachbildeeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Muster-Steuerung über ein Steuergerät (20) mit zentralem Rechensystem erfolgt, welches die Ventilmittel (15, 17) und die Mehrventil-Steuerung (19) gemäss den eingegebenen Musterdaten ansteuert, wobei die Musterdaten auf einem Computersystem (22) erstellt und mittels Disketten (23) oder durch Vernetzung auf das Steuergerät (20) übertragen werden.
