Claims (5)

  1. Shed-forming equipment for looms, the warp threads of which are guided in healds and moved back and forth between an upper shed setting and a lower shed setting, with electronic pattern reading, wherein the piston (11) or a piston pair of each heald (7) stands under the action of a setting pressure of the pressure medium alternately in the direction of the upper shed setting and lower shed setting of the respective heald, wherein further each heald (7) is constructed as a piston rod extending out of the piston-cylinder system (10) or each heald is connected with the piston by way of piston-rod-like means, and wherein the free ends (7') thereof are guided in guide bores (14) in a heald guide block or piston rod guide block (15) spaced from the system block (10), characterised in that the cylinders (12) are cylinder tubelets cast in a block or parallel bores in a ceramic block or the like, that the guide bores (14) are connected in terms of flow with a source (16) for the pressure medium by way of a common feed duct (14') and valve means (15) in order to periodically enable a compressed air cleaning of the heald guide, and further that the cylinders (12) at the top of the pistons (11) are connected in terms of flow with the compressed air source (16) by way of a feed duct (13) and valve means (17) in order to produce a restoring force.
  2. Shed-forming equipment according to claim 1, characterised in that the piston-cylinder system (10) comprises pistons (11) which are effective at the free end of each heald (7) and which are each reciprocatingly movable in a cylinder (12), wherein the pistons (11) are each firmly seated on the free end of the respective heald (7) or intermediately connected with the latter by way of a piston rod.
  3. Shed-forming equipment according to claim 1, characterised in that the cylinders (12) are connected by way of feed ducts (13) with a pressure medium source, preferably for compressed air, which compressed air acts on the pistons (11) so as to produce a restoring force at these in order to bring the respective healds (7) into the lower shed J setting.
  4. Shed-forming equipment according to claim 1, characterised in that the cylinders (12) are connected at the underside in terms of flow with the compressed air source (16) by way of respective control ducts (18) and by way of a multiple valve control (19) or the like in order to selectably urge the pistons (11) and thus the healds (7) together with the warp threads (8) into the upper shed setting.
  5. Shed-forming equipment according to claim 1, characterised in that the pattern control is effected by way of a control apparatus (20) with central computer system, which controls the valve means (15, 17) and the multiple valve control (19) in drive in accordance with the input pattern data, wherein the pattern data are set up on a computer system (22) and transferred to the control apparatus (20) by means of diskettes (23) or by networking.
