Definitions
- the invention relates to a container with changeable Volume according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Containers are usually used to transport goods, however, there are also containers that are used for residential purposes or as workshops, test benches, portable kitchens or be equipped as transportable operating theaters, a variety of applications are possible. Hence Such containers must also offer sufficient space to not only to accommodate people and devices, but also appropriate ones Offer space for working or living.
- Containers of the above type are mostly designed for mobile use, therefore the transport dimensions of such containers be as small as possible to make it simple and inexpensive To allow transportation.
- These requirements are met known container with variable volume, in which either parts are expanded to increase the volume or drawer-like elements extended from the inside of the container become and thus increase the volume converted.
- the extended elements form extensions on the Container.
- FIG. 6 which is a perspective schematic diagram shows a container 9 with a lateral insertion the base container 91 has a side wall 93 which extends from the insert 92 is permeated.
- the Insert 92 according to the two arrow directions either be moved into or out of the basic container 91 be pulled out.
- the bottom surface 95 of the basic container 91 and the bottom surface 96 of the insert 92 are, as shown in FIG. 6 clearly shows, not on the same level, so the Insert 92 on its facing away from the base container 91 Side must be supported by means of a support 94.
- Fig. 7 shows a schematic sectional view through the in Fig. 6 shown container 9. From this illustration clearly that in the space enclosed by the container 9 a step between that delimited by the basic container 91 Space and the space delimited by the insert 92 becomes.
- This stage is a disadvantage of the conventional one Containers, since, as already mentioned, people inside of the container should work or live. The stage represents a significant impairment of work or Quality of life because this level is always an obstacle or represents a trip hazard.
- From document BE-A-491 328 is a container with changeable volume known from the at least one drawer-like insert is extendable to the volume of the Enlarge containers.
- the slot can be procured in this way be that an outer surface of the insert in the retracted State forms an outer surface of the container.
- the slot can be mounted on rollers for easy moving of the insert.
- the invention has for its object a conventional Develop containers with inserts in such a way that according to the interior of the container when the slide-in units are extended has a flat floor.
- the task comes with the features in the indicator of the protection claim 1 solved.
- the invention has a slide-in container an extendable and vertically adjustable lifting rail, with the slide-in to be extended to the one upper position raised lifting rail is slidable, and the lifting rail after extending the insert into a lower position is adjustable so that the bottom of the drawer can be lowered to the level of the container floor.
- an extendable lifting rail can be opened easily changed the height of the drawer be the stowed position in which the bottom of the drawer rests on the bottom of the container in a use position can be moved, then the bottom of the drawer with the bottom of the container.
- the base of each on the container or lies against the bottom of the insert is arranged parallel to the insertion into a substructure of the container retractable lifting rail of two interlocking arranged U-profiles formed, the base of each on the container or lies against the bottom of the insert.
- One between these two U-profiles arranged spreading or lifting device optionally changes the distance between the U-profiles.
- the lifting device is preferably facing away from the container Front side of the lifting rail accessible.
- the lifting device can be mechanical, electrical or hydraulic are operated so that in the power-driven versions also automatic actuation controls or Control devices within the container for control the lifting device are possible.
- spindle drives for example spindle drives, lever systems, chain or Rack and pinion drives can be used.
- the container 1 has a roof and a floor 11, which is arranged on a substructure 13 and attached to it.
- the substructure 13 has claws 12 on its underside, on which the container stands. Furthermore, the Substructure 13 between the floor 11 and the claws 12 one Cavity in which a lifting rail 5 are received can.
- the container 1 shown in Fig. 1 takes in the retracted state a slot 2 and a slot 3 inside on, each laterally through the opposite Sides of the container 1 are extendable.
- the respective Side walls 24 and 34 of the slots 2 and 3 form in retracted state the side walls of the container 1.
- the inserts 2 and 3 each have a bottom 21 or 31 and a roof 22 or 32 respectively.
- seals 14 are arranged, the joint between the slots 2 and 3 in the retracted state seal against the roof of container 1.
- the function the pivotable elements 15 should be at a later date will be explained with reference to FIG. 3.
- the inserts 2 and 3 provided with rollers 23 and 33, respectively, on the floor 11 of the container 1 or roll on the floor 21 of the insert 2.
- the extension movement of the slots 2 and 3 takes place supported on the rollers 23 and 33.
- the rollers can of course, with appropriate sliding devices such as slide rails, Sliding body or the like can be replaced. At correspondingly low weight of the inserts can also be opened completely dispense with these sliding devices or rollers become.
- the roles or equivalent facilities must also not on the respective floor 21 or 31 of the plug-in units 2 or 3 can be arranged, solutions are also possible at which the inserts on corresponding rolling or sliding devices guided on the roof of container 1 or on the roof 22 of the insert 2 are held displaceably.
- FIG. 1 a door 4 in the insert 3 is indicated in FIG. 1, this door 4 is of course optional, and only here shown to oppose the sliding movement of the insert 3 to clarify the container 1.
- FIG. 2 is an intermediate stage of extending the insert 3 from the container 1 shown in FIG. 1.
- the Sliding movement of the insert 2 takes place analogously, so that here on a representation and description of the displacement movement of the slot 2 can be dispensed with.
- Outgoing 1 leads to that in FIG. 2 shown state, by first removing the lifting rail 5 the substructure 13 of the container 1 parallel to the direction of displacement of the insert 3 extends. Then the in the lifting rail 5 arranged lifting device actuated so that the lifting rail assumes the position shown in FIG. 2.
- the upper part 52 of the Lifting rail with its top surface at the same height proceed as the bottom 21 of the insert 2 so that the rollers 33 of the drawer 3 when extending this drawer slightly from the bottom 21 of the insert 2 slide onto this surface can.
- the lifting device that upper part 52 of the lifting rail 2 from the lower part 51 in a spindle-driven lever system spreads in the vertical direction, in which the vertical spreading of the upper part 52 from the lower part 51 by appropriate rotation of the Spindle 53 is generated.
- the only sketchy in this figure shown spindle drive is in Figs. 4 and 5 in detail shown so that a description of this lifting device under Reference to these figures is made at a later date.
- this is within of the substructure 13 of the container 1 formed cavity 58 for receiving the lifting rail 5 at the same time as a guide for this Lifting rail designed.
- the lower part 51 of the lifting rail 5 towards the upper part 52 of the lifting rail in the direction of the container 1 extended so that this extended end forms a pin guided in the cavity 58.
- This Pin is the lifting rail 5 in the extended state adequately supported in the vertical direction on the container 1, so that the weight of the extended insert 3 from the lifting rail is held without the insert being supported 3 on the installation surface, e.g. the ground is required.
- there is no support for the container 1 facing away End of the lifting rail 5 required but can, in particular if the slot 3 also with heavy equipment such a support is to be loaded for safety reasons of the lower part 51 of the lifting rail 5.
- the pivotable Element 15 can be folded down so that it is the one in FIG shown state assumes.
- the pivotable element 15 becomes the gap created when the insert 3 is lowered between the roof 32 of the drawer 3 and the roof of the container 1 can be closed.
- the pivotable element 15 with a magnetic seal be provided after the pivoting of the pivotable Elements 15 adheres to the roof 32 of the insert 3.
- Such Magnetic seals are used in a variety of applications known; only the conventional one is exemplary Household refrigerator mentioned.
- the sealing element 14 as a telescopically extendable Sealing element can be designed, which during the sliding and lowering movement of the insert 3 the gap between the Roof of the container 1 and the roof 32 of the insert 3 closes.
- Fig. 3 shows the state in which the insert 3 is complete is extended and lowered. As is clear from this figure can be seen, the bottom 11 of the container 1 and Bottom 31 of the slot 3 at the same level, so that the Conventional containers with the usual level are not required.
- the lifting rail 5 is in again their initial state, so that with appropriate training the upper part and the lower part of the lifting rail 5, for example as overlapping U-profiles that in the Lifting rail 5 arranged lifting device protected is. For example, if the Containers in the extended state, pollution of the Lifting device and associated functional impairments avoided the lifting device.

- the one connected to the second lever 56 second block 561 is also from spindle 53 reached, but the second block 561 has no as Spindle nut serving thread, but only one smooth bore for radial guidance of the spindle.
- first block 552 which over the spindle nut with the spindle 53 is engaged in accordance with the direction of rotation of the spindle shifted towards the fixed second block 561, or moved away from it.
- first lever 55 is pivoted by the second lever 56 around the roller 551. If the first lever 55 is raised, it will upper part 52 of the lifting rail 5 raised, at the corresponding reverse movement, the upper part 52.
- the selected representation with the rollers 54 and 551 is only one possible embodiment, of course can also replace the rollers with sliding guides become.
- the second block 561 can also be used displaceable with respect to the first block 552, i.e.
- the one penetrated by the spindle for its radial guidance Block optional; the corresponding lever can naturally also directly articulated on the lower part 51 be attached.
- the block penetrated by the spindle can not only serve for radial guidance of the spindle in one appropriate design of the spindle and the block this also simultaneously the abutment in the axial direction form the spindle.
- the spindle 53rd can be operated manually or by external force.
- the External power can be electrical or hydraulic in nature; this depends on the respective boundary conditions.
- the Effect of the spindle, namely the relative movement described above can of course also be generated accordingly arranged hydraulic cylinders can be reached. Can too between the upper and lower part of the lifting rail Hydraulic cylinders are provided, each immediately attack on the lower and the upper part and so the Push the two parts of the lifting rail apart.
- FIG. 5 shows a front view of the lifting rail from FIG. 5, in this representation, the viewing direction with the longitudinal direction the spindle (not shown) is aligned. From this Fig. Is once again clear how the U-profiles of the upper 52 and the lower part 51 are arranged so that the Flanks of the U-profiles when the lifting rail is lowered overlap each other. The sealing of the inside of the lifting rail achieved with this or the lifting device against environmental influences was already mentioned in the description of FIG. 3, so that Repetition can be dispensed with here.
