Claims (20)
- Vorrichtung zum Verbinden von vorgefertigten Spannbetonelementen, wobei jeweils zwei zu verbindende vorgefertigte Spannbetonelemente umfassen:ein erstes Spannbetonelement und ein zweites Spannbetonelement (12), einer Vielzahl vorgespannter erster Litzen in dem ersten Spannbetonelement und vorgespannter zweiter Litzen (22) in dem zweiten Spannbetonelement (12); wobeieine Vielzahl von ersten Litzen nach dem Austritt aus dem ersten Spannbetonelement durch Öffnungen (24) in das zweite Spannbetonelement (12) einführbar sind und in dem zweiten Spannbetonelement (12) unter Zugspannung (26, 32, 34) fixierbar sind;die ersten Litzen nach dem Verbinden der Spannbetonelemente ganz oder teilweise innerhalb der Betonwandung des zweiten Spannbetonelements (12) verlaufen; unddie zweiten Litzen (22) im Stoßbereich zwischen erstem Spannbetonelement und zweitem Spannbetonelement (12) vollständig innerhalb der Betonwandung (18) des zweiten, vorgespannten Spannbetonelements (12) verlaufen.
- Vorrichtung zum Verbinden von Spannbetonelementen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungen im zweiten Spannbetonelement durch in das zweite Spannbetonelement eingeformte, röhrenförmige Hohlräume gebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Verbinden von Spannbetonelementen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die röhrenförmigen Hohlräume Hüllrohre sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Verbinden von Spannbetonelementen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten Litzen nach dem Eintritt in das zweite Spannbetonelement einen gekrümmten Bahnverlauf besitzen.
- Vorrichtung zum Verbinden von Spannbetonelementen nach Anspruch 2, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mit einer unter Zugspannung fixierten ersten Litze durchzogenen röhrenförmigen Hohlräume mit einem Füllmaterial ausgefüllt sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Verbinden von Spannbetonelementen nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Füllmaterial ein Schmiermittel ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Verbinden von Spannbetonelementen nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Füllmaterial ein aushärtendes Material wie Zement oder Kalkmilch ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Verbinden von Spannbetonelementen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste und das zweite Spannbetonelement ein erstes und ein zweites Spannbetonrohr, insbesondere ein erstes und ein zweites Schleuderbetonrohr, sind.
- Vorrichtung zum Verbinden von Spannbetonelementen nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aus dem ersten Spannbetonrohr in das zweite Spannbetonrohr eintretenden ersten Litzen vollständig innerhalb der Wandung des zweiten Spannbetonrohres verlaufen.
- Vorrichtung zum Verbinden von Spannbetonelementen nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aus dem ersten Spannbetonrohr in das zweite Spannbetonrohr eintretenden ersten Litzen längs ihres Verlaufs teilweise außerhalb der Wandung des zweiten Spannbetonrohres verlaufen.
- Vorrichtung zum Verbinden von Spannbetonelementen nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aus dem ersten Spannbetonrohr in das zweite Spannbetonrohr eintretenden ersten Litzen längs ihres Verlaufes durch die äußere Mantelfläche des zweiten Spannbetonrohres hindurchtreten.
- Vorrichtung zum Verbinden von Spannbetonelementen nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aus dem ersten Spannbetonrohr in das zweite Spannbetonrohr eintretenden ersten Litzen längs ihres Verlaufes durch die innere Mantelfläche des zweiten Spannbetonrohres hindurchtreten.
- Vorrichtung zum Verbinden von Spannbetonelementen nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in dem zweiten Spannbetonelement unter Zugspannung fixierbaren, ersten Litzen in einer Endverankerung enden.
- Vorrichtung zum Verbinden von Spannbetonelementen nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung zwischen der unter Zugspannung fixierbaren ersten Litze und der Endverankerung lösbar ausgebildet ist und die Endverankerung nach dem Einfüllen eines Füllmaterials in die röhrenförmigen Hohlräume aus dem zweiten Spannbetonelement entnehmbar ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Verbinden von Spannbetonelementen nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Endverankerung in einem als Spannbetonrohr ausgebildeten, zweiten Spannbetonelement nahe der Innenwand des zweiten Spannbetronrohres angeordnet und durch eine Spannkammer zugänglich ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Verbinden von Spannbetonelementen nach Anspruch 13, 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils eine Schraubenfeder nahe der Endverankerung um die ersten Litzen angeordnet ist.
- Verfahren zum Verbinden von vorgefertigten Spannbetonelementen, wobei jeweils zwei zu verbindende Spannbetonelemente umfassen:
ein erstes Spannbetonelement und ein zweites Spannbetonelement (12), mit einer Vielzahl vorgespannter erster Litzen in dem ersten Spannbetonelement und vorgespannter zweiter Litzen (22) in dem zweiten Spannbetonelement (12),
gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Schritte:nebeneinander Anordnen der beiden zu verbindenden Spannbetonelemente, so daß die in Kontakt zu bringenden Stoßflächen einander zugewandt sind;Einführen der aus dem ersten Spannbetonelement austretenden ersten Litzen in Öffnungen (24) im zweiten Spannbetonelement (12);In Kontakt bringen der beiden Spannbetonelemente an den Stoßflächen;Fixieren unter Zugspannung der ganz oder teilweise innerhalb der Betonwandung (18) des zweiten Spannbetonelements (12) verlaufenden ersten Litzen in Endverankerungen (32) im zweiten Spannbetonelement (12); undVerfüllen der Spannkammern mit einem abdichtenden Material. - Verfahren zum Verbinden von Spannbetonelementen nach Anspruch 17,weiterhin umfassend die Schritte:Fixieren der ersten Litzen im zweiten Spannbetonelement in Endverankerungen; undInjizieren eines Füllmaterials in röhrenförmige Hohlräume längs der ersten Litzen im zweiten Spannbetonelement.
- Verfahren zum Verbinden von Spannbetonelementen nach Anspruch 18, weiterhin umfassend:
Entnehmen der Endverankerungen nach dem Aushärten des Füllmaterials, wobei das ausgehärtete Füllmaterial die Zugspannung der ersten Litze in das zweite Spannbetonelement überträgt. - Verfahren zum Verbinden von Spannelementen nach Anspruch 18, weiterhin umfassend:
Vergießen von Spannkammern nach dem Injizieren des Füllmaterials, wobei die Spannkammern zwischen den im zweiten Spannbetonelement fixierten Endverankerungen und einer Wand des Spannbetonelementes angeordnet sind.
