Claims (14)

  1. Mitigeur d'eau chaude et d'eau froide, notamment pour des applications d'eau sanitaire comprenant un corps (1) muni de prolongements creux (11) pour recouvrir les raccords des conduites d'alimentation,
    et un ajutage venant en saillie du mur est prévu sur chaque conduite d'alimentation, ces ajutages pouvant recevoir le corps de mitigeur (1) avec les prolongements creux (11) lors de son installation de façon que chaque ajutage soit rendu étanche par un passage cylindrique (111) et soit logé de manière mobile axialement et le corps de mitigeur (1) se bloque en position emmanchée sur les ajutages cachés par le corps de batterie (1),
    caractérisé en ce que
    dans le guidage cylindrique (111) on peut introduire chaque fois une plaque murale (2) comme ajutage et dans la paroi murale (2), on a un nipple (3) susceptible d'être relié à la conduite d'alimentation avec une tête sphérique (31) ou une tête sphérique rendue étanche et mobile en rotation et en pivotement,
    et du côté opposé à l'écoulement d'un fond (21) de la plaque murale (2), on a une coupelle sphérique (211) avec un joint d'étanchéité (2111) pour recevoir la tête sphérique (31) ou la zone du nipple (3),

Mitigeur d'eau froide et d'eau chaude, notamment pour les applications d'eau sanitaire comprenant un corps (1) muni d'ajutages creux (11) pour couvrir les points de raccordement des conduites d'alimentation et chaque fois une conduite d'alimentation correspondante comporte des ajutages en saillie du mur et sur lesquels le corps de batterie (1) avec les prolongements creux (11) peut se glisser lors de la mise en place pour que chaque ajutage soit rendu étanche par un guidage cylindrique (111) et soit logé de manière mobile axialement et le corps (1) du mitigeur se fixe en position engagée sur les ajutages cachés à travers le corps de batterie (1),
    caractérisé en ce que
    dans le passage cylindrique (111), on a introduit comme support chaque fois une plaque murale (2'), et dans la plaque murale (2') il y a un nipple (3') relié à la conduite d'alimentation et ayant une tête sphérique ou une zone sphérique (31'), selon un montage étanche susceptible de pivoter et de tourner,
    la plaque murale (2') possède une coupelle sphérique (211) accessible par la face frontale située en aval pour recevoir la tête sphérique ou une zone sphérique (31') du nipple (3') et la tête sphérique ou la zone sphérique (31'), comporte dans sa rainure annulaire, un joint d'étanchéité (2111),
    la tête sphérique ou la zone sphérique (31') sont tenues dans la coupelle sphérique (211) par une face frontale située du côté aval, pour des vis annulaires (42).
  3. Mitigeur selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le nipple (3, 3') est excentré par rapport à la surface enveloppe (23) de la plaque murale (2, 2').
  4. Mitigeur selon la revendication 1 ou 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la pièce de pression (4) est soutenue et/ou précontrainte par une vis annulaire (42) tenue sur la plaque murale (2) par le filetage (24).
  5. Mitigeur selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'embout lui-même est tenu avec filetage dans la plaque murale.
  6. Mitigeur selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le nipple (3') est muni d'un prolongement (35) s'étendant de la zone sphérique (31') jusque dans le corps de mitigeur (1), avec à sa périphérie des surfaces d'attaque de clé (34') pour placer une clé permettant de visser dans la conduite d'alimentation.
  7. Mitigeur selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la plaque murale (2') possède sur sa face frontale située du côté aval, une ouverture à six arêtes, en forme de sac (26) dans laquelle se place une clé à pipe à six pans pour aligner en rotation le disque formant paroi (2').
  8. Mitigeur selon l'une des revendications 2, 6, 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la plaque murale (2') est munie d'une surface de guidage (232) de forme sphérique dans la zone du joint d'étanchéité (22) pour que même en cas d'irrégularité de la paroi, il soit possible d'engager le corps (1) du mitigeur.
  9. Mitigeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    sur les surfaces enveloppes extérieures des plaques murales (2, 2'), il est prévu un cône (231) ou une rainure annulaire (231') dans laquelle on visse une vis radiale (112) pour fixer le corps (1') du mitigeur en position engagée.
  10. Mitigeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la plaque murale (2, 2') présente au niveau de sa paroi la face frontale tournée vers la paroi de boítier ou le contraire, un anneau ayant l'élasticité du caoutchouc (35) pour assurer une étanchéité et/ou bloquer la plaque murale (2, 2') contre le mur de l'installation.
  11. Mitigeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la plaque murale (2, 2') est munie du nipple (3, 3') comme ensemble de construction qui se place comme un seul ensemble lors de l'installation du mitigeur.
  12. Mitigeur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le nipple (3, 3') est muni d'une installation (5) pour réduire le bruit de circulation de liquide.
  13. Mitigeur selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 12,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    en aval, dans la zone d'extrémité du nipple (3, 3'), il est prévu un filtre tamis (6) et/ou un clapet antiretour (7).
  14. Mitigeur selon la revendication 13,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le clapet antiretour (7) et/ou le tamis filtrant (6) sont fixés à l'aide d'un manchon à vis (8) sur le nipple (3, 3').
