Definitions
- the invention relates to a mixer tap for cold and hot water, in particular for the sanitary area, with a battery body which is provided with hollow attachments for covering the connection points for the supply lines, wherein in each case a connecting piece arranged in the associated supply line and projecting from the building wall is provided, About which the battery body with hollow lugs can be pushed over during installation, such that each socket is sealed by a cylinder guide and axially movably received and the battery body can be fixed in the plug-in position to the socket covered by the battery body.
- a mixer tap is known from German Offenlegungsschrift 17 84 504.
- connecting nipples are provided, each of which is axially displaceably received in the cylinder guide of a hollow extension with a piston-like front part carrying two O-rings.
- a mixer tap was previously known from FR-A-2 452 659, in which the battery housing on the side remote from the wall has a closable opening on both sides, which serves as access to a center-distance setting device for the connecting pipe socket.
- a plate with a circular cross section is rotatably arranged and sealed in the battery body.
- a connecting pipe socket with a ball head is provided offset eccentrically.
- the two rotatable plates are each held axially fixed by a snap ring in the battery housing. Downstream of each plate there is a pre-shut-off and adjustment valve on which a removable cover is attached.
- the two covers and the pre-shut-off devices When installing this mixer tap, the two covers and the pre-shut-off devices must therefore be removed from the battery housing. Only then can the mixer tap with its housing be connected to the supply pipes for cold and hot water, with the battery being aligned. Finally, the two pre-shut-off devices with the covers on the battery housing must be reattached.
- the invention is based on the object in the preamble of claim 1 or 2 specified mixer tap to improve and to train so that especially with angular Misalignment of the connecting lines an easy installation the mixer tap is enabled.
- the mixer tap shown in Figure 1 is only partially shown. It essentially consists of a battery body 1 on which on the one hand two hollow lugs 11 are formed at a distance from one another and on the other hand a mixing valve 13 for producing mixed water, which is shown in part, is attached.
- a cylindrical guide 111 is formed in each of the hollow projections 11, in which a wall disc 2 designed as a structural unit is accommodated so that it can move axially.
- the wall plate 2 carries on the outer surface 23 a sealing ring 22 which cooperates sealingly with the wall of the cylinder guide 111.
- a cone 231 is formed on the lateral surface 23, which cooperates in the plug-in position with a radial screw 112 arranged in the hollow shoulder 11, the radial screw 112 being provided with a correspondingly conical end face 1121, so that the wall screw 2 in the radial screw 112 Plug position in the hollow extension 11 is held securely.
- the wall pane 2 is cup-shaped, an opening in the form of a ball socket 211 being formed in the bottom 21 eccentrically to the central axis 20.
- a sealing ring 2111 is also arranged in the bottom 21 in the region of the ball socket 211.
- a nipple 3 with a ball head 31 is embedded in the ball socket 211.
- the nipple 3 has a thread 32 at the upstream end region, with which it can be screwed into the supply line (not shown in the drawing).
- a pressure piece 4 is attached to the downstream side of the bottom 31, in which a ball socket 41 is also formed. The parting plane between the pressure piece 4 and the base 21 is located on the equator of the ball head 31.
- an eyebolt 42 is arranged in the wall disk 2 by means of thread 24, which over the Pressure piece 4 and the ball socket 41 acts on the ball head 31.
- the pressure piece can also be arranged concentrically to the ball socket and can be designed to be screwed directly into the wall pane by means of an external thread.
- the wall plate 2 with the inserted nipple 3 is expediently assembled at the factory as a structural unit, so that at the installation location of the mixer tap a wall plate 2 is first connected to a cold and hot water supply line.
- the nipple 3 with the thread 32 can be screwed into the respective pipe end piece after the application of hemp and putty.
- 33 edge surfaces 34 are formed in a central through opening for the attachment of an Allen key.
- Both nipples 3 are first screwed into the end pieces of the pipes until the wall disks 2, with their end faces the building wall, lightly abut the building wall with a rubber-elastic ring 25 arranged therein.
- the wall disks 2 are then rotated to the nipples 3 until a corresponding internal dimension of the hollow shoulders 11 of the battery body 1 is reached. Then the nipples 3 are screwed further into the end pieces of the pipelines until the wall disks 2 with the rings 25 are pressed against the building wall. Now the battery body 1 with the hollow shoulders 11 and the cylinder guides 111 can be pushed onto the lateral surfaces 23 of the wall disks 2 in a sealed manner. For fixing in the plug-in position, the radial screws 112 are then screwed in until their conical end face 1121 abuts the cone 231 and the battery body 1 is secured in the plug-in position. Cold and hot water can now be supplied to the mixing valve 13 through the through openings 33 of the nipples 3 via water guide channels 12.
- FIG. 2 and 3 a different design of the wall plate 2 'with the nipple 3' is shown.
- the wall plate 2 ' has a ball socket 211 accessible from the upstream end face, in which the nipple 3' is embedded with a ball zone 31 '.
- a sealing ring 2111 is arranged in an annular groove on the equator of the ball zone 31 ', the nipple 3' with the ball zone 31 'being held in the ball socket 211 by an eyebolt 42 provided on the upstream end face. With this arrangement of the eyebolt 42 is largely excluded when removing the battery body 1 that the eyebolt 42 is accidentally loosened.
- the eyebolt 42 is sunk in the wall panel 2 ', so that a perfect seal with the rubber-elastic ring 25 to the building wall is guaranteed.
- the wall plate 2 ' is also arranged sealed with a sealing ring 22 in the cylinder guide 111 of the hollow extension 11 of the battery body 1.
- a spherical guide surface 232 is provided in the jacket area of the sealing ring 22, while in the remaining area there is a correspondingly large play between the cylinder guide 111 and the jacket surface 23.
- a hexagonal opening 26 for the use of an Allen key is provided on the downstream end face of the wall pane 2 'for the purpose of rotational alignment.
- a circumferential annular groove 231 ′ is formed on the lateral surface 23, into which the radial screw 112 can be screwed in in order to fix the battery body 1 in the inserted position.
- the nipple 3 ' carries an extension 35 downstream behind the ball zone 31', which protrudes slightly into the battery body 1.
- the extension 35 carries key surfaces 34 'on the outer jacket, to which a tool for screwing the nipple 3' into the supply line can be attached.
- a known device 5 for reducing flow noise is arranged in the passage opening 33.
- a filter screen 6 and a known backflow preventer 7 are connected to the flow opening 33 of the nipple 3 'in a screw sleeve 8 which can be screwed downstream into the nipple 3' at the end face.
- the wall pane 2 ' can be installed in accordance with the description of the exemplary embodiment specified in FIG. 1.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a mixer tap for cold and hot water, in particular for the sanitary area, with a battery body which is provided with hollow attachments for covering the connection points for the supply lines, wherein in each case a connecting piece arranged in the associated supply line and projecting from the building wall is provided, About which the battery body with hollow lugs can be pushed over during installation, such that each socket is sealed by a cylinder guide and axially movably received and the battery body can be fixed in the plug-in position to the socket covered by the battery body.
Such a mixer tap is known from German Offenlegungsschrift 17 84 504. In this embodiment, connecting nipples are provided, each of which is axially displaceably received in the cylinder guide of a hollow extension with a piston-like front part carrying two O-rings. In this case, however, difficulties can arise when installing the mixer tap if the connecting lines in the building wall are out of alignment or the connecting pieces are not led out of the building wall at right angles.
wieder anzubringen.Furthermore, a mixer tap was previously known from FR-A-2 452 659, in which the battery housing on the side remote from the wall has a closable opening on both sides, which serves as access to a center-distance setting device for the connecting pipe socket. In this case, a plate with a circular cross section is rotatably arranged and sealed in the battery body. In each of the two plates, a connecting pipe socket with a ball head is provided offset eccentrically. The two rotatable plates are each held axially fixed by a snap ring in the battery housing. Downstream of each plate there is a pre-shut-off and adjustment valve on which a removable cover is attached.
When installing this mixer tap, the two covers and the pre-shut-off devices must therefore be removed from the battery housing. Only then can the mixer tap with its housing be connected to the supply pipes for cold and hot water, with the battery being aligned. Finally, the two pre-shut-off devices with the covers on the battery housing must be reattached.
The invention is based on the object in the preamble

For the sake of simplicity, the same or corresponding elements are provided with the same reference numerals in the exemplary embodiments in the drawing.

An
der Mantelfläche 23 ist eine umlaufende Ringnut 231'
ausgebildet, in die zur Fixierung des Batteriekörpers 1
