Definitions
- the invention relates to a bar grate for covering of gutters, shafts or the like. Building openings after the Preamble of claim 1.
- the invention has for its object a bar grate to cover gutters, shafts or similar building openings to create its long-term stable at high loads Connector elements with low technical Adaptable to different cover dimensions are and in the horizontal installation position from the parallel Line up deviating laying contours without additional Enable aids.
- the bar grate designed according to the invention has one piece Plug connection elements as individual assembly components, the one in the transverse direction extendable rod grate cover with a single connector transverse axis form. This makes covers easy to manufacture, variable can be laid and additional assembly tools can be dispensed with.
- the mating profile shapes provided on the connector element are in an appropriate execution of transverse to the central longitudinal plane and in particular one piece protruding from the element contour formed, the cross section of the connector element largely in the direction of the central longitudinal plane offers a uniform profile, so at the same time the component stability adverse material weakening, z. B. through openings, profile notches or Like., In particular in the field of mating profile shapes are completely avoided and thus the connector elements long-term stable cover in the installed position form.
- Plug connection elements each grip adjacent ones Mating profile shapes so that one another to any Laying contours adjustable support of the individual assembly components is created.
- the respective transverse axis is a suitable embodiment provided centrally, so that even with a small Inclination of the respective connector elements their respective central longitudinal planes from the parallel installation position are pivotable and so for example one arc-shaped or wavy laying contour are formed can.
- the mating profile shapes only at an end area of the respective connector elements to be provided so that the freely protruding Fan-like or radiating ends around this end Connection area are arranged and so in the Installation position of the connector elements with little effort an opening having a circular or arc contour can be covered.
- Mating profile shapes are in the area of the transverse axis a lateral protrusion arranged so that in the connecting position a longitudinal gap area between the individual elements is formed, the opening width over a appropriately dimensioned system overhang in the connection area the mating profiles with little effort to different Requirements of the building opening to be covered is customizable.
- the connector elements can also be in the connecting position via a positive and non-positive connection intervention the mating profile shape so determined be that a pivotal movement of the connector elements prevented around the transverse axis and thus simultaneously a stable anti-rotation device for the entire bar grate is reached.
- Fig. 1 is in a single representation as a one-piece Connector 1 trained grate bar illustrated with the in the installation position (Fig. 6) to cover gutters, shafts or the like, building openings provided bar grate 2 can be formed.
- the bar grate 2 is made from the individual components Connector elements 1 assembled, wherein these in the longitudinal direction or in the direction of a Middle longitudinal plane 3 at the end at the respective opening edges (not shown) are supported and in the transverse direction over each of transverse axes 4, 4 'and connecting links formed as pairing profile shapes 5, 6 without additional auxiliary tools via a locking movement to be assembled.
- the one-piece connector element 1 according to the invention is opposite each other on both sides of the central longitudinal plane 3 and only one in the installed position (FIG. 6) Transverse axis 4, 4 'defining pairing profile shapes 5, 6 trained so that with little design effort a secure connection of the individual components possible and quick installation can also be carried out by inexperienced personnel is.
- Plug connection elements 1 As essentially about a mutual locking in Crosswise connectable pairing profile shapes 5, 6 on the Plug connection elements 1 are in an expedient embodiment on the one hand, a plug insert 8 and on the other hand, an essentially complementary one Recording room 9 provided.
- the cross-sectional view of the connector element 1 3 illustrates that the mating profile shapes 5, 6 the profile cross section formed as an I-beam profile 7 at least in the area of the transverse axis 4 (FIG. 1) protrude laterally. So that the stability of the connector elements 1 material weakening effects avoided, a sufficient even under high loads Long-term stability of the bar grate 2 in the respective installation position accessible and with the I-beam profiles 7 can the bar grate 2 in total in a material-saving Lightweight construction can be made.
- FIG. 5 illustrates that the connector 8 of two symmetrical to Transverse axis 4 arranged and an intermediate movement gap 10 forming L-profile lugs 11, 12 are formed is.
- a central longitudinal web 13 of the I-beam profile 7 and the central longitudinal plane 3 located Recording space 9 is with vertical walls symmetrical to the transverse axis 4 14, 15 provided between their freely protruding End areas a the connector 8 in the connecting position (Fig. 6) receiving insertion opening 16 form.
- the located between the two L-profile approaches 11, 12 Movement gap 10 is parallel to the transverse axis 4 Formed walls that extend into the area of Extend central longitudinal web 13 and here in a common Skip form radius 19. So that the two L-profile lugs 11, 12 when assembling the connector elements 1 at least across the width B of the movement gap be resiliently compressed and after spring back accordingly in the receiving space 9, that a positive and / or non-positive connection is reached.
- the receiving space 9 is provided with inner undercuts 21, 22 formed on which the plug-in extension 8 or the L-profile extensions 11, 12 in the Installation position can be determined in the manner of a dovetail connection are.
- the illustration according to FIG. 5 clarifies that the undercuts 21, 22 each from both sides the insertion opening 16 located on the vertical walls 14, 15 Form approaches are formed.
- FIG. 5 shows the sectional view according to FIG Together with Fig. 4 that the receiving space 9 on its bottom is open and in the installed position of the Connector element 1 upper area of the receiving space 9 is closed with a top wall part 23.
- the mating profile shapes 5, 6 can also be connected in that the Plug approaches 8 each from below into the receiving space 9 be inserted.
- the assembly position according to FIG. 6 illustrates in summary with the top view of FIG. 1, the advantageous Formation of the vertical walls 14, 15 of the receiving space 9, this one on the outside as an inclined slope 24 acting contour (arrow K). With this contact slope 24 is that indicated in FIG. 6 Variation of the Velekekontur of the bar grate 2 possible, wherein with the plug-in elements 1 from the parallel installation position a particularly constant gap width S in one Angular position (arrow 25, 25 ') forming swivel position are movable and at the same time in the area of Bevel 24 and at one end of each Connector elements 1 are supported such that the Bar grate 2 has a stable connection position.
- the connector pair prefferably be mated 5 and the receiving space 6 as a press fit, the L-profile legs 11, 12 a resilient Maintain effect, so that the above Swivel position of the connector elements 1 is achievable with a one-sided application of force and the connector elements 1 again when released can pivot back into the parallel position.
- the sectional view of the connector element 1 illustrates the I-beam profile 7, with the upper flange part 26 in the installed position several in the longitudinal direction of the connector element 1 (Fig. 1) spaced tread parts 27, 27 ' with which the rod grate 2 is in the installed position (Fig. 6) has improved slip resistance.
