Claims (12)
- Haltevorrichtung (1) zum Verankern mehrlagiger Bahnen (2, 3), vorzugsweise von luftgefüllten Kissen, an einem ortsfesten Bauteilmit einem Kederprofil (4, 5) zur Aufnahme einer Randverdickung (42) der Bahn (2, 3); undmit einem Tragprofil (6), das am Bauteil anbringbar ist und an dem das Kederprofil (4, 5) in einem Aufnahmeraum (8, 9) festlegbar ist;daß eine Klemmeinrichtung benachbart zum Aufnahmeraum (8, 9) angeordnet ist, die im montierten Zustand des Kederprofiles (4, 5) einen Schweißnahtbereich (43) einer doppellagigen im Kederprofil (4, 5) fixierten Bahn (2, 3) abstützt.
- Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halteraum (8, 9) mittels eines Deckprofiles (7) verschließbar ist.
- Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Arretierungsplatte (33, 34) als temporäre Arretierung des Kederprofiles (4, 5) im Aufnahmeraum (8, 9) zwischen dem Kederprofil (4) und einer benachbarten inneren Begrenzungswand (20, 21) plazierbar ist.
- Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmeinrichtung von zwei aufeinanderliegenden Klemmflächen (22, 24 bzw. 23, 25) gebildet wird, von denen eine (22 bzw. 23) auf einer äußeren Begrenzungswand (18, 19) des Aufnahmeraums (8, 9) angeordnet ist und von denen die andere Klemmfläche (24, 25) am Deckprofil (7) angeordnet ist.
- Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Dicht- und Druckverteilungsfolie (24) zwischen dem Tragprofil (6) und dem Deckprofil (7) plazierbar ist.
- Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kederprofil (4, 5) eine als Montagehilfe dienende Nut (41) aufweist.
- Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragprofil (6) mittels einer Schraubverbindung am Bauteil festlegbar ist.
- Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragprofil (6) zwei symmetrisch zu seiner Mittellinie (M) angeordnete Aufnahmeräume (8, 9) aufweist.
- Verfahren zum Verankern von Bahnen an einer Primärstruktur bzw. einem Bauteil, insbesondere unter Verwendung mit Luft gefüllter Kissen, mit folgenden Verfahrensschritten:Fixieren eines Tragprofils an der Primärstruktur, vorzugsweise mittels einer Schraubverbindung;Führen eines Kederprofiles über eine Randverdickung der Bahn bzw. des Kissens derart, daß die Randverdickung in einer Halteausnehmung des Kederprofiles zu liegen kommt;vertikales Absenken der so gebildeten Einheit von Kederprofil und daran fixierter Bahn und Einrasten des Kederprofiles zusammen mit dem Randbereich der Bahn im Aufnahmeraum des Tragprofiles.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kederprofil durch das Anordnen einer Arretierungsplatte temporär fixiert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Dicht- und Druckverteilungsfolie auf dem Trägerprofil und dem bzw. den darin angeordneten Kederprofilen aufgelegt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Deckprofil auf das Trägerprofil aufgesetzt und an diesem fixiert wird.
