Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Koffer, insbesondere Werkzeug- und Kleinteilekoffer mit einem Korpus und einem daran angelenkten Deckel nach dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1.
Häufig ist es Zweckmäßig, wenn beim Öffnen des auf einer Ablage abgestellten Koffers der Deckel nicht ganz nach hinten auf die Ablage herunterschwenkt, sondern er in leicht nach hinten geneigter Öffnungsposition arretiert wird. Hierzu ist es bekannt, zwischen Kofferkorpus und Deckel ein Gestänge, einen Riemen oder dergleichen vorzusehen, dessen Länge die Öffnungsposition bestimmt. Ein Gestänge ist nicht ideal, da es die Herstellungskosten erhöht. Ein Riemen liegt meist hinderlich beim Schließen des Deckels im Weg, und außerdem kann er bei rauher Handhabung reißen.
Aus EP 0 379 439 A1 ist ein Koffer bekannt, mit Füßen sowohl an der Korpus- als auch an der Deckelrückwand. Der Deckel ist an Scharnieren aufgehängt, die an den Korpus längs seiner rückwärtigen Oberkante angebracht sind. Der Deckel ist um über 180° aufschlagbar, wonach die Deckelfüße an der Korpusrückwand anschlagen und das weitere Herunterfallen des Deckels verhindern.
Bei einem Schreibmaschinengehäuse nach FR-A-2 553 979, wo der Deckel ebenfalls über Scharniere an der rückwärtigen Korpusoberkante angelenkt sind, schlagen die Füße an der Deckelrückwand beim Öffnen des Deckels gegen die an der Korpusrückwand angebrachten Füße, wodurch der Deckel in leicht nach hinten geneigter Öffnungsposition arretiert wird. In dieser Öffnungsposition sitzt der Deckel hoch auf der rückwärtigen Korpusoberkante, wodurch der Deckel nicht nur hoch in den Raum hineinragt, sondern sich auch ein ungünstiger Schwerpunkt ergibt. Der Deckel klappt leicht unbeabsichtigt zu, die Scharniere reißen leicht aus und eine genaue Öffnungsposition ist nur schwierig herstellbar.
DE-C-671 860 beschreibt eine Gelenkverbindung für Deckelbehälter, bei der der Deckel mittels bogenförmiger flacher Gelenkschienen an den Korpusseitenwänden angelenkt ist. In der Öffnungsposition stützt sich der Deckel mit seinem rückwärtigen Rand an der Korpusrückwand ab.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, bei einem Koffer, insbesondere Werkzeug- und Kleinteilekoffer, eine verbesserte Anlenkung des Deckels am Korpus zu schaffen, die erlaubt, den Deckel sicher und genau in einer leicht nach hinten geneigten Öffnungsstellung zu halten.
Diese Aufgabe wird gemäß der Erfindung mit einem Koffer gelöst. wie er durch den Anspruch 1 gekennzeichnet ist. Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind in den Unteransprüchen beschrieben.
Nach der Erfindung ist der Deckel um einen Anlenkpunkt an den Korpusseitenwänden und im Bogen nach unten ausschwenkbar und sind die Füße an der Deckelrückwand so ausgebildet und angeordnet, daß sie bei einer leicht nach hinten geneigten Öffnungsposition des Deckels in Anlage an der Korpusrückwand kommen.
Hierzu sind die Füße an der Deckelrückwand so angeordnet, daß sie über die Deckelunterkante vorstehen. Auf ihrer unteren Stirnseite, die bei geöffnetem Deckel in Anlage an der Korpusrückwand ist, besitzen die Füße eine dem maximalen Deckelöffnungswinkel angepaßte Abschrägung, so daß eine satte Anlage und damit ein stabiler Begrenzungsanschlag gewährleistet ist. Die Füße an der Deckelrückwand besitzen aus Herstellungsgründen dieselbe Größe und Form wie die Füße an der Korpusrückwand.
Damit bei geöffnetem Deckel die als Begrenzungsanschlag dienenden Füße bei stärkerer Kraftanwendung nicht die Korpusrückwand eindrücken, ist diese vorteilhaft im Bereich der Anlage der Deckelfüße verstärkt. Dies kann insbesondere bei höheren Korpusrückwänden notwendig sein.
Sowohl die Deckelfüße als auch die Korpusfüße bestehen zweckmäßig aus einem Hartkunststoff oder -gummi. Sie sind zweckmäßig in eine Öffnung in der Deckel- bzw. Korpusrückwand eingeklipst, wobei darauf zu achten ist, daß beim Anschlagen der Deckelfüße an die Korpusrückwand die auftretenden Hebelkräfte die Deckelfüße nicht aus ihren Verankerungsöffnungen heraushebeln können. Zusätzlich kann es zweckmäßig sein, die Deckelfüße mit der Deckelrückwand zu verkleben.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand beigefügter Zeichnung näher erläutert, welche im Ausschnitt den an einen Korpus angelenkten Kofferdeckel im geschlossenen und strichpunktiert in geöffneter Stellung zeigt.
Der Kofferdeckel 1 ist mittels einer bogenförmigen Gelenkschiene 2 an die Seitenwände des Kofferkorpus 3 angelenkt. An die Deckelrückwand 4 sind Füße 5 befestigt, und zwar derart, daß sie etwas über die Deckelunterkante 6 vorstehen.
Bei nach rückwärts und nach unten ausgeschwenktem Deckel kommen die Füße 5 mit ihrer unteren Stirnseite 7 in Anlage an der Korpusrückwand 8, wodurch sie den Öffnungswinkel a des Deckels 1 begrenzen. Die Stirnseite 7 besitzt eine dem maximalen Deckelöffnungswinkel a angepaßte Abschrägung.
Die Füße 5 haben angeformte Klipse 8, mit denen sie durch eine Öffnung in der Deckelrückwand steck- und befestigbar sind.
Durch entsprechende Anordnung und Ausbildung der Füße kann die Größe des gewünschten Deckelöffnungswinkels bestimmt werden.

Claims (3)

  1. Koffer, insbesondere Werkzeug- und Kleinteilekoffer, mit einem Korpus (3) und einem daran angelenkten Deckel (1) sowie mit Füßen sowohl an der Korpusrückwand als auch an der Deckelrückwand, mit einer solchen Anordnung und Ausbildung der Füße (5) an der Deckelrückwand (4), daß diese bei geöffnetem Deckel in Anlage an der Korpusrückwand sind und einen Öffnungsbegrenzungsanschlag bilden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    der Deckel (1) um einen Anlenkpunkt an den Korpusseitenwänden nach rückwärts und im Bogen nach unten ausschwenkbar ist;
    die Füße (5) an der Deckelrückwand (4) über die Deckelunterkante (6) vorstehen und
    sie an ihrer vorstehenden Seite (7), die bei geöffnetem Deckel in Anlage mit der Korpusrückwand ist, eine dem maximalen Deckelöffnungswinkel (a) angepaßte Abschrägung besitzen.
  2. Koffer nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Korpusrückwand im Bereich der Anlage der Deckelfüße (5) verstärkt ist.
  3. Koffer nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Füße aus einem Hartkunststoff oder -gummi bestehen und in die Korpus- bzw. Deckelrückwand eingeclipst sind.
