Claims (3)
- Herstellung einer Endlosbanderole (5) zum automatischen Banderolieren von Packgut (P), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endlosbanderole (5) in gleichen Abständen mit Druckmarken (D) versehen wird, wobei dieser Abstand zwischen benachbarten Druckmarken (D) gleich der Rapportlänge (r) der Banderole ist, welcher dem Umfang des grössten zu banderolierenden Packguts plus einer Ueberlappung entspricht, und dass im konstanten, vorgegebenen Abstand (s) vor jeder Druckmarke (D) quer zur Längsrichtung der Endlosbanderole (5) eine streifenförmige Beschichtung (L), insbesondere ein Leimauftrag, zum Verschliessen der Banderolenschlaufen (5a bis 5f) angebracht wird.
- Verfahren zum Banderolieren von unterschiedlich hohem Packgut (P) mit einer Endlosbanderole (5) die in gleichen Abständen mit Druckmarken (D) versehen ist, wobei dieser Abstand zwischen benachbarten Druckmarken (D) gleich der Rapportlänge (r) der Banderole ist, welcher dem Umfang des grössten zu banderolierenden Packguts plus einer Überlappung entspricht, wobei im konstanten, vorgegebenen Abstand (s) vor jeder Druckmarke (D) quer zur Längsrichtung der Endlosbanderole (r) eine streifenförmige Beschichtung (L), insbesondere ein Leimauftrag, zum Verschliessen der Banderolenschlaufen (5a bis 5f) angebracht ist, wobei nach dem Umschlingen des Packguts (P) die gebildete Banderolenschlaufe (5a bis 5f) an einem Druckmarkenleser (12) vorbeigeführt und bei dessen Ansprechen auf eine Druckmarke (D) so gestoppt wird, dass sich der vor der Druckmarke (D) befindliche Leimauftrag (L) unmittelbar an einem Verschliessmechanismus (10) befindet, dass das freie Ende der Banderolenschlaufe festgehalten und die Endlosbanderole so weit zurückgezogen wird, bis die Schlaufe das Packgut mit einer vorbestimmten Spannung umgibt, dass dann der Verschliessmechanismus (10) betätigt und die Schlaufe hinter dem Verschluss durch ein Schneidmesser (11) abgetrennt wird, woraufhin das nächste Packgut mit der folgenden Banderolenschlaufe in der gleichen Weise banderoliert wird und wobei im Falle, dass der Umfang des vorangehenden Packguts kleiner als die Rapportlänge (r) der Banderole war, die verbliebene Ueberlänge (2x, 2y, 2z) zwischen
- Banderoliervorrichtung zum Banderolieren mit einer Endlosbanderole (5) die in gleichen Abständen mit Druckmarken (D) versehen ist, wobei dieser Abstand zwischen benachbarten Druckmarken (D) gleich der Rapportlänge (r) der Banderole ist, welcher dem Umfang des grössten zu banderolierenden Packguts plus einer Überlappung entspricht, wobei im konstanten, vorgegebenen Abstand (s) vor jeder Druckmarke (D) quer zur Längsrichtung der Endlosbanderole (r) eine streifenförmige Beschichtung (L), insbesondere ein Leimauftrag, zum Verschliessen der Banderolenschlaufen (5a bis 5f) angebracht ist, wobei an dieser Vorrichtung ein in Vorwärts- und Rückwärtsrichtung steuerbarer Motor (8) zum Antrieb der Endlosbanderole (5), ein ortsfester Druckmarkenleser (12), an welchen die Endlosbanderole nach Umschlingung eines Packguts (P) vorbeiläuft, ein ortsfestes Schneidmesser (11) installiert sind, dass dieser Druckmarkenleser dazu eingerichtet ist, nach Lesen einer Druckmarke den Motor (8) zu stoppen, und dass der Abstand des Druckmarkenlesers (12) zum Verschliessmechanismus (10) und zum Schneidmesser (11) dem Abstand (s) zwischen einer Druckmarke (D) und der davor liegenden Beschichtung (L) auf der Endlosbanderole entspricht. Schnittstelle und folgender Beschichtung (L) als Ueberstand mit einbanderoliert wird.
