Claims (15)
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder, insbesondere zur Verwendung zwischen einer Dose (50) und einem elektrischen Steuergerät für aufblasbare Rückhaltesysteme in Kraftfahrzeugen, mit folgenden Merkmalen:1.1 einem Gehäuse (10) zur Aufnahme elektrischer Kabel (18) sowie an diesen angeschlossenen Kontaktfedern (14),1.2 die Kontaktfedern (14) dienen zur Aufnahme von Kontaktstiften (52, 54) der zugehörigen Dose (50),1.3 Rastmitteln (40, 42) zur Festlegung des Gehäuses (10) an der Dose (50) sowie1.4 einem Verriegelungsglied (22), das nach Einsetzen in eine korrespondierende Gehäuseöffnung (56) die Rastmittel (22) gegen unbeabsichtigtes Lösen sichert,1.5 das Verriegelungsglied (22) als koaxial zum Gehäuse (10) angeordnete und auf dem Gehäuse (10) axial verschiebbare Hülse ausgebildet ist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Hülse (22) aus einem elastisch verformbaren Werkstoff, insbesondere Kunststoff, besteht.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem die Hülse (22) im unverriegelten Zustand unter Haftreibung auf dem Gehäuse (10) aufsitzt, die durch manuellen Druck auf die Hülse (22) so erhöhbar ist, daß die Rastarme (40, 42) in die Rastposition gegenüber der Dose (50) ohne Relativverschiebung der Hülse (22) gegenüber dem Gehäuse (10) einsteckbar sind.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem die Hülse (22) in Axialrichtung geschlitzt ausgebildet ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei dem die Hülse (22) auf ihrer Innenfläche mindestens zwei, in Axialrichtung der Hülse (22) beabstandet zueinander verlaufende, die Positionierung der Hülse (22) gegenüber dem Gehäuse (10) im unverriegelten und verriegelten Zustand sichernde Rastvorsprünge (24o, 24u) aufweist und das Gehäuse (10) mindestens zwei, zu den Rastvorsprüngen (24o, 24u) korrespondierende Vertiefungen (26o, 26u) auf seiner äußeren Umfangsfläche aufweist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei dem das Gehäuse (10) auf seiner äußeren Umfangsfläche mindestens zwei, in Axialrichtung des Gehäuses (10) beabstandet zueinander verlaufende, die Positionierung der Hülse (22) gegenüber dem Gehäuse (10) im verriegelten und unverriegelten Zustand sichernde Rastvorsprünge aufweist und die Hülse mindestens zwei, zu den Rastvorsprüngen korrespondierende Vertiefungen auf ihrer Innenfläche besitzt.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch oder 6, bei dem die Rastvorsprünge (24o, 24u) beziehungsweise die dazu korrespondierenden Vertiefungen (260, 26u) die Form einer umlaufenden Rippe beziehungsweise umlaufenden Nut aufweisen.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, bei dem die der Dose zugewandten Rastvorsprünge/Vertiefungen (24u, 26u) so gestaltet sind, daß sie eine geringere Lösekraft als die der Dose (50) abgewandten Rastvorsprünge/Vertiefungen(24o, 26o) bedingen.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, bei dem der die Verriegelung der Rastmittel (40, 42) bewirkende Abschnitt (22u) der Hülse (22) eine kleinere Querschnittsfläche als der andere Hülsenabschnitt (22o) (Griffteil) aufweist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, bei dem der die Verriegelung der Rastmittel (40, 42) bewirkende Abschnitt (22u) der Hülse (22) in seinem, eine Kurzschlußbrücke (60) zwischen den Kontaktstiften (52, 54) der Dose (50) aufhebenden Teil (Schenkel 28) in Richtung auf die Dose (50) verlängert ausgebildet ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, bei der die Hülse (22) - radial zum Gehäuse (10) betrachtet - teilweise beabstandet zum Gehäuse (10) verläuft.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, bei dem die Hülse (22) auf ihrer Oberfläche eine Profilierung aufweist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, bei dem das Gehäuse (10) mehrteilig ist.
- Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, bei dem die Rastarme (40, 42) an in Bewegungsrichtung der Rastarme (40, 42) flexiblen Gehäuseabschnitten (10r', 10r'') angelenkt sind.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 14, bei dem die flexiblen Gehäuseabschnitte (10r', 10r'') brückenähnlich gestaltet sind und nur an ihren äußeren Endabschnitten mit dem zugehörigen Gehäuseteil (10r) verbunden sind.
