Definitions

  • awnings are so-called counter-pull awnings, where the front edge of the awning fabric is attached to a pull rod or drop rail.
  • the Fall rail is guided at the end in guide rails that extend parallel to the stretched fabric.
  • a 1 describes a device in the form an awning with a rotatably mounted winding shaft known.
  • An awning cloth is attached to the winding shaft, which has an edge remote from the winding shaft.
  • the winding shaft is driven by a drive device coupled to it optionally in the sense of winding up the Awning cover on the winding shaft or in the sense of unwinding of the awning fabric from the winding shaft in revolutions added.
  • the remote edge of the awning fabric is with provided with a drop rail on the side of two pull ropes attack.
  • Each of the traction ropes runs around its own deflection pulley around that is spring biased.
  • the other end of the The pull rope is anchored to an associated winding disc, which is rotatably coupled to the winding shaft.
  • the spring device is used for winding and unwinding in addition a length compensation for those known for balancing systems Length difference occurring in the movement stroke the pull cables and the awning fabric.
  • the awning is here with one edge attached to the stationary rotatable winding shaft.
  • the awning track leads from the winding shaft under training a loop to one below the winding shaft arranged attachment point. At the attachment point the other edge of the awning is attached.
  • In the Loop is a bar serving as a weight, the The task is to pull the loop down tightly.
  • the springs are anchored in this document not explained.
  • the traction mechanism itself can be stretched elastically is formed, it is sufficient to fix one end of the traction means to anchor while remaining on the free edge of the awning cover attacks. As soon as the winding shaft in Operated in the sense of unwinding, pulls the biased Traction means the awning fabric from the winding shaft and stretch it tight in the desired way.
  • the awning cover in the extended state essentially runs horizontally or at an angle, for example at 45 ° or steeper. Even extending from the bottom is up possible.
  • a single traction means is also sufficient in one embodiment the new awning when on the front edge of the Awning fabric a tubular element is provided through which the traction device slides freely, while the ends of the traction device are anchored outside are.
  • the anchor points are on one level, which the front edge of the Awning fabric and approximately the blind sheet contains.
  • the opposite Direction through the tubular element the front edge of the awning cover run before it ends from the tubular element, for example in shape the fall rail, exit, or that in the fall rail forms several loops.
  • the exit point is located here one of the traction devices near the anchorage point of the other traction device, so that the drop rail serves as a storage for traction devices.
  • Im completely the extended state remains at least the width the awning as a contracted residual amount of the traction device left.
  • the quotient is maximal when the awning is retracted stretched traction device to maximally shrunk traction device when the awning is fully extended cheaper in the sense of a flattening of the spring characteristic.
  • the traction device consist of rubber ropes, which advantageously to protect against abrasion or others Cover the surface damage with a covering are.
  • the coating also has the advantage of friction between the rubber rope and parts on which the rubber rope slides to diminish.
  • a very simple wrapping is a braided one textile hose.
  • Fig. 1 shows in a highly schematic, perspective View of a shading device 1, the one on Fixed brackets not shown, rotatably mounted Has winding shaft 2.
  • the storage is such that the Winding shaft 2 is rotatable about its longitudinal axis 3, for example with the help of a drive device 4 in the form of a self-locking by a hand crank 5 Worm gear, the output shaft 6 rotatably with the Winding shaft 2 is coupled.
  • On the winding shaft 2 is how 3 shows, with one end 7 a blind sheet 8 attached, the width of the length of the winding shaft 2 approximately equivalent.
  • roller blind web 8 leads from the winding shaft 2 down, where it forms a flat loop 9 and from there up to an anchoring rod 11, which is scarce also held stationary below the winding shaft 2 is as shown in Fig. 1; he can also according to Fig. 3 be attached next to the winding shaft 2.
  • the rod 11 is in a known manner with a corresponding end 12 Roller blind 8 connected.
  • the loop 9 there is a cylindrical draw tube 13, that protrudes laterally over the roller blind 8. Leads out of it an elastically stretchable traction means 14 in the form of a single Rubber rope out, which protrudes from the draw tube 13 free ends in a fixed anchoring device 15 is attached.
  • the distance of the anchoring devices 15 from each other corresponds to the width of the shading device 1. You are on one level which is the midplane between the two parts of the loop 9 is.
  • FIGS. 2 and 3 The structure of the draw tube 13 is shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 shown. Since both ends of the draw tube 13 are the same , it is sufficient if only one end of the draw tube 13 is shown enlarged and explained. The Description applies mutatis mutandis to the not shown The End.
