Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zur Druck-An- und -Abstellung eines Gummituchzylinders im Druckwerk einer Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine, bei welcher der Gummituchzylinder (GT) beidseitig in verschwenkbaren Exzenterlagern (10) gelagert ist und zum Verschwenken der Exzenterlager (10) zwei bei Druckmittelbeaufschlagung wirksam werdende Stellmittel (1, 2), welche über ein ternäres Glied (5) auf die Exzenterlager (10) wirken sowie eine separate Druckbeistellung (11) vorgesehen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Druckbeistellung (11) dem zur An- und Abstellung des Gummituchzylinders (GT) bezüglich dem Gegendruckzylinder (GD) zugeordneten Stellmittel (1) in Reihe geschaltet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Druckbeistellung (11) aus einem durch eine Gewindespindel (14) sowie darauf aufgedrehter Mutter (15) gebildeten Schraubentrieb besteht, wobei an der Mutter (15) ein um einen gestellfesten Punkt drehbar gelagertes ternäres Glied (16) angelenkt ist und das Stellmittel (1) an einem weiteren Gelenkpunkt des ternären Gliedes (16) abstützt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Gewindespindel (14) durch einen Motor (13) antreibbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stellmittel (1, 2) als doppelt wirkende Pneumatikzylinder ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Steuerung (S) vorgesehen ist, welche zum Schalten der Stellmittel (1, 2) mit diesen in Wirkverbindung steht und über welche ein Betätigen des Stellmittels (1) zur An- und Abstellung des Gummituchzylinders (GT) bezüglich dem Gegendruckzylinder (GD) lediglich bei Bedruckstoffstärken unterhalb eines vorgegebenen Wertes erfolgt. - Verfahren zum Steuern einer Vorrichtung zur Druck-An- und -Abstellung eines Gummituchzylinders im Druckwerk einer Bogenoffsetdruckmaschne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei der Gummituchzylinder (GT) durch Ansteuern von zwei unabhängig schaltbaren Stellmitteln (1, 2) bezüglich Gegendruck- sowie Plattenzylinder (GD, PZ) an- und abgestellt wird und der Gummituchzylinder (GT) entsprechend der Bedruckstoffstärke gegenüber dem Gegendruckzylinder (GD) eingestellt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß oberhalb einer vorgegebenen und eingestellten Bedruckstoffstärke lediglich das dem An- und Abstellen des Gummituchzylinders (GT) vom Plattenzylinder (PZ) zugeordnete Stellmittel angesteuert wird.
