Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur Durchführung von Arbeitsschritten bei der Verstellung einer Druckmaschine, vorzugsweise bei der Umstellung einer Bogendruckmaschine von Schöndruck auf Schön- und Widerdruck und umgekehrt, bei der in einer Bewegungsrichtung vorbelastete Stellglieder in zeitlich wenigstens teilweise aufeinanderfolgenden Arbeitsschritten in Gegenrichtung durch mit einem Druckmittel beaufschlagbare Stellzylinder verschiebbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß durch ein Druckmittelsystem mit einer in Stufen schaltbaren Druckbegrenzung ein zweites Druckmittelsystem beaufschlagt wird, an welches mehrere, wenigstens teilweise mit unterschiedlichen Kräften vorbelastete Stellzylinder (12) angeschlossen sind. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet
durch einen Druckübersetzer (1) aus einer Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit mit einem Differentialkolben (3), dessen erste Kolbenfläche (4) in einem ersten Zylinderraum (6) mit einem in Druckstufen regelbaren Druckmittel eines ersten Druckmittelsystems beaufschlagbar ist und dessen zweite Kolbenfläche (5) in einem zweiten Zylinderraum (10) eines zweiten, mit den Stellzylindern (12) verbundenen Druckmittelsystems wirksam ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die erste Kolbenfläche (4) des Differentialkolbens (3) mit einem pneumatischen Druckmittel beaufschlagt ist und das zweite Druckmittelsystem mit einem hydraulischen Druckmittel befüllt ist. - Vorrichtung nach wenigsten einem der Ansprüche 2 und 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das erste Druckmittelsystem wenigstens einen schaltbaren Druckregler (8) umfaßt. - Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Einspeisung des Druckmittels des ersten Druckmittelsystems über ein Mehrwegeventil (7.1) erfolgt, von welchem ein erster und ein zweiter Druckmittelpfad zum ersten Zylinderraum (6) führen, und daß einer der Druckmittelpfade über einen Druckregler (8) führt. - Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Einspeisung des Druckmittels des ersten Druckmittelsystems mittels eines Druckluftversorgungssystems der Druckmaschine erfolgt. - Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Einspeisung des Druckmittels des ersten Druckmittelsystems mittels einer von einem Druckluftversorgungssystem der Druckmaschine unabhängigen Druckluftquelle (7) erfolgt. - Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen dem Druckübersetzer (1) und den Stellzylindern (12) ein Druckwächter (87) für den Maschinenstop bei Beaufschlagung der Stellzylinder (12) angeordnet ist.
